Esperienza fantastica: Toller Service und schnellste Möglichkeit ins Museum zu kommen! Wir haben den Guide an der verabredeten Stelle außerhalb des Vatikans getroffen er war sehr pünktlich und sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Er hat uns unsere Tickets übergeben und uns dann sehr schnell an allen Warteschlangen vorbei ins vatikanische Museum gebracht. Er hat uns bis zur letzten Einlasskontrolle begleitet und sich dan verabschiedet. Es hat perfekt funktioniert, ich kann's nur empfehlen! Das Museum ist im Übrigen sehr zu empfehlen.

Esperienza fantastica: Valentina met us promptly for our tour of the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. We did not wait on any lines to enter the museum. Our tour guide Andrea was knowledgeable and patient. She was very good with children. It was a wonderful experience.

The lady who met us and took us where we needed to go was lovely, very thoughtful and gave us lots of information. Dario picked up and oriented us to wait at the meeting point to join in the next group. It was really helpful for my wife and I and we are very thankful for Dario’s kindness. I strongly recommend this agency.

Esperienza negativa: I booked a tour to the Vatican museum for 7pm. Arrived 15 earlier to pick up the ticket and the ticket office was closed at 6! No where on my reservation or confirmation email it says something about their office hours. After that I went to the museum and bought same ticket half the price. Without any line or wait. stay away from this place.

Esperienza negativa: Vatican tour is a scam! You pay them 29 and they make you meet them blocks from the entrance. Then they walk you to the entrance and hand you a 17 euro ticket and leave. Ticket booth was literally selling the same ticket for 17 when we got there. This is a man in the middle scam!

Esperienza fantastica: Abbiamo fatto l’esperienza full day ai Musei Vaticani e alla ex residenza estiva del Papa a Castel Gandolfo. La scelta è stata quasi “casuale”, non avevamo capito esattamente in cosa consistesse il pacchetto ed è stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa. La bellezza dei Musei Vaticani è nota, ma visitarli con una guida preparata è decisamente un'altra cosa. Ma la vera sorpresa è stata la ex residenza di Castel Gandolfo, i giardini, la villa dell’imperatore Domiziano, palazzo Barberini… Tutto veramente stupendo e inaspettato, così come il paesino da cui si gode una incredibile vista del lago Albano (la bocca di un vulcano spento). L’esperienza impegna una giornata intera ma ne vale veramente la pena. Consigliatissima.

Esperienza negativa: My friend and I, bought a guided Vatican tour from them on 1st Aug. The tour left on time from the agency, we got in Vatican without queue which was great but as soon as we entered the main Vatican court, the tour guide disappeared and could not find him any more. I thought it was a guided tour!

Esperienza negativa: Absolutely horrible!! Do not take tours from them!!!!They gave us a wrong address for the meeting point, this obviously resulted in us being late for the tour- due to this we were no longer allowed to enter vatican gardens (eventhough we paid for it)! After poinitng out to them that we were late due to their mistake, and asked for a partial refund of the money - they completely ignored us!

Esperienza negativa: Booked a “quick entry” ticket to the Vatican, and arrived 15mins late. Being a tourist and a first-timer didn’t really know the consequences of arriving late for this, also have been experiencing late/delays all the time in Rome since I arrived, so I figured, they will surely understand - was hoping to get help or at least an option to go for the next timing possible but basically it’s “one-time, you missed your shot, thanks for your money, you’re late, can’t help unless you buy a new ticket = goodbye” attitude. So yeah, not the best experience, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’d have chosen NO STARS, but that’s not possible. Be better guys!

Esperienza fantastica: Veramente una bellissima esperienza. Abbiamo fatto il full day (11 ore totali di visita). La mitica Valentina ci ha raccolti tutti davanti ai musei Vaticani e siamo stati seguiti dalle guide (2 in totale) in ogni singolo momento. Tutto spiegato ben dettagliato e con professionalità. Pure il pranzo è stato sorprendente. Un pranzetto a buffet nei giardini della residenza estiva del papa.

Esperienza negativa: Per problemi, chiamo avvisando il ritardo di 5-10min, il tipo risponde, ci dispiace, doveva avvisarci prima, i suoi biglietti non sono più validi. Ma siete pessimi ed inutili, da denuncia. Truffatori

Esperienza negativa: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! We accidentely bought tickets for the sistine chapel and the vatican museum for 29€ each. Go to the offical homepage of the museum and you pay 8€ for a student pass or 17€ full. The only service included is that they walk you to the entrance (NO guidung in the museum!). What a joke

Allerdings ist dies hier einfach nur unverschämt. Sich 90 Euro reinziehen von einer Familie. Abstand halten von hier auf keinen Fall buchen. In Corona Zeiten ohne Maske . Ich hoffe es wird wahrgenommen...

Esperienza fantastica: I went on a tour of Castel Gandolfo & Gardens with Litiberi Travel. First of all, the team was incredibly helpful and available to answer any questions or requests. The entire tour was set up impeccably and you really got the time to absorb in all the details of the Apostolic Palace & Gardens. The audioguide is a definite plus brought the experience to a whole new level and the cherry on top was to get to lunch on local wine and products in a picnic setting in the gardens- how wonderful! I definitely will be looking to book more tours with them!
