Esperienza fantastica: My Hotel in central Rome, Hotel Maximus booked me this lovely driver, Giuseppe to take me to Fiumicino Airport on Monday 26th of August, 2024. Just before arriving at the airport I realised I had left my passport and other valuables in my hotel room safe! Giuseppe made some phone calls to confirm it and he was able to calm me down. Unfortunately we had to drive back to the hotel although Giuseppe tried to get another driver to bring items to me at the airport. At the end I missed my flight because of my checked luggage. If I’ve had only carry on I would have made it.

Esperienza fantastica: The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Giuseppe, the owner of the company, responded immediately to my request for a car service. I live in Arizona and was setting this up (from Arizona) for my daughter was doing a study abroad and was traveling from Florence to Rome by train to take her flight back to the USA. She had to take a later train due to late evening finals. I was nervous setting this all up from the US. Giuseppe told me he would make sure to track her train, and that everything would be just fine. Her train was delayed an hour and she accidentally got off the stop before Rome Termini. Both Giuseppe and Paolo the driver were in constant communication with me and my daughter. And Paolo, was so kind and understanding knowing my daughter got off at the wrong stop. He told me not to worry and went to pick her up and got her safely to the airport. I HIGHLY recommend Black-Transfer when traveling through Italy. I own my own business and I know what great customer service is and this was the BEST customer service! I will only use Black-transfer when I am traveling in Italy. Thank you Giuseppe and Paolo!
