Esperienza positiva: We did laundry a few times throughout a long trip. This was the most expensive place we used. They said our laundry filled the large load bin, twice. We didn’t agree but we didn’t have much choice unless we wanted to use the hotel’s laundry service which was more expensive. We spent 50€ on this load of laundry.

Scarsa igiene, i detersivi (non di marca) sono aggiunti manualmente, quindi ad ogni lavaggio non c'è il disinfettante. I programmi di lavaggio non si possono scegliere, sono imposti dal personale che dispone il ''programma normale'' corrispondente sul displey a 15°, praticamente acqua tiepida che non garantisce l'efficacia di un buon lavaggio. Tutto questo per risparmiare energia. Purtroppo mi sono resa conto di tutto ciò dopo aver caricato le lavatrici. Alle mie lamentele con i proprietari, una signora molto maleducata ha risposto con parolacce ed offendendo, soprattutto quando le ho detto che avrei messo una recensione negativa. In conclusione, all'uscita sono dovuta andare a ri-lavare gli indumenti in un'altra lavanderia che mi dava maggiori garanzie di igiene.

Unfortunately, I think their washer might not be efficient cause my clothes still had stains, not oil and smelled like sweat and deodorant.

Esperienza fantastica: Great service getting laundry done. Is it more expensive than a regular coin operated laundry? Sure. But massively cheaper compared to the in hotel service. The job was finished on time as promised, and everything came back folded, socks paired, and super clean - and it meant we could enjoy our day sightseeing in Rome without wasting time doing it ourselves.

They fit into the bigger bin for $25 and were ready the next day, washed, dried and neatly folded. The picture shows just a third of the load, I put away the rest before thinking of leaving the review. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to meet him. Thank you!!!

Esperienza fantastica: I never went to the Lavanderia, but my husband did. This was HIS experience: Perfect experience! As an American staying in Rome, NapNet Wash came to the rescue. I couldn't get my wash done through the hotel; they only offered dry cleaning. NapNet was in a great location in a very safe neighborhood, and the price was very affordable. The owner was extremely kind, professional, and friendly, and we even got a chance to spend some time talking. If your language is English, French, or Italian, they can speak it. I had no problem telling them about the rayon in my laundry load, and it was separated so it didn't get shrunk in the dryer. While you wait, there's an Irish pub right next door, if that's your thing. Or it's a four-minute walk from Piazza della Repubblica, Basilica of Saint Mary of the Angels and Martyrs (Roman baths turned church designed by Michaelangelo), high-end shopping, gelato, you name it. But really it was the friendly and high-quality service that I'll remember forever. There's no better place to take your laundry. The trip will end up being part of your great vacation memories!

Pricing done by volume - €25 for the large bin (deceptively larger than expected, I had about 6 outfits and it wasn't close to fully filling it) and €15 for the small. The self-service machines were about the same price. I unfortunately didn't write them down but I believe the small washer was €7 + €2 for detergent - but another reviewer commented the dryers weren't great so I opted to just leave it to be done by them. Pleasant service, clear expected pickup time (same day!) and even called me shortly after I dropped the laundry off when they found I forgot a watch. Clothing came back clean, dry, and neatly folded.

We arrived at a closed laundry shop and, in a bit of a panic, I called to check the hours. To my surprise, the owner answered and informed me he was on vacation. Despite this, he kindly offered to help us out. He drove to our hotel, collected two large bags of clothes, and returned them washed, neatly folded, and wonderfully fresh—all for the incredibly reasonable price of €35. I was amazed by his generosity and willingness to go out of his way for us. This act of kindness was a true lifesaver, especially since my husband had run out of clothes faster than expected, and the hotel’s laundry service would have been very expensive. The owner’s kindness and positive attitude made the experience even more special. It was a true blessing, and we still talk about it fondly. We are deeply grateful for his help and will never forget this wonderful gesture!

Esperienza negativa: Recommended by our hotel because it was a short walk. Washed two loads: one large, one small. Dried both loads: one with light weight clothing which took two cycles, 30 minutes, then an additional 20 minutes on medium heat; small load of jeans took three cycles: 30, 20, and another 20 on medium. The dryers were not very effective. Never had to repeat cycles like this on other European trips. Total bill: 55 euros! Almost 3 times times what we spent in Munich last year.

Esperienza fantastica: It's either €25 for the big load or €15 for the small load of clothes. You might think its pricey, but we washed a big load & it works to less than €0.80 per piece of clothing. Its well worth it, you could explore the city & come back later in the evening to pick it up, all nicely cleaned & dry. The very friendly senior gentlemen folded all our clothes neatly, just as if it was his children's clothes. Wonderful job

Esperienza fantastica: Tuve el placer de estar en Roma en mis vacaciones en diciembre. En el hotel nos recomendaron éste lugar. Allí fueron sumamente amables con nosotros (fué lo que más nos gustó), el lavado de la ropa fué perfecto, los precios varían de acuerdo a la cantidad. Tienen 2 canastas para medirla, cada una de ellas con un precio diferente. La ropa fue doblada cuidadosamente y quedó con un olor muy agradable. Definitivamente muy recomendable.

Esperienza fantastica: Totally recommended... Just an FYI cause some people don't seem to understand simple logic. It doesn't matter how many kilos of clothes you have, if you need to use the big or small machine you WILL NEED to pay the equivalent price for each machine, simple as that. Napnet, the owner, is very friendly, hard working and honest person! My wife and I were on our 7th day in our honeymoon and we were running low on clothes, underwear and socks. We went with different sized loads, both weighting exactly 6kg as I had a scale with me and we paid together 22 euros for wash and dry on the big machine! It IS POSSIBLE to self serve here, but the option for Napnet to wash, dry and fold your clothes himself was definitely intriguing since we would prefer to go around Rome rather than wait the laundry to finish. Service took about 2 hours, but we chose to pick them up the next day so we wouldn't worry about them throughout the day. The clothes were neatly folded and inside big, clean laundry bags ready for us to pick them up. In general, it is the best and cheapest laundromat in the area! The rest were charging us 50-60 Euros for a 6kg laundry.

So, obv he did it for me. The rates go according to a fairly large basket, it was plenty for all my stuff and my partners, we had a weeks worth of clothes. Esperienza positiva: We think it is a self-help laundry. When we got in, a staff brought us downstairs and said it is 6 Euros (we don't have a lot to wash, just a couple of Tee and underpants). I didn't have coins and asked for changes. I handed over the 5 dollar bills and the staff seemed to make a joke that bill is for him. I guess that is a bad joke because obviously we are strangers in the city. Turn out we got the changes and the price is indeed 6 Euros. I mean, we didn't expect service and we never wanted. Just let me do it ourselves. It defeat the purpose of coin laundry if I pay extra for services anyway.

Esperienza fantastica: We took a whole suitcase of clothes there to be washed and about 2/3 dryed(~20 kilos). It came out to 33 euros in total. My wife and I went to Irish bar right next door(pretty good) to pass the time. We came back 90 mins later, and I cannot believe how well done everything was. I love it when someone takes pride in their work, and it showed up in the final result. The collars on my shirts were perfect, and I couldn’t be happier.

It IS POSSIBLE to self serve here, but the option for them to wash, dry and fold your clothes comes out to the same price so what's there to lose? Service took about 2 hours, and they neatly folded my clothes. A clothes freshener was also added. I personally didn't mind the scent, but some might find it strong (it's the scent of the store as soon as you walk in.) Over all great first laundromat experience, would come back!!

Esperienza fantastica: Don't be deterred by the bad reviews, there's just been a little confusion due to the language block. When you walk in the room will be set up as an "internet point". Just ask for laundry and the guy will point down stairs. If he's there alone, he'll lock up the shop and take you down stairs. This is more of a drop off/pick up business model. He'll ask you to put your laundry in baskets and give you a receipt for you to show when you come and collect. Its €7 per basket to wash and €6 for the same to dry. You'll come back and pay and he'll have everything wrapped, folded and paired together for u. It all smelt freshly washed and apart from the confusing business model, it was a great service! Highly recommended!!!

Went to load washing and my wife and I were abused by a man asking me aggressively “if I work there” and telling me not to touch there machines . Manners are free if that man ever reads this . Continued to act aggressively so left establishment . If you promote self service you will probably expect this issue a lot and if you have staff there maybe a hello or some form of greeting would help your business. Would never recommend this business to anyone . Absolute disgraceful way to treat customers

Esperienza negativa: I went with my wife to get our 4 days of laundry done. I was to told to go into the basement so that is a bit weird. The machines are not coin operated. It requires the guy working there to do it. After we have sorted the whites from the colours. The guy says the price is is 15€ and 13€ for the two baskets of clothes. I almost laughed my self because I am pretty sure I had the word idiot written on my forehead. I told him that I will do my own laundry and that I do not need his help. Anyways that went nowhere. I wanted to do my own laundry for 10€ which I had done a few days earlier in Firenze. I left as it was just a strange place and it just gave me the ripoff vibe. We are from Toronto to give you a sense of where I am from. I would not recommend this place to women or foreigners. Try the wash point laundromat about 5min away on foot.

Overpriced to begin with and then after the wash and dry, the charged us 34 euro all together. So how does it double from doing almost two loads of laundry, terrible and a rip off.

Esperienza negativa: I needed to make a call to the Canada. Asked the guy for the rate he quoted me 0.15 Euros a Minute I said ok. He dialed on his cell phone (which I found strange) then handed me the phone. When I finished my call he gave me the bill orally at about 5 times more that what it should have been. I asked him it did not sound right. He then said it was 0.50 Euros a minute. I asked him to show me in writing the cost of the call. He said there was none. He ripped me off as later I went to another internet point and the calls were on a timer and in a booth and only 0.10 cents a minute. Obviously this guy used his cell to rip me off. I paid him and told him he was a thief. Go near the train station (Termini) there are other phone/internet centers that are legitimate.
