Esperienza negativa: Short story: avoid them and buy your own tickets from the attraction's ticket office/website. Now the long story: had a reservation from booking.com for entry at 10 am, got tickets to enter at 11:30. Needles to say that they didn't have the tickets prepared/printed in advance so we lost about 30 minutes in their office until they've sorted their mess out. The one star is for the free water bottle they gave us (and because you cannot rate with 0 stars)

Esperienza fantastica: Today, we visited the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. Our tour guide, Andrada, guided us for about 3 hours. Her energy was incredible, and her storytelling was outstanding. It felt like we were traveling through history, making our journey through the timeline truly enjoyable. From start to finish, we were completely satisfied. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Esperienza negativa: booked for tour at 09:30 - the day before received message, tour would only be at 10:45. And on the day itself, tour-guide was late by more than 1 hour, so tour only started at 11:55, actually spoiling a complete morning of a long week-end in Rome. Guide did not even start with an excuse, why she was late.....(basic politeness, in my point of view) Also the first part (more then 1 hour) of the tour was neither inside the Roman Forum nor Colosseum, but just on the streets along both. Due to late start, both locations were rushed through (less then 45min in Roman Forum, and approx. similar time in Colosseum), missing some particular interesting parts of both locations. overall : not impressed, disappointed, and remaining with the feeling to have paid too much for the poor quality received of the guided tour.

Esperienza fantastica: Today, we’ve been to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Our tour guide Corina, was the best part of this all. Ask for her, if you can. Other than that, please don’t believe these old reviews. Everything was smooth, well explained and properly enjoyed. Recommended 10/10.

Esperienza fantastica: My wife purchased tickets in the states online about a week before we came. We had a small group and Corina was an amazing guide! Our tour lasted about 3 hours and was extremely informative. It’s so hard to get details about a place in a short time but she did an amazing job of mixing historical info with everyday life. Fun fact capers just grow in the walls all around Rome!!

Esperienza fantastica: We really enjoyed our morning tour with Corina who was a wealth of knowledge. When we booked we were not aware that the first 2 hours would be spent walking around the Roman forum which was a great bonus, but be aware with the additional time spent in the Colosseum makes a lengthy trip, eat well before and take plenty of water with you! Corina also had a few pictures of the sites as it might have been when it was new which was a nice touch to visualise it.

Esperienza negativa: Directed us to a different tour company, did not provide good directions, and told them an earlier time so we missed our scheduled tour. Claimed to have reached out to us via WhatApp but no communication was made. Thankfully the other company went out of their way to accommodate us at a later time.

Esperienza negativa: A fuir! Cette agence a clairement gâché une partie de mon séjour à Rome.. Pour la visite du Colisée: Le ticket était aussi censé comprendre le jardin archéologique + un accès à son musée ...MUSÉE INACCESSIBLE au final... De plus le ticket en question aurait du nous permettre de ne pas faire la queue « coupe-file » mais bien sûr l’attente était finalement «obligatoire » !!! Lorsque que j’ai fait cette réflection à notre guide, elle m’a répondu : « non mais c’est comme ça c’est la sécurité et on doit attendre ». Un surcoût pour finalement bénéficier des mêmes avantages que les personnes ayant ticket classique... honteux. Ils m’ont en plus de cela envoyé balader quand j’ai décidé de me plaindre au près d’eux (gentiment). Je répète à Fuir!

Esperienza negativa: Mala experiencia. Tome el tour en inglés porque no habían más disponibles, lo cual no es problema porque por suerte lo hablo,pero cuando llegamos nos damos cuenta que la guía no. Entre un italiano mezclado con inglés nos dio un recorrido a las carreras. Se sintió más como un maratón sin paradas. Mucha gente ahorra por mucho tiempo para ir a estos lugares y la guía iba tan rápido que no dejaba que nadie tomara fotos de nada, y para que? Pues para nada porque salí con la misma cantidad de información con la que entre. Se le olvidaban los datos y básicamente leía la aplacas en voz alta y repetía las mismas frases una y otra vez. Te saca del foto romano sin chance de fotos y una vez sales no puedes entrar de vuelta. En el coliseo igual, nos dijo 3 cosas y luego dejó solo al grupo. La verdad paguen un poco más y evitence el mal rato con esta compañía.

Esperienza fantastica: I am surprised by negative reviews, as we had a wonderful experience with our guide Sandra who made sure everyone understood the history and culture of the place. She stretched beyond 3 hours and was exceptionally kind. My mother had issues with walking yet she made sure we were never left out. She explained things in detail with photos, books and had a strong command on English language. We loved the experience and would recommend to everyone.

Esperienza positiva: Average experience TBH. Guide was very nice though even despite strong Italian accent but I got a feeling that I heard a lot of words but no concrete facts. It was a pity that we couldn't get back to forum romanum

Esperienza negativa: Tickets online gekocht voor een drie uur durende gegidste tour van het Colosseum & Forum Romanum + Palatine hill. Tour was gestart om 12u ipv vermelde 11u30. Vlotte toegang tot Colosseum zonder wachtrij. Onze gids Carmelo had weinig concrete informatie en fijne weetjes over de bezienswaardigheden. De tour werd afgerond om 13u30 (dus na 1u30) met de boodschap dat we nog zelfstandig Palatine Hill konden bezoeken. Jammer, geld niet waard.

The partner was 'Gladiator Tours', a real tourism agency next to Colosseum. The service was welcoming, warm and extremely rich in details of Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Grade 10 out of 10.

Esperienza fantastica: My 3 hour tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill was 10/10. Corina our guide has over 28 years of experience and a professor or Roman Archeology. Her passion was contagious and would recommend anyone to take a tour with her.

Esperienza negativa: We had very bad experience in Rome with them We bought tickets for Colosseum from one of his offices : MrAsef assured us to have it confirmed. Unfortunately the next day we wanted to use our tickets found out there was no reservation for us !! they refunded us easily saying human mistake from Mr.Asef office! Sorry but , tumps down to Asef and his dad who sold the tickets which never existed…and ruined our day!!

Esperienza fantastica: We had a 3 hour tour of the Colosseum and surrounding historical ruins with tour guide Titi who was wonderful!! 10/10 would recommend and would request her specifically! She was knowledgeable witty and had a lot of information I had never heard before. It was a 95 degree day but she was considerate of the entire group making sure we had resting points in the shade access to the fresh water fountains and a restroom stop. We are so glad we booked with this tour company and feel lucky to have had an amazing guide!

Esperienza fantastica: Goed georganiseerd, wij hadden de audiotour dus hoeven niet met gids mee. Wel kregen we een tijdstip te horen wanneer we bij de uitgang moesten zijn. De telefoon met oortjes werkte perfect en vertelde hetzelfde als de gids alleen nu kon je alles in je eigen tempo doen. Onze tour werd alleen wel verplaatst, maar daar werden we keurig van op de hoogte gebracht en werd het binnen een uur veranderd naar een ander tijdstip wat ook ons uitkwam. Communicatie was goed en duidelijk. Voor mensen die iets ouder zijn ( wij waren 20 en 22) zou ik aanbevelen om met de gids mee te gaan. Voor ieder die zelf door het colloseum, de hill en de Romeinse ruïnes wil lopen zou ook zeggen neem lekker de audiotour en ga er zelf op uit. Esperienza negativa: Estafa! Estafa! No compréis con esta agencia. No te cumplen nada de lo que te ofrecen. Solo les interesa captar personas a base de engaños.. nunca supe como se llamaba la guía por que nunca se interesó por nosotros. Nos cambiaron la hora del tour. Hicimos cola. No nos incluyeron las entradas al museo. Y la guía solo estuvo en el coliseo luego se fue. Me dieron un móvil absurdo que según tendría el tour y fue un engaño ni se escuchaba y no nos dieron audífonos. Decepción total con esta gente.

Esperienza negativa: Mala experiencia. Muy difícil saber por anticipado las tarifas. Nos quisieron cobrar por la entrada de un menor (es gratuita). El guía llegó tarde al inicio del tour. Nos tuvieron esperando a 40 grados durante media hora esperando gente del grupo fuera del Coliseo (que no apareció) para ir al Foro. Poco recomendable.

Esperienza negativa: Muy poco recomendable, son súper irresponsables, tenía que entrar al coliseo a las 10 de la mañana y entramos a las 17, tuve que cancelar otra excursión o me lo tenía que perder. La entrada supuestamente incluye todo el coliseo y no es así.

Esperienza negativa: Annoyingly I booked this before reading these reviews. I’ll say first off they were very pleasant to deal with in the room but I do agree with reviews this is a scam. I think their method is to let you book any tour but on the day put you on the tour most people are booked on. Very sketchy; they told us our 11am tour was ‘moved and they emailed’ (they didn’t) to 2pm but instead of a guided tour with Colosseum floor access and guided tour of the grounds it was a 1 hour standard colosseum tour, unguided on grounds for “partial” refund. We declined, they said they’d refund us in 7 days - my husband asked them to refund immediately and they did so. No harm no foul but avoid; we ended up booking unguided tours directly on Rome’s official archeological website and it was amazing.

Esperienza negativa: Definitely a scam, buy your tickets elsewhere!!! We booked the tickets and received no confirmation then when we called about this they changed our tour time from 11am to 4.40pm. We arrived at 4.15pm for our tour and were left waiting til 4.40pm to be told they were giving us a 'free' ticket to the pantheon (it was already supposed to be included) and to come back for the tour at 5.30pm. We were refused admission to the pantheon with the ticket they gave us as it had already been used. When we came back for the tour at 5.30pm we were left standing outside until 6pm. The 'tour guide' eventually came and gave us 'a tour' which was a very poor quality and rushed 35 minutes he then left us to our own devices to look around, in which we had a rushed 30 minutes to look around as the place closed at 7pm. We could hear real tour guides giving actual tours around us which made it even more disappointing. Avoid at all costs!

Esperienza negativa: Scam!! We paid 90 Euros for a tour and received a confirmation number/details for March 5th. We showed up at the specified meeting point and found the tour office is closed and no tours are given on this date. I can't understand how their system would allow tickets to be purchased when the offices are closed in the first Sunday of the month. We received no communication from the company outside of the booking reference number and original tour details. . Really disappointing. We've reported this company as fraud to Our credit card company.

Esperienza negativa: Cancelled the underground tour of the colosseum the day before, so impossible to find another underground tour. They offered normal tours as a replacement, but we declined. They did refund they money after two telephone calls.

Esperienza negativa: Habe Vatikan Tour und kolloseum Tour gebucht. Erstmal zur Vatikan Tour: Treffpunkt in der E-Mail stimmte nicht. Als dann zur vereinbarten Zeit niemand kam rief ich bei Gladiatortours an um zu erfahren dass ich zu einem anderen Treffpunkt sollte. Man habe mich nicht erreichen können obwohl Email und Telefonnummer bei Anmeldung hinterlegt wurde. Dann in wenigen Minuten zum neuen Treffpunkt gerannt um dann missbilligend für meine Verspätung gerüffelt zu werden. die Führung an sich war ganz in Ordnung aber die Planung war eine Katastrophe. Tag 2 Führung durch kolloseum: wieder rechtzeitig am Treffpunkt bei ihrem Büro. Dieses Mal erfahren wir dass die Buchung storniert wurde (wieder keine Rückmeldung oder Entschuldigung. Auf die Nachfrage ob es eine andere Führung zu späterem Zeitpunkt gäbe nur ein genervtes ja. Auf Rückfrage ob es einen kleinen Rabatt gäbeimmerhin dann 10%. Wenn ihr kömmt haltet euch von dem Laden fern!

Esperienza negativa: We did the guided tour of Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Roman Forum on 13th May 2022. Expected a lot but felt very much left out in the whole trip. My Father who is 78yrs old had to walk too fast than was expected and also we could hear the guide saying “this is a trouble”. My Father was never humiliated like this ever in his entire life. I hope she lives to see the age of 78yrs and still walk like the way my Father did. It was a hot weather and the guide was always standing in the heat and not in the shaded areas. I never expected this. Felt Thoroughly bad and would never recommend this to anyone.

No compréis entrada, nos tuvieron muchísimo rato esperando con un calor infernal pasándonos de un guía a otro, por fin cuando creemos que ya han hecho el grupo y entramos en el Coliseo nos dicen que como somos rubios creían que éramos americanos y hablábamos en inglés, total que habían hecho grupos con personas en varios idiomas. Un kaos y mala organización. Además le fui a pedir mi entrada a la guía para poder seguir por mi cuenta y no me la quiso dar por lo que tuve que esperarla continuamente todo el trayecto.

Esperienza fantastica: C'è stato un piccolo problema con la prenotazione tramite booking ma sono riusciti a risolverla alla svelta trovandomi un altro biglietto. Lucia, nonostante fosse ferma da 2 anni, è stata molto brava a spiegare tutta la storia del colosseo senza essere noiosa e ripetitiva. Guida molto preparata.

Esperienza negativa: Out of 3 hours tour in the Vatican the guide Fernando waisted almost 1.5 hours on lines we were supposed to skip and walking endlessly without a purpose. When finally in the Vatican, we got no real sense of the place and learnt nothing new. Complete waist of good money (55 EU each) and time. Highly unrecommended!!!

Esperienza negativa: Be careful, when booking through Gladiator Tours. Their "Full Experience Collosseo, Foro Romano" entrance is not the same as the one on the official website of the Parco archeologico del Colosseo. It includes less, but costs more!

Esperienza negativa: Tour durch den Vatikan im Laden von GladiatorTour gebucht. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir durch den Eingang vom Museum geführt um uns dann ne Eintrittskarte in die Hand zugeben und zusagen jetzt könnt ihr das Museum besichtigen. Führung durch den Eingangsberreich des Museums dafür 75Euro für 2 Personen bezahlen?!?Wenn das Ticket 17Euro kostet?! Also einmal komplett ausgenommen worden ohne Leistung. Ich kann allen Raten haltet euch fern von diesem Laden!!!!!

Esperienza negativa: It is a useless tour with useless tourguides which are scammers and charge the triple amount of the official entry fee and let u see the area only for 15 minutes with limited access and false promises. The guide literally stands in his place and talks nonsense from his useless information without actually showing the place and keeps making nonsense jokes to fill the promised time .

Esperienza positiva: Tour di buon livello si imparano un bel po' di cose che da soli non ci si fa' caso, specie la seconda guida di nome Radu un personaggio simpaticissimo ma molto preparato che solo lui vale il prezzo del biglietto

Esperienza negativa: Leider bescheiden, einerseits wegen dem Veranstalter und andererseits wegen der Einrichtung Kolosseum selbst. Ankunft etwa um 09:20 alles besprochen, Upgrade abgelehnt. Termin vor dem Büro 10:20. Waren pünktlich vor Ort und dann begann was nicht beginnen sollte. Niemand sagt etwas ( sorry brauchen etwas Zeit oder ähnliches) Andere Länder andere Sitten. Nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit kam eine kleine Dame (Guide wie sich herausstellte) und meinte nur "hier warten auf Englisch" als sie dann auf die andere Straßenseite ging. Wo wir scherzhaft meinten sie macht sicher Beginn der Führung mit denen und holt uns danach dazu! Lol Tata, es passierte wirklich. Im späteren annähern zum Kolosseum ,wurde uns dies auch Nett bestätigt " die haben mehr bezahlt,deshalb bekommen sie auch mehr Infos" Worauf wir sagten , wir hätten skip the Line bezahlt und warten noch immer :) Nach hin und her waren wir letztlich um 11:32 entlassen im Kolosseum zur freien Besichtigung. Sprich,mit " skip the Line Ticket" brauchten wir Eine Runde Stunde um hinein zukommen , Ohne anstehen selbstverständlich :/? Nach späterer Recherche , erfuhren wir das man mit normalem schlange stehen gleich lang oder mit Glück schneller drinnen wäre. Zeit zum kucken war somit bemessen bis 12:20 (weniger als eine Stunde) Danach zum letzten Teil des Kombitickets, wieder warten bis die mehr bezahler beauskunftet wurden durch unseren gemeinsamen Guide. Fazit: skip the Line ist was gutes wenn man den Sinn dahinter versteht und praktisch umsetzten kann. Bei uns wurde es nicht Mal annähernd verstanden, somit durchgefallen in allen Punkten. PS: war nicht die erste Tour in Rom ,aber die erste wo nichts klappte!

Только после того, как оплатили деньги, нам сообщили, что в колезее будет осмотр и все колюще-режущие предметы надо вытаскивать. У нас с собой были походные наборы которые очень недешево стоят. Сказали прячьте где-нибудь на улице. В итоге забрали к себе в агенство, но мы так и не успели их забрать. За это огромный минус. Необходимо предупреждать о таких вещах до того, как люди деньги отдали. К гиду Ксении претензий нет. Отлично провела экскурсию, очень интересно рассказывает. Отвечает на все вопросы. Прям видно что разбирается в теме и ей она очень интересна. Ксении огромный респект!!

Esperienza positiva: Tour was good. Our guide was friendly. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because we had to wait in line a while to get into Palatine Hill and the tour got rushed thru and we couldn't really enjoy the sites.

Esperienza fantastica: We had a great tour of the Colosseum & Palatine Hill with Francesco. He was such a great guide, very passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Rome. He made the tour fun & interesting. The staff at the office were good, but do yourself a favour and join a tour with Francesco. We did buy our tour with Big Bus Tours, but I’m sure you can buy direct from the office. We jumped the queue almost immediately and were whisked through security. Well worth the €50 IMO.

Esperienza negativa: If you get a ticket that says 9:30, the office will tell you to meet at 10:20, then you will get in a group to enter at 11:10. Then you wait in security. The tickets that are sold in kiosks are not a skip the line ticket, not as described, felt like a scam.

Esperienza negativa: As soon as we arrived they gave us issues telling us we had to wait another hour. Then the tour guide told us to meet him outside the Colosseum at 12:45pm. He showed up at 1:00pm and told us he never told us that and that we were supposed to go with another group. We were unable to go into the rest of the tour or get even partial refund.

Esperienza positiva: The tour into Colosseum was mostly information on the way in, and not so much around the arena. The guide had a good volabulary, but english pronounciation was a bit hard at times. Despite this, she had a lot of knowledge and told the story well. Wish we had some guiding around the exhibition upstairs as well.

Esperienza negativa: We were sold “skip the line” tickets to the Colloseum from a ticket booth on behalf of Gladiator tours but when we arrived at the Gladiator tours office we were told we would have to wait two hours unless we upgraded to a guided tour. A scam or poor management? Either way, very disappointing.

Esperienza positiva: Un visto Colosseo e Foro con una visita guidata, la nostra guida si chiamava Francesco ed è stato molto simpatico e competente per tutta la durata del tour, ci ha dato molte informazioni interessanti senza annoiare mai!

Esperienza negativa: Tragiczna organizacja. Co prawda koloseum zobaczyliśmy, jednak później powiedziano nam że przejmie nas inny przewodnik. Mieliśmy się spotkać o 15.45 pod wyjściem. Niestety nikt się nie pojawił. Odniosłam wrażenie, że to jednie wielkie oszustwo. Nie polecam.

Esperienza negativa: Too bad the organisation and insulted to French people!!! I went to speak with the lady in charge of printing the “tickets “ and she told me I was late for the tour (15 min). I explained to her that it was a misunderstanding since the email didn’t explain that I had to. My boyfriend who is French said something, and she said to his colleague “giornata di merda, francese di merda” . I Spoke directly in English because for me is faster but I can speak and understand Italian. Bad point my lady !! Poor education and especially because she lives of tourists. After that we wait 15 minutes at the coliseum since the security didn’t want to let go in, we were 26 people split in two with two tickets for all !!! Definitely don’t waste your money

Esperienza negativa: Completa perdida de tiempo Tour del Coliseo y Palatino:salió una hora tarde, explican 4 cosas del Coliseo y te despachan ,tienes más tiempo libre para las fotos que de información . En el Palatino un guía con 55 personas sin micrófono ,ni parlante. Tour Vaticano: DESILUCIÓN , fuimos al lugar y el guia nos informa que no se podía visitar la capilla Sixtina ni la Basílica de San Pedro , ante esto pedimos el reintegro del dinero ,luego de 25min de idas y vueltas y malos tratos accedieron a realizar la devolución. Me hicieron perder toda una mañana y encima pasar un mal momento .

Esperienza negativa: Der letzte Laden. Einmal und NIE wieder! Wir hatten Expresszugang zum Colosseum, Palatin und Forum gebucht für 10:00 Uhr. Als wir um 9:50 Uhr da waren, wurde uns offenbart, dass wir um 11:30 Uhr wieder kommen müssen, da wir nur dann die Karten bekommen können. Der Guide, der uns zum Expresszugang bringen soll ist allerdings leider nicht da und wir müssen diesen erst am Palatin abholen. Jetzt müssen wir sogar noch um 12 Ihr zunächst eine englische Tour auf den Palatin mitmachen um an die Karten zu kommen

Esperienza negativa: I wanted to give them 0 stars. Horrible service and not a reputable company. They will try to scam you!!!!!! We were approached walking into the colosseum. We have Roma passes but had wanted to see the underground. We told the guide this. He said No problem. Since we had Roma passers he could get us arena passes for 23 eur, much cheaper since we already had Roma passes. When we came back 1.5 hours later for our tour, he said it would now be an additional 14 eur because of our Roma passes. Thankfully we didn’t pay him. Response to Owner: Yes, we knew that and so did the guide. The point is, the guide lied and manipulated us and tried to scam us for money. Said he could help us out with some kind of ticket and wanted money. We said we would pay him when the tour starts. We returned an hour later and he demanded even more money. Thankfully, he got none of ours but wasted our time. Your company is schemy and the fact that you take zero responsibility proves this all. You guys are shady and take advantage of people. People, stay away from this tour!

Esperienza negativa: TRUFFA! FRAUD! Attenzione a questa "agenzia"! Ho comprato i biglietti tramite booking un giorno prima, mail di conferma con tutti i dettagli necessari per la visita del Colosseo, Foro Romano e Palatino, per poi scoprire il giorno dopo che loro già sapevano di non essere in grado di offrire tale servizio! Sono dei ladri patentati! Imparate a lavorare con dignità se non volete vedere e sentire persone incazzati! Shame on you for the attitude, poor tourist that trusts in this kind of people, once we get angry they tell you to not complain because it isn't their fault. They just know to lie you pretty good! Ask for your money immediately, is your work and dignity, and there's nothing to be ashamed of.

Esperienza negativa: Son unos ineficientes y estafadores. Ni contraten ningún servicio con ellos. Saqué entrada para coliseo y Foro para las 12.45. Una vez terminado el Coliseo a las 14 hs. no continuaron la excursión aludiendo que era hora de almuerzo y continuaría a las 15.30 hs. Me presento a esa hora y nos hacen hacer cola, cosa que ellos aseguraban que no pasaría porque tenian prioridad. Luego de hacer la cola cómo si hubiese ido por mí cuenta a las 16 hs. Cierran el Foro y me quedo sin la visita. El grupo era en español y nos sumaron con un grupo brasilero dando por sentado que sabíamos el idioma. La incopetente coordinadora no sabía cómo solucionar la situación. Yo tenía que ir a otro destino al día siguiente y ellos insistían que ingresaría al día siguiente. Todo el grupo muy indignado, algunos aceptaron volver al otro día. Después de insistir y subir el tono de voz porque la coordinadora se hacía la distraída con la situación, logramos algunos bajo amenaza de llamar a la policía que venga un supuesto responsable a devolver la mitad del dinero de la entrada. Una vergüenza!!!! Mucha gente tenía otros planes para el día siguiente o en otros casos ya no estaríamos. Deberian cerrar esa agencia de estafadores. Ni se acerquen a Gladiator Tours

Esperienza negativa: Llegué a este comercio por un descuento de booking, debido al q el descuento solo lo hacen por la tardes nos decidimos hacer un tour guiado el cual no encontramos nunca...la chica q nos atendió nos dijo que no les iba el datáfono por lo que tuvimos q ir de correprisas a un cajero cercano q nos cobró comisión (a pesar de q la chica nos dijo que no)además de pagar un precio exagerado por las entradas el servicio fué malísimo. Recomiendo ir a las taquillas oficiales del coliseo y pagar 12 euros por las entradas sin más.

Esperienza negativa: It's a complete rip off. Their credit card machines didn't work and they only accepted cash. The line which was supposed to be 5-10 minutes was over 1.5 hours. Stay away!

Esperienza fantastica: Great tour! Staff at reception is really helpful and friendly. Valentina (the guide) was funny and very knowledgeable. She made the tour worthwhile and fun.

Esperienza negativa: Paid money for passing security and skip the line while it supposed to be a guided tour. In Collosum, the guide spoke for 20 mins the text from Wikipedia and left is for 2 hours to be in there till another lady picked us up for Rome Forum tour. Another 20 mins of, to be honest interesting, monologue and another 2 hours of own time. What for we bought guided tour I dont know.

Esperienza negativa: The only good thing was Radu, the tour guide. The guy who sold us seemed nice and helpfull, we asked about the route and duration because my partner walks with a cain and can not walk for long. He said it will all take 45 min!!! It took 3 hours!!! He saw the cain but did not care for us, just for our money. We missed the hop-on hop-off we took for the day and might not be able to continue because my partner’s leg is in a bad shape. Shame on them!!!

Waited over 1 hour for our tour guide to the colloseum, she never had our tickets, was rude and abrupt and oh yes, our skip the line tickets didn’t work so we never even got to go in! We purchased this through viator before coming to Rome so we are really disappointed by it.

Esperienza negativa: Not a reputable company. Their skip the line for the Colosseum is not real. When we went to the Colosseum they told us that our tickets were not acceptable and that we had to wait on line with everyone else. On top of that our tour guide showed up an hour late and had no idea where to enter. We had a tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palentine Hill. When the guide finally figured where to go (2 hours after our start time) she only took us to Palentine Hill and said we could see the Roman Forum from a distance. After that she said the line was too long to take us into the Colosseum. There were many other companies who had skip the line tickets that work. I would avoid this company if at all cost they are about as useful as the scammers selling fake tickets around all the tourist sites.

Esperienza negativa: I paid 20€ and have been humiliated. The guide hardly simplified and ridiculized christian faith. As a christian, I felt publicaly humiliated. I left the group and renounced to the visit. It was a very bad experience.

Esperienza negativa: Nos retrasn la visita de las 10:30 a la 13:30, llegamos a las 13:30 y no dicen que esperemos 10 minutos y así hasta pasadas las 14'30 que una de las empleadas de la agencia nos lleva al Coliseo y buscan allí una guia, que tras hacer la cola de la gente que va por libre, conseguimos entrar justito a las 15:30. La guía nos da una explicación rápida de 10 minutos escasos, recoge los auriculares, se va y nos deja solos para que lo visitemos por nuestra cuenta. Nos quedamos sin visitar el foro romano y el palatino. Un auténtico robo

Esperienza negativa: Leider wurde die gebuchte Colloseum-Tour kurzfristig abgesagt, und da unser Urlaub jetzt vorbei ist, funktioniert das mit dem Ersatztermin auch nicht. Es sollte bei der Planung der Touren bekannt gewesen sein, dass an jedem ersten Sonntag im Monat das Kolloseum für die Öffentlichkeit kostenfrei geöffnet hat und da keine Touren durchgeführt werden. Schade.
