Esperienza negativa: Una estrella por poner algo. A última hora cambiaron el lugar de recogida y nos dejaron tirados (no había ni 5 minutos en bus entre un lugar y otro, un detalle el no pasar a recogernos).Tuvimos que ir a Como por nuestra cuenta en tren y allí incorporarnos al grupo. En Bellagio no estuvimos ni 2 horas, eso si, en el crucero vimos las mansiones de varios famosos que a nadie le importaba. Y aquí la bomba definitiva: el conductor decidió que ya había conducido suficiente y se negó a realizar la parada a Lugano. Pagar 100€ por un paseo por el lago Como. UN TIMO.

Esperienza negativa: Booked a Last Supper tour + Sforza Castle and the Pietà (19 April 10:00h) because it was the only way to see it since in the website was sold out. The tour started 20m after the hour because the person who was doing the tour had some "car problems", ok it happens. They then told us to go to the castle and see the garden while waiting for the Pietà exhibition, note that to visit the gardens costs 0€. Until here no facts about the castle, garden etc. We went to the exhibition of the Pietà (incredible) got out and there was a guide waiting for us. This poor woman who's was called last minute probably and said she never did this tour had no time to explain almost nothing in the castle and the hunting grounds behind the castle. Straight up rushed us to the Basilica where the the Last Supper painting was. On the way to the Basilica it was clear she did not know how to explain some statues and other things throughout the way so we just went to the Basilica "quietly". Inside the Basilica there wasn't much explanation just some facts, couldn't even see the Basilica with enough time to appreciate it. Rushed us to the Last Supper exhibition and we had to wait outside nearly 40m because we got there too early could hear the guide saying in Italian to the employer that she wasn't used too this tour (Portuguese and Italian has many words a lot alike eachother) 40m that she explained the painting and really interesting facts about Leonardo da Vinci, liked this part. Got in explaining other things on the way, explained the painting really well, got out and that was it. Paid nearly 200€ for only the real tour starting after we arrived in the Basilica. This woman I do not know her name did a good job, the best she could anyway since it was clear she was uncomfortable. The management in the agency pretty bad having a tour guide miss work which could happen to anyone but not having someone to substitute that could explain the tour as well is saying something about an agency and the care for their clients. Only giving two stars because of the poor guide that had to come last minute and did the best she could. Sorry for the text here but it's needed to explain how bad it went and their lack of care. Don't book here.

This was a clear case of false advertising — avoid at all costs.

Esperienza fantastica: We booked the trip Milan to st Morits directly from the official website, it was well organized and professional. Everything on time. We had a small problem and it’s our fault but it was solved directly by the guide Chiara, she’s very supportive. I really recommend and don’t forget it’s a tour so you have to be on time and listen to the instructions that’s it.

Esperienza negativa: Horrible Customer Service – They Don’t Care About Their Clients! I had a terrible experience with this company and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I booked a tour through the Getyourguide website for the day trip from Milan to Lake Como and St. Moritz with this company. When I faced a difficult situation during the tour, they were completely unhelpful and unhelpful and unresponsive. It was unacceptable and has caused me significant financial loss and emotional distress. Below are the key issues I encountered: 1) Misleading Itinerary & Last-Minute Changes: I discovered that the itinerary was not as advertised. At the last minute, the train departure location was changed and replaced with a cheaper optionthe tickets for this new route were less than what was promised. 2) Difficult Meeting Point & Communication Breakdown: The meeting point in St. Moritz was extremely hard to locate. To make matters worse, the communication tool provided by the company stopped working at a crucial moment, leaving me with no way to reach out for assistance. I began sending messages shortly after the bus departed, but received no response. 3) Stranded, Missed Train, and Lack of Assistance: Since I received no communication from the company, I was forced to figure out my own way back to Milan process that took over six hours and required me to change between four different buses and trains. Throughout this ordeal, I repeatedly reached out to them, not only to secure my return but also to arrange a way to collect my bag. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response until the following morning (after contacting Getyourguide who sent them an email), a mere 20 minutes before the bus was scheduled to depart from the Milan spot. By that time, I had already missed my early morning train from Milan, and the 20-minute window provided was completely inadequate. 4) Unprofessional Treatment & Humiliation: When I finally reached the bus, the driver insisted that I return an outdated communication device (a radio) before releasing my bag. During my subsequent conversation with the managerwho spoke rudely and without any empathyI was further humiliated when an individual from their team physically pushed me off the bus in front of over a hundred passengers. This appalling treatment forced me to raise my voice before they reluctantly returned my bag. This entire experience demonstrates a clear disregard for customer well-being and professional service. This company completely neglects its customers when they need help the most. If something goes wrong, dont expect them to care (I didn’t even get an apology). Avoid this company at all costs!

Esperienza negativa: The itinerary is not what they promised in Klook or Get Your Guide. They sent a message when is no longer possible to cancel so you have to accept the changes. I booked the Bernina Express from Tirano to St Moritz and in the end it from St Moritz to Thusis not even stopping in Tirano where I was waiting to have a visit. I asked the prices of the tickets of both journeys and the one they provided was roughly 25usd cheaper than the one promised in the voucher. With a full bus of over 40 people it's easy to know how much they saved. Reading another reviews they do it everyday. I managed to cancel another tours I had with them because of this scam.

Esperienza negativa: I cannot recommend using this company because of the experience we had. The sights and stops along the trip were all as beautiful as expected, but this company needs improving. The bus was cramped with seating much closer than what you find in the economy section of an airplane. The driver drove fast, even around curves, which left me feeling nauseous. At the last stop in St Moritz, the guide led us on a winding walk from the bus stop up to the shopping/dining area. We were given a time to meet back at the bus. I was focused on following her up the many stairs and escalators. My daughter and I stopped in one restaurant for a quick snack as I was feeling unwell from the drive. We headed back to the bus eventhough I still felt unwell. It was challenging to navigate back because of the many twists and turns, stairs and escalators. We were rushing and trying our best only to get to the stop and find our bus and guide had left us stranded in another country!! We were 9 minutes late. My daughter reached out to the company, who tried to contact the bus driver and guide, but could get no response. She was told we would need to find our own way back, which we did thanks to her and at her own expense. It all felt very traumatizing to me so I would highly recommend not using this tour company. This could have been avoided in several ways. The guide could have chosen a more central location for the group to meet and travel back to the bus together. There should be a way to communicate with the guide in case of emergencies. There should be a better system in place for the company to be able to contact the driver and guide. Any of these would help avoid this happening to someone else. The company has since refused to reimburse my daughter for the additional expense she incurred for travel to get us back. Overall while the trip itself is amazing , this company is not the one to book it through.

Esperienza negativa: We booked the full day tour Milan to St Moritz with the boat at Lake Como and Bernina train. The tour went well. In St Moritz my mom was a bit unwell so we were nine minutes late arriving to the meeting point. The bus left us. In Switzerland. We had to take three different types of transit to find our way back to Milan. There should be a system to ensure the tour group is ok or can communicate. I had no way to notify the driver or guide that my mom was ill and we were a few minutes late. I wouldn’t recommend booking with this company. When I contacted Get Your Guide for help, they couldn’t reach the company and suggested organize my own transport. No refund was offered.

Esperienza negativa: Kupiłem 7 biletów online na autobus na lotnisko malpensa o godzinie 0:50 po przybyciu na miejsce dostaliśmy informację że nie ma miejsc w autobusie i musimy czekać na kolejny o 3:30 co wiązało się ze spóźnieniem na lot. Warto zaznaczyć że chwilę wcześniej w lokalnym kiosku na miejscu wyjazdu były sprzedawane bilety na ten autobus bez żadnego problemu że jest za mało miejsc. ZŁODZIEJE.

Pague 175 euros por un tour que incluía paradas para conocer el lago de como con paseo en bote y el trenino Roso pero los guías se han saltado Esa parte completa del recorrido diciendo que la reembolsan sin embargo nos sentimos engañados esto no paso Sinceramente no lo recomiendo el costo es muy elevado y no cumplen con lo que ofrecen!

Here’s why: - Long Wait Times: We ended up waiting 1.5 hours for a bus that was supposed to arrive in 10 minutes, almost causing us to miss our flight. - Disorganized Staff: The staff are unhelpful and rude. They repeatedly told us to wait for the next bus without any proper registration or explanation, even though we arrived early. - Lack of Communication: There's no clear process for getting on the bus. You need to stay right next to it and wait for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledges you. - Missed Buses: Despite arriving 10 minutes early, we were still unable to board the bus due to poor management. Esperienza negativa: Worst service. As we had booked the tour with these guys. The ticket said to be there at the pick up point at Milan central station at 8:30. We were there at 8:30. Upon reaching there, we saw there were about 7 different buses, so as we navigated asking which one we belonged to the driver for our bus took off without us whilst we are still there. The offices don’t respond as their phone lines only open after 9:00. Not speaking the local language was a huge barrier and there was absolute chaos at the pick up point. We still haven’t got our refund so warning others to not book with these guys as they do not provide a contact number to contact in case of emergency or even are prepared to wait for 5 mins or make sure that they have announced and called for names amping the herd of people there along with other buses.

Siete vergognosi! Ci sono persone che non hanno carte o smartphone abilitate, che vengono dall’estero e faticano a capire… come dovrebbero fare alle 2 di notte con tutto chiuso?!

Esperienza negativa: Pessima esperienza il 27/03 con il tour partito da Milano diretto a Saint Moritz - trenino rosso del Bernina. Arrivati alla dogana svizzera ci fu comunicato che non si poteva proseguire la gita per un incidente stradale. La guida ha deciso in accordo con gli autisti, di non aspettare che liberassero la strada e cambiare la destinazione con un giro a Lugano. Tutto questo perche’ non volevano tardare il rientro a Milano per loro impegni personali. In conclusione abbiamo pagato per fare il giro col Trenino rosso di Bernina invece ci hanno portato a prendere “un caffe’” a Lugano! Per non parlare poi dell’atteggiamento poco professionale della guida nei confronti dei turisti (piu’ di 40 persone) di lingua inglese e spagnola. Quindi: SCONSIGLIAMO DI PARTECIPARE AI TOURS ORGANIZZATI DA QUESTA AGENZIA AUTOSTRADALE VIAGGI SRL.

Esperienza negativa: Fuyez cette compagnie! Réservation effectuée en ligne depuis le site officiel de la compagnie pour une navette de la gare jusqu'à l'aéroport de Malpensa. Paiement effectué par Paypal. Débit confirmé de mon côté. Ticket jamais reçu par email. L'email était correct car indiqué sur le reçu Paypal. Le chauffeur sur place s'est moqué de nous en prétendant que nous n'avions pas acheté de ticket quand lui avons expliqué la situation. Mauvaise expérience, mauvais personnel, mauvais horaires. Nous n'avons JAMAIS pu prendre ce bus. Notre choix s'est bien évidemment porté sur une autre compagnie.

Esperienza negativa: Took the Serravalle outlet bus operated by them. Passengers arrived early but driver refused to open the door to let them up, rather let them stand in the drizzle. Bus door was faulty, worst part was the 2 hrs ride back where the bus became a sauna, so hot yet bus driver didn’t give a damn when passengers feedback to him. Driver shouted at two passengers when they disembarked. Avoid this company at all cost.

Esperienza negativa: PLEASE READ AND BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. The bus to the factory outlet DID NOT turn up! Somewhere someone did not confirm our booking properly for this failure to happen. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE!!! DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM!!! If i could give ZERO stars i would. We were at our pick up point 15mins before 10.30am at via Manzoni 4 and waited till 11am. Called and texted getyourguide representative on whatsapp and was informed that the tour operator’s office is closed on Sunday. Told us to return to the same pickup point at 12.30pm to take a later bus that DID NOT turn up as well. All they could tell us was a complaint would be logged against AUTOSTRADALE tour operator and a refund would be made. What a waste of our precious time!! We went straight to Zani Viaggi office to book a bus that departs at 1.30pm to the factory outlet at a cheaper price! Please save your time and money and book from Zani Viaggi instead.

Esperienza negativa: I arrived on time but couldn’t find the bus bc there were a ton of buses and I had a small child. I called to get a refund they said no; so they offered for me to go the next day and they said ok if I paid an extra $100. Before the tour I couldn’t get money out of the ATM because the bank hadn’t opened and I think it ran out of cash. I tried to get cash on the next stop and was told there wasn’t enough time. While holding my baby, the tour guide stopped the bus, told me to go get money out, and stood next to me as I received the money. If I wasn’t in a foreign country I would have acted differently, but I try not to cause a scene in other countries. Also, I was by myslef with a toddler, which I asked if that was ok before attending; the guide wasn’t very accommodating. I would never recommend this company.

Esperienza negativa: Tijdens een tour van die bedrijf hebben ze 8 man (4 verschillende groepjes) laten staan in een dorpje omdat ze de meetingpoint hebben gewijzigd naar een meetingpoint buiten het zicht en daar 15 minuten gewacht. Wij stonden netjes te wachten en hebben een helse dag achter de rug gehad om terug te komen vanuit het como keer naar Milaan. Achteraf hadden we gelezen in de reviews van GetYourGuide dat dit helaas niet de eerste keer was. De reisleidster toonde geen enkel berouw en vond dat ze met 15 minuten wachten op een andere plek voldoende coulance had getoond. We waren oprecht met stomheid geslagen.

Esperienza positiva: Booked lake como tour for 17th june, Andrea was our guide, he was lovely guy and has good knowledge of the area. Tour was not at all rushed, ample time to roam around, explore and the entire day was smooth with travel in coach & boat. Andrea even recommended restaurant in bellagio when I asked him where to eat, which served good food at good prices This tour met my expectations and I would recommend it, we didn’t do varenna, we covered como & bellagio and another village tremazzo (nothing much here) I would recommend this tour to anyone who want to have a glimpse of lake como in a day from Milan. I just have one suggestion why to misguide in title by saying 3rd village will be Varenna when they just can’t take us there as we were been told that no buses allowed there from 1st April of 2022 or 1st April 2023. Mention it clearly as we paid per person 8-10 pounds extra in this hope that 3rd place covered will be Varenno and not Menaggio unlike other operators. To sum up, I have lovely experience with get your guide tours and I will be booking more with them in future.

Esperienza negativa: SCAM / TRUFFA Pessimo e vergognoso - lascia la gente per strada in mezzo alla notte. Bus inesistenti. Truffe. Rubano soldi online per bus che non si presentano. Servizio clienti inesistente. Orari indicati sbagliati. Luoghi indicati dove non passa niente. Non farei questa recensione se non avessi avuto 2 esperienze pessime su 2. Entrambe Malpensa / Milano. Orari inesistenti, non passavano nè all'orario indicato sui cartelloni stampati nè sui display. Biglietti comprati online, soldi persi, nessuno risponde al rimborso. La cosa più grave è stato il bus di 00.35 da Milano a Malpensa che mi ha lasciato per strada non essendo mai passato. Io ed altre 7 persone siamo state costrette a pagare oltre 100 euro di taxi. Vergognoso, pessimo, è una truffa, non ci cascate. Non comprate online. Non-existent timetables, they didn't go by the time indicated on the printed billboards or on the displays. Tickets bought online, money lost, nobody answers the refund. The most serious thing was the 00.35 bus from Milan to Malpensa which left me on the street having never passed. Me and 7 other people were forced to pay over 100 euros for a taxi. Shameful, awful, it's a scam, don't fall for it. Don't buy online.

Esperienza negativa: We booked a day trip on getyourguide. Let me tell you, the itinerary of the Bernina train trip was a scam. Order was reversed. We took the train in the opposite direction. And by the way, the train is not the real Berning Express! The guided tour in Tirano never happened, we only stopped at a church for 30 minutes free-time. And we received no headsets, even though they were mentioned in the description, so in the train we couldn't hear the guide well. No excuses, no explanations. Esperienza negativa: The most unpleasant experience I ever had in a day trip tour. I booked a tour to Como Belagio Verena from Milan on a Sunday this September. An English Spanish tour. The guide was Italian, her English very poor,and her Spanish, as she admitted, full of Italian words, because "the two languages are alike" . The driver had a very aggressive way in passing the yellow and sometimes the red lights. The road was blocked due to an accident,so the guide told us we won't have enough time to visit Verena after Belagio. So we were supposed to take the bus to Milan following the same road. Last moment she changed her mind, changed the program and the meeting point. I was left behind in Belagio. She didn't took her phone. My things were in the bus and the company didn't want to tell me when and where I could take my things. I was told that they will deposit them to "lost and found" , outside town. I had to take a boat and a train to go back to Milan. I paid 85E for this tour. If you want to see Como, Bellagio, which are beautiful and worth visiting,it is easier and safer to go by you own by train and boat. It is cheaper.

Esperienza negativa: We booked a trip in lake como with this office.As soon we arrived in como city by bus the guide told us that we have free time for an hour and a half.When we reached the bus meeting point with a few minutes delayed 5minutes max the bus was gone.After a few minutes they called us from the tourist office and told us to take a taxi and meet the group in villa olmo in 15minutes , it's easy.We looked for a taxi but in como you can't find one easy as they told us even if you wait for an hour.So we missed the whole trip and went back to milan by train.Thank God we didn't leave our bags in the bus so we had enough money to go back to milan .AVOID THIS OFFICE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU

Esperienza positiva: Avoid this company. Paid two tickets online for 40 Euro. Got charged but no tickets were issued. Just lost my money. No cooperation. Edit: I went to their office on Saturday morning before the trip and they issued me tickets. I am giving 3 stars as no one replied to my email. I had to go there myself.

Esperienza negativa: WORST SERVICE EVER. So I bought a ticket in the bus office for the next day. Ask them from where does the bus departed, they gave me a map with the place marked (pretty good) went there an hour before the bus goes out, double check with other drivers and they told me I was in the right place, bus never arrived, needed to buy another bus ticket from another company, ask for a refund and they told me the bus left on time, even after I send them a pic of me waiting in the place the told me. Totally irresponsible. NEVER AGAIN.

Esperienza negativa: In data 31 agosto siamo arrivati a Malpensa (terminal 1) già muniti di biglietto per il ritorno pagato anticipatamente ad un addetto in data 17 agosto prima di salire sulla navetta che da Milano ci avrebbe portati appunto a Malpensa. Per comodità e convenienza, come dai prezzi indicati anche sul sito, avevamo infatti già pagato x entrambe le corse. Peccato che le navette, quantomeno dalle 20.20 in poi, (considerati gli orari che apparivano e poi sparivano sul tabellone luminoso davanti all'uscita 4) non siamo mai arrivate, costringendoci, all'alba delle 22, a pagare un'altra compagnia x tornare a Milano. Sporgeremo reclamo e denuncia se necessario.

Esperienza negativa: A Ryanair BUD-BGY járat becsekkolásakor megvettük a Ryanair honlapján a transzfer jegyeket Milanoba. A visszaigazoló emailben az állt, hogy rövid időn belül megkapjuk a jegyeket. A jegyek még az indulás reggelének előestéjén sem érkeztek meg. Az ügyfélszolgálatot csak az indulás napján tudtuk hívni, mert reggel 9-től délután 5-ig elérhetőek. A telefont reggel 9-kor felvették. Elmondtuk a problémánkat, és azt mondták keresik a jegyeket. Aznap délelőtt még 4-szer telefonáltam velük, mert minden egyes alkalommal kértek csak új adatokat. A jegyek a gép indulása előtt 4 perccel érkeztek meg emailben, amikor már fent ültünk. Aki biztosra akar menni , és előre megvenni és bebiztosítani a transzferjét, annak nem ajánlom. Visszatérítés természetesen nincsen, mert amikor azt mondtuk, hogy inkább utalják vissza a jegyek árát, akkor azt mondták, hogy ők ezt nem értik.

Esperienza negativa: Ho prenotato il biglietto da Milano centrale per Bergamo alle 15:45 ma il bus è partito in anticipo visto che era pieno. Chiamando la segreteria mi ha comunicato che è normale e che io non ho prenotato , ho solo acquistato il biglietto per quel ora. Prima cosa nel biglietto ci sono sia Nr di prenotazione che Nr di biglietto. Che senso ha acquistarlo online se poi l’autobus parte?? Per complicare le cose e chiedere il rimborso. Mah

Esperienza positiva: Ma ci vuole tanto a capire che tra le 18 e le 20 ci sono un sacco di persone, all aeroporto dj Malpensa, che vogliono andare a Milano. Tutte le volte ho dovuto aspettare 30min perché c'era troppa gente e i bus troppo pieni. Per di più c'è anche il furbo Dell anno che parcheggia, chiude il bus e va prendersi con tutta calma il caffè. Purtroppo ci sono solo 3 compagnie e tutte lavorano allo stesso modo (male).

Esperienza fantastica: Lake como, Bellagio and Varenna day trip. Thank you Marcella (guide) and Antonello (driver). Bus left Duomo at 8:00 am and went to Central station to pick up more people and then we started our journey to one of the most beautiful places on planet earth. Our first stop was Como. We took some pics and the guide told us to go to the restroom because 1 hour bus ride and then 1 hour boat ride to Bellagio (No restroom on the bus or boat). In Bellagio plenty of time to take pics and eat a good lunch then to Varenna on a ferry( public transportation) but pretty cool. In Varenna plenty of time to walk around and eat gelato then return to Milan. First If was very skeptical about the company after reading all the bad reviews but on the other hand is well organized and well planned by our guide Marcella and the most important thing is the knowledge of the guide to talk to everybody in different languages.

We were waiting at the bus stop that was originally mentioned in the booking and at the end, they took us 30 minutes walk, in 1 degree cold, to the real bus stop!!!!!! They could have informed beforehand from really where bus planned to go.

Esperienza negativa: Booked transportation with this company, return trip to outlet. It mentioned clearly in their website that the trip will be 75 mins. We got on the bus at 12pm, but we were still waiting for people to get on at 12:48pm. Wasting visitors time, won’t recommend to anyone.

Esperienza negativa: Preso due biglietti per un trasferimento da Brescia a Bergamo. L'autobus non passa, nessuno risponde al telefono. Scrivo una mail, dopo mesi mi dicono che i biglietti non sono rimborsabili come da condizioni generali di contratto. Avvierò una controversia legale, 1 stella perché 0 non posso darla.

Esperienza fantastica: Ho prenotato il transfer da Milano Centrale a Bergamo Orio ed ho scelto questa compagnia per il fatto che permette di salire a bordo in un qualsiasi orario quindi non si rischia per un ritardo del treno o aereo di veder saltata la propria corsa o di dover aspettare il bus successivo nel caso si anticipi, oltretutto è l'unico con partenze ogni 20 minuti. Ho letto (dopo la prenotazione) le recensioni e mi sono allarmata (pur per abitudine prendendo, le dovute distanze, da molti feedback) mi aspettavo di trovare bus sgangherati trovati in giro per il mondo, ed invece nulla di tutto ciò, appena arrivata mi si è avvicinato il personale per indicarmi il bus, pulito, per nulla vecchio, puntuale. L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare, è che avrei gradito un informazione più precisa e dettagliata sul luogo della partenza da Milano Centrale, troppo generico Milano Centrale (soprattutto per la clientela straniera) a me è stato detto : "uscendo sulla destra" ho dovuto chiedere informazione, alla polizia urbana di servizio fuori dalla stazione, ma nemmeno loro erano sicuri. Basterebbe l'indirizzo ed il civico e sarebbe tutto più semplice. Non avrei problemi a prenotare nuovamente con loro.

Esperienza negativa: Ho fatto un biglietto che mi serviva per il lunedì successivo. Me lo spara al momento e sembrandomi strano, ho chiesto se potevo usarlo il lunedì. Mi ha detto di si!!!. Fortuna che avevo dei soldi per poter rifare un'altro di biglietto la mattina alle 4.30. Ma con un'altra compagnia cmq. Non mi hanno accettato il biglietto da loro stessi sparato al momento dell'acquisto. Incompetenti.
