Esperienza fantastica: Enjoy Pompeii provided us an excellent experience. They picked us up from our hotel in Positano and took us straight to Pompeii. From there the tour guide Sasa took us through Pompeii serving as an excellent tour guide. Afterwards, we were taken straight back to our hotel. Overall a great experience and highly recommend them.

I did no climb due to my age so ultimately it wasn't a problem. So, Frankie gets all the credit!

The tour was very well-organized, everything ran smoothly, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned. But what truly made this tour exceptional was our guide, Frankie — or as we called him, “Frankichello.” Frankie was absolutely phenomenal. His passion for the history of Pompeii was infectious, and he brought the ancient ruins to life with fascinating stories, humor, and an incredible depth of knowledge. You could tell he truly loves what he does, and that enthusiasm made the entire experience so much more engaging and memorable. He had a way of explaining complex historical facts in an easy-to-understand and entertaining way, making sure everyone in the group was involved and enjoying themselves. Frankie’s charisma, warmth, and energy turned a great tour into an unforgettable one. I can’t recommend this experience enough — especially if you get the chance to explore Pompeii with Frankichello himself. He’s a gem, and this tour wouldn’t have been the same without him!

Esperienza fantastica: Angelo was a great guide for two hours he took us to all the hot spots in Pompei explained with detail, had the patience to wait for photos and also very knowledgeable. My suggestion would be to visit Pompei very early, be there by 09:00 as that would allow you to see some spots without anyone else and enjoy them

Esperienza positiva: We did the Pompeii Vesuvius and lunch at a winery from Positano. Be prepared for many hours traveling in the van and they did not offer water and at time 8 guests on the van with a driver who spoke very limited English. The Pompeii tour with Sasa was excellent and he offered very interesting information and found spots to stop away from crowds. Logistics could be improved because after we left Pompeii we traveled to Vesuvius and were just handed tickets and told to be back in an hour….the winery lunch was about one hour and a nice setting but more lunch than seeing a winery In total we left at 8:00 and were not back until Almost 6:00…..despite the long day Pompeii is a must see It would have been nice to have someone early on the day review the itinerary

He gave us so much information and made the tour very entertaining and well worth the time! He added so many interesting details that brought the place to life. He is extremely knowledgeable about the place. His sense of humor also added to the fun. Esperienza fantastica: Our guide, Sasa, was super informative and I got a great understanding of how the volcanic eruption happened and the hierarchy of the society there. He is a true historian. Pompeii was fascinating and a great experience. We understood and learned so much from this experience. Our driver Giovanni was charming and got us there and back on time and was very respectful and nice!!

Esperienza fantastica: Sasa is a 3rd generation tour guide (25 years himself) and lives locally. He was incredible. He brought the history of Pompeii to life with his narrative. It was possible to imagine life as a Pompeian with Sasa’s storytelling. Our visit to Pompeii would not have been as great as what it in fact was if we were with a larger ‘tour’ group. We were part of a small group of 7. Sasa was engaging. His passion and respect for Pompeii combined with his remarkable knowledge of its history elevated our experience of Pompeii.

Esperienza fantastica: Our other tour operator cancelled on us last minute and I was desperately trying to find alternative just the day before our day due in Pompeii! I then came across Enjoy Pompeii which seems to be very reasonable in price and had good reviews, so I just booked it without much thoughts... And I am so glad that I did! We were a family of 5 with a 7 year old, and we were put into a group with another family (also with children) - so making it a small group tour that we were able to stay close with our guide, Francesca. She was so great with engaging with all the kids and making it really interesting with all the history. My 7 year old managed to walk for 2 hours without even realising it and we can tell that she was really listening to Francesca as she was asking all sorts of questions! We saw some of the highlights of the site and afterwards we stayed a little longer to explore on our own. Would highly recommending doing a guide tour with Enjoy Pompeii as it's excellent value and you would appreciate and understand more on what you are looking at! Thank you for a lovely tour!

His knowledge of the entire city was the best I have ever experienced. I feel as though I have so much know;edge of the area. If you want the same experience ask for Frankie… And then “Follow Frankie”
