Esperienza negativa: Contratei esta agência para um tour guiado pelo Vaticano, Capela Sistina e a Basilica de São Pedro. A saída estava marcada para as 11 horas. Chegamos com meia hora de antecedência, fomos muito bem recebido. O guia, só chegou às 11:15h saímos atrasados, portanto. Nas instruções o mesmo se identificou como “Professor Luiz” pessoa muito ruim de diálogo, começou dizendo que era Professor, que o tour não comportava perguntas e que isso era ordem da atual diretora do Museu. O tour tem Muita gente, ele , invés de acalmar, ficava transmitindo medo e insegurança. Na primeira parada, onde estão os mapas, se auto elogiou informando que os outros guias não tinham formação e que ele sim. Após breve explanação e sempre dizendo que não responderia perguntas iniciamos o tour. A todo momento ele corrigia informações tipo “outros guias informam isso aqui de forma incorreta porque não são formados “ depois disse que tinha sido aluno de um diretor do Vaticano, que também tinha trabalhado com a Freire diretora e etc, ou seja, sempre se auto elogiando. Não fizemos nenhuma pergunta . Durante todo o tour ele continuou em tom de indignação com Outros grupos e guias, sempre Dizendo que ele cumpria regras e outros não. Ninguém perguntava nada, muito embora fosse perceptível que todos lá, e tinha muita gente, falavam e tiravam dúvidas com seus guias. Perto da Capela Cistina ficaram só quatro pessoas. Ele nos deu 10 minutos para apreciação “porque estava atrasado” dentro dos 10 minutos chegamos ao ponto de encontro, então eu cometi a maior falha da minha vida, que foi perguntar qual seria nosso próximo passo. Ora, esse cidadão se indignou. Disse que não poderia responder perguntas. Eu retruquei e disse que não sabia que até para saber qual o próximo passo do tour era proibido e que não considerava aquilo uma pergunta insana, como ele retratou. Criou-se um clima muito ruim, aliás piorou, porque todo o percurso foi muito ruim. Como é que um tour contratado muito caro, não pode responder Nenhuma dúvida?Qual o sentido de contratar um guia e não poder tirar dúvidas. Bem, dentro da Basilica, do mesmo modo, sempre se auto promovendo e muito falante, parou em um determinado ponto e Disse que, embora ali não pudesse falar ele iria quebrar a regra . Bem, para um sujeito que passou o tempo todo criticando os outros pelas regras não cumpridas, foi bastante contraditório. Bem, de qualquer forma como o tour estava no fim, entreguei com alivio o aparelho e fiquei livre para olhar e perguntar as outras pessoas que ali estavam, bem mais preparadas e educadas que o tal “Professor”. Fiz vários tours guiados , todos Muito bons e é sempre importante ter um guia para essas visitas, mas esse “professor” fujam! É um sujeito pedante e grosso e o tour com ele não vale a pena’

Esperienza negativa: обычные перекупы билетов из-за которых на сайте их купить сложно. С рус гидом вы в прямом смысле бегаете по музеям , она не дает остановиться, спешит, жалуется на свою жизнь и то как тяжело быть гидом, рассказывает свое ненужное мнение об экспонатах и те , которые ей не нравятся не заслуживают внимания. И это безобразие стоит 85е!

Esperienza negativa: Вообще остался недоволен, во-первых как я понял они работают по принципу автоскупки онлайн билетов сразу же, во-вторых билет с гидом выходит в разы дороже нежели самому купить с аудиогидом. В третьих гид Ирина ужасно некомпетентная как на мой взгляд, я больше слушал про то как гидов наказывают, про то что будем ходить кругами нежели полезной информации. Некоторые залы вы просто пробегаете, вам будут рассказывать за ванны для купания больше нежели за статуи и сам Ватикан.

Nuestra guía María fue muy explicativa y resolvió muy rápidamemte un problema que teniamos con las audioguías, por lo que pudimos escuchar todas las explicaciones correctamente. Nos gusto mucho el tour! Las filas avanzaron muy rápido, muy bien organizado.

Wir hatten das große Glück, dass wir nur zu dritt eine Führung mit ihr hatten. Falls ihr die Möglichkeit habt, mit ihr eine deutsche Tour zu machen, dann können wir das nur empfehlen. Man kann Ihr Leidenschaft während des Erzählens förmlich spüren und sie erklärt alles sehr ausführlich in einem sehr guten Deutsch. 5/5 would do it again

Esperienza fantastica: Excellent tour company - Adriena was an amazing tour guide. So knowledgeable , so engaging and had so many little behind the scenes stories that the tour flew by! Would highly recommend. Any of the reviews that say you have to wait in a line - you ALWAYS have to wait in a line for security (similar to the airport) , there is NO way to skip this line but you are expedited past all the general public waiting in cue. It’s 100% worth booking this tour. 30,000+ ppl visiting the Vatican a day can cause it to be very overwhelming - I suggest this tour company since they took the stress out of the entire process. Highly recommend!

Todas informações e conhecimento passados com muita precisão. Infelizmente o sistema de visitação do Vaticano nos impede de ficar mais tempo em cada sala e (diferente de alguns comentários) eu entendi que os guias ou as agências não tem culpa alguma, aliás o Luiz nos proporcionou uma experiência além das nossas expectativas. È stata una visita molto utile sia dal punto di vista storico che descrittivo e anche perché lei è stata una brillante professionista. Siamo molto grati a lei e a Julio, il professionista che ci ha avvicinato in piazza e ci ha guidato all'acquisto dei biglietti. Il punto debole è stata la cretinosità e stupidità del personale che accompagna il pubblico durante la visita alla Cappella Sistina, rara dimostrazione di insensibilità e ottusità nella casa di Dio, come se toccasse un gregge di ignoranti... distorce la visione significato della visita e non riflette l'intenzione di chi vi si reca (sia chi viene da vicino, sia chi viene da tutto il mondo). Esperienza negativa: This was my second visit to Rome from 8 years ago. Before, I self guided like a regular tourist. When with a group, it is slow and moves as a unit. On this tour, the time was consumed organizing people on the tour and the storytelling was excessive. The tour is said to be 2.5 hours guided and afterwards attendees can stay as long as desired. The audio equipment as part of the tour package to specifically hear the Tour guide was provided by the Museum. We passed a lot of exhibits being guided. Once I knew how much I had already missed, I ended my tour participation almost halfway of the 2.5 hour tour to try to make up for exhibits we already passed by. From the tour start time to 1.5 hours into the tour, we accomplished : getting our audio devices, reviewing the Sistine Chapel ceiling paints via laminate printouts, entered the Bath house to look at one statue which led to a somewhat odd (tall tale) story. Getting past the long line is really the cost to pay the tour’s price. But time is money and my time was wasted along with my money. Regretfully, I could have dedicated my time to self guide to soak up the Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s WITH a purchased museum audio guide.

The Basilica is like a piece of art that's out of this world. ✨ I've never seen anything that amazing before. Plus, I learned so many interesting facts and history during the tour. Now I'm thinking about moving to Rome.

Esperienza negativa: Waist of money. We bought skip the line tickets which cost double the regular tickets, and we were asked to check in 20 minutes earlier which we did. However we were delayed in each step of the way and we had to do lines. We checked in at 10:50, our tickets was at 11:15, and we didn’t get in till 12:15 صراحه ما انصح ابدا،، اخذنا سكيب ذا لاين اللي المفروض مافيها انتظار ولا طوابير،، بس ما مشو على الوقت ووقفنا اكثر من وقفه وتاخرنا لو ماخذين تيكيت عاديه اسرع.

Esperienza negativa: I booked the guided tour of the Vatican museums and it was a disaster. I booked the tour with Roma Tour Gratis, but when I got to the meeting point I found out that this other company actually does it, Check and go. They made us wait for more than an hour and when we complained they responded without any education. If you do not want unpleasant surprises and waste time during your visit, do not choose their services, they are not reliable.

Esperienza negativa: We went on a tour today at 2:30 and it was unorganized and rushed. Everyone shouting and looking at lists trying to see who was there. So much for skip the line, we got in and had to wait 40min to get tickets. Our tour guide(Danny) didnt want us to go out to the garden because she was too hot, then we rushed through the vatican museum barely taking in what was around us, struggling to keep up in the crowded hall. Alot of ppl in our group just handed back their audio guides. We were told the st basillica was closing at 5pm so we better hurry but she wouldnt join us or show us around (this was at 4:45pm). We lost everyone somewhere in the sistene and walked through st peters by ourselves. What did we see? I dont know. It was DEFINITELY not worth the price. Will not use this company again or recommend.

Esperienza negativa: Pesimo, a 10 minutos antes del tour nos avisam que no hay guía, por motivos personales, deberían igual tener una guía de remplazo para estas ocasiones. Luego nos cobran de más lo que sale el ticket para la entrada sin cola al vaticano. Sale 22 en la web y ellos te devuelven el dinero diciendo que sale 36, unos chantas. Te apuran diciendo que solo quedan 5 minutos para entrar para que no tengas tiempo de pensar mucho. Les pedi el recibo de lo que les cobran a ellos y no me lo quisieron mostrar. No lo recomiendo

Also I was promised a tour of the St Peters basilica but that was not done! We had to do it on our own. Poor communication and company

Esperienza negativa: Chegamos "ao ponto de encontro" que era a loja da empresa e ao pedir pra usar o banheiro tivemos informação de que SÓ NO MUSEU! O guia em Português (Luiz) tinha uma pressa e um mal humor que tornou o evento desagradável. Não recomendo!!!

Esperienza negativa: Vaya estafadores, después de cobrarte la entrada ya eres un número mas , te pone un “entrenador de fitness “ que ellos llaman guía y dale al “entrenamiento “ todo corriendo sin parar con unas “motivación para correr “ de “vamos no paramos “ , “ mas rápido “ , “ no fotos no ay tiempo vamos” ….cuando te das cuenta ya estas fuera sin casi nada de fotos pocas explicaciónes del lugar pero esto si con menos peso por el entrenamiento!

Note: You should make peace with the fact that you will always encounter crowds and queues. So make the most with a group tour.

Esperienza negativa: Absolute SCAM! I paid them €61. But the ticket price online is €17 + audio guide €8 and you’re not standing a queue and entering from the very north entrance of Vatican (where Via Tunisi ends). The guide Andeina actually was a nice lady, but she took us though museum and told that we’re leaving the museum after the Sistine chapel ‍♂️ no one wanted to go outside and went further - and that was a great decision, I went to the St Peters Basilica, bought a ticket to the Dome for €10. Also Andreina told me that it’s too late to go to the Dome, but that was a lie, I just went there and it worked.

Esperienza positiva: Abbiamo prenotato un tour guidato che comprendeva ingresso ai musei vaticani e cappella Sistina (con ingresso prioritario alla Basilica). Tour ben organizzato, partito puntuale. La guida Eleonora bravissima! Ha spiegato le cose più importanti, senza annoiare! Certo il costo non è molto conveniente ma se l’ingresso non è stato prenotato con largo anticipo e se si vuole evitare una coda di 2/3 ore, può essere una buona soluzione.

Esperienza negativa: Shame on you! A scam that soured our journey in Rome. We paid 60€ extra for skipping-the-line tickets. Once at the Vatican Museums, we had to wait in line like everyone else, wondering which line we did exactly skip, and what was the word for 'scam' in Italian!? If you need to buy skip-the-line tickets, don't fall for this nonsense. Go to the vaticanmuseums official website and get your tickets directly from there.

Esperienza negativa: Infelizmente, minha experiência com a visita foi extremamente negativa. A visita começou com mais de uma hora de atraso, o que me deixou bastante frustrada. Além disso, o guia não demonstrou nenhuma empatia e não foi possível ouvir as informações satisfatoriamente. Ele também andava muito rápido, sem levar em consideração as pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade, o que foi bastante desrespeitoso. Em resumo, a visita não atendeu às minhas expectativas e deixou uma impressão negativa.

Esperienza positiva: Very good tour. Although she did (understandably) skip some bits for time and we went around and redid them after. The headset signal was not great a lot of the time which was a shame though.

Esperienza positiva: Although you pay double the normal fare, their skip the line tickets are nice to avoid a 2-3 hour wait. The better option is to book your visit in advance but that should be 3 months earlier. In our case they combined a group with tickets for different time slots so we still had to wait for half an hour but in the meantime the guide gave some background information about the museum.

Esperienza fantastica: We were a bit nervous at first when the rep walked us round to their office, especially as the price was a little more than we expected to spend but the staff where lovely and we booked for the next morning. We ended up arriving a little late but they kept the tour for us which was really good of them. Our guide was David who was full of knowledge and information on everything in the museum, Our group was small which was a bonus.

Esperienza negativa: RUN! It's a scam! If you are reading this review and you have yet to give them your money, just turn around and walk away. Go straight to the doors of the museum and walk in. You can buy a ticket there for less than half the price.

Esperienza negativa: Had a tour today. We paid the student price of 47€. It was absolutely not worth the price. The museum was super overcrowded, Which is not the fault of the tour company. The guide, however was incomprehensible. We could understand every 3rd word and the information were given in a very strange way. We didn’t learn a single thing from this tour. I feel like we would be better of by ourselves, googling and reading about the artwork. Absolutely not worth the money!

I learned a lot from her and she answered all our questions. I highly recommend visiting the Vatican with her.

Esperienza negativa: Absolute scam. We were stopped before entering the Vatican by a CHECKandGO member of staff posing as a member of the Vatican tours staff. He advised us that we could not enter as we had not purchased tickets online and would have to purchase tickets for the next tour. When I asked where to purchase the tickets he advised we could go down the road and turn left for the ticket office, he then insisted on walking us to the ticket office, straight to the ticket desk and ordered tickets for us for the next tour before we even had a chance to consider would the time suit us or the price. The price was 59 euro per person totalling €118 for the two of us. Our tour began and we entered the Vatican only to be greeted with ticket desks where you could purchase access to the Vatican museums, Sistine chapel and St Peters basilica (same access as our 59 euro tour) these tickets cost 17 euro without a tour guide and we would have been better off. Our tour guide had no knowledge of the tour, and no patience. She did not wait for her tour to arrive before talking about rooms or pieces of art. She rushed through the whole thing leaving little time for anyone to enjoy what they were looking at or even take pictures and we did not even get to see the whole place. Be wary if visiting the Vatican, there were a number of people who were out to scam us and some people just downright nasty and rude.

Esperienza positiva: Nachdem uns eine "Touristenfängerin" ins Gespräch verwickelt hat, haben wir dann doch beschlossen, die geführte Tour zu mach - obwohl uns der (hohe) Preis primär schon abschreckte. Nachdem sich unser Guide mit "Markus aus Tirol" vorstellte, sah für uns als Salzburger, die Sache gleich viel besser aus. Markus konnte uns sein vielfältiges Wissen sehr gut weitergeben. Er hatte lt unserem Empfinden, eine sehr angenehme Art über die vielen interessanten und informativen Dinge im Vatikan zu berichten. Nach der Führung haben wir für uns festgestellt, dass der Preis dafür gerechtfertigt ist. Denn dadurch konnten wir sehr viel Information bekommen, die wir ohne Führung wohl nicht erfragt hätten. Außerdem war uns unser Guide bei der Menschenmenge schon eine große Hilfe bzgl Organisatorischen und Vorankommen. Liebe Grüße aus dem Pongau.

Esperienza negativa: Bought our tickets from a sales rep for this location and was told to meet here, We purchased our tickets (single entry to Vatican Museums) for 36 Euros Each. we where told they were 'Skip the line tickets'. we thought nothing of it and proceeded to meet our 'guide' at this location. the guide along with 2 other couples took up from this shop to the MAIN entrance of the museum and walked up through the standard main line (there was no queue) and into security. she told us to wait in the main lobby while she's queued for us to buy our tickets. she then gave them to us and told us to go into the main entrance past the empty ticket offices. looking at our ticket it has 17 Euros printed on it meaning This company took additional 16 Euros to simply walk with us in the main entrance. AVOID and go to main entrance and save Money

Esperienza fantastica: Boa tarde, tivemos a boa sorte de termos um excelente guia, o Luís, que foi o nosso condutor e guia em português durante a visita ao Museu do Vaticano, à Capela Sistina e depois nos deixou na porta da Basílica de São Pedro, para que fizéssemos sós esta parte da visita. Quero acrescentar que o Luís, além de profundo conhecedor de história, é uma pessoa altamente espiritualizada. Tenho certeza que conhece também muito de comportamento humano e um ser de imensa sensibilidade. Foi altamente marcante a visita que fizemos graças às habilidades deste guia. Parabéns e obrigada!

Esperienza positiva: We booked German Tour of Vatican Museum and Dome. We’ve got a charming Austrian Guide but it was tough to follow him. It wasn’t interactive and not adapted on our small group with low to no knowledge. But anyway I rate as a 3 star experience. But I have to state too a non guided tour is possible anytime at museum. There were no lines. At Dome different story.

Esperienza negativa: Onze namen werden gevraagd en moesten mee met de gids, eenmaal binnen werd een collega van de gids kwaad op ons, zouden met de verkeerde groep mee genomen zijn. Man was niet voor rede vatbaar, erg nare ervaring. Veruit van professioneel, erg jammer geeft meteen een zeer negatieve sfeer op een excursie die wel leuk zou moeten zijn. Daarnaast staat er TripAdvisor stikker op de deur, niet te vinden op TripAdvisor. Hoe goed het er uit kan zien, geloof het niet zomaar... Daarnaast kost de entree 17€.... Ze brengen je alleen tot aan de ingang, niet waard dus. Veel goede reacties, maar die hebben naar mijn idee niet door dat ze afgezet worden
