Esperienza fantastica: Tour delle isole veneziane molto carino. Guida solo a bordo che spiega le varie cose che s'incontrano durante il percorso. Su ogni isola si hanno circa 50 minuti per girare in autonomia.

Esperienza positiva: Hicimos el tour guiado a Murano, Burano y Torcello. No estuvo mal, pero la verdad es que esperaba algo más. El tour se limita a transportarte a las islas y a algunos comentarios durante el trayecto de un guía apático y desmotivado. No me aportó nada que no pudiera haber hecho por mi cuenta con el vaporetto público.

Esperienza fantastica: The Murano, Burano & Torcello half-day trip was great. Enough free time at each island, also there was a tour guide who made a commentary during the entire trip, the commentary was in italian, english and french.

Esperienza fantastica: We booked tour to Murano burano and Torcello and it was amazing, we had about an hour to explore each. There was also a guide in three languages, we couldn't hear clearly in first two boats but then it was okay. They were very nice.

Esperienza negativa: Une agence profondément désagréable, mal organisée et insultante envers ses clients. Nous avions réservé une activité en gondole avec un départ prévu à 17h. Conformément aux instructions reçues par e-mail, nous sommes arrivées 15 minutes en avance. À 17h, une employée de l’agence est venue nous chercher pour nous amener au ponton. Elle nous a dit d’attendre que le groupe précédent (d’une autre agence) termine d’embarquer avant que ce soit notre tour. Nous avons attendu 35 minutes debout, sans explication, ni attention. Mais le pire restait à venir : nous avons simplement demandé à monter ensemble dans la même gondole, ce qui a déclenché des cris et des propos agressifs de la part du personnel. La jeune femme s’est mise à hurler, refusant catégoriquement que nous soyons ensemble, alors que tous les autres groupes derrière nous sont montés au complet, sans problème. Seul notre groupe a été contraint de se séparer. Mention spéciale au manager des gondoliers, absolument insultant et irrespectueux, qui parle aux clients sur un ton humiliant et méprisant. Une attitude honteuse pour un service censé offrir un moment agréable. Et que dire de la balade ? • 20 minutes au lieu des 30 annoncées. • Gondolier passif, sur son téléphone pendant tout le trajet, sans un mot ni explication. Une expérience expéditive, désagréable, irrespectueuse et clairement à éviter. Cette agence est une honte pour le tourisme à Venise. Il existe bien d’autres prestataires plus professionnels, plus humains, et qui méritent, eux, qu’on leur fasse confiance.

Esperienza negativa: They were incredibly rude and tried to refuse us service. We were on time for our gondola ride and got our tickets for our 2pm gondola ride at 2:05. We walked over to where the gondola ride was supposed to be then refused service by the gondola ride drivers even though the lady at the ticket office told us to go over there. It is not our fault that they had one worker and it took us 20 minutes to get through the line. They were consistently blaming us. The female worker at the ticket office was rude, hostile, and downright nasty. If you don’t know how to work in customer service, then don’t. Photo of said worker below.

Esperienza positiva: Molto comodo con i loro tour con accompagnatore che ti spiega i vari isolotti che si passano attraverso la laguna. Noi abbiamo provato il tour Murano, Burano, Torcello.. le spiegazioni erano in tre/quattro lingue., unica pecca il poco tempo che danno per girare a terra 45min sono pochini, ci vorrebbe al meno più di un ora per girare come si deve. Cmq personale gentile..

Esperienza fantastica: Abbiamo utilizzato il servizio Alilaguna per spostarci dall’aeroporto al centro di Venezia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. È un mezzo comodo ed efficiente, con una bellissima vista sulla laguna durante il tragitto. Gli orari sono abbastanza puntuali e il personale a bordo è stato cortese. Un’ottima alternativa ai taxi privati per raggiungere la città in modo pratico e suggestivo

Esperienza negativa: Nous avons fait une réservation pour une visite à Murano. Le voucher avec les horaires et les adresses pour l échange des billets et le lieu de rendez vous est incompréhensible. le lieu de rendez vous et le lieu pour l échange des billets avec les coordonnées gps n existe pas. Nous sommes par conséquent arrivé de justesse à l heure prévue à un autre point de rendez vous écrit en petit et en anglais. Cependant le temps de trouver l agence pour l échange des billets nous a fait perdre du temps. Il n y a pas de nom de la société affiché et le personnel nous lamentablement répondu que c était trop tard pour partir . Nous avons dû aller à 2 reprises dans cette agence durant notre séjour pour des renseignements et des réservations , le personnel a été le plus désagréable que j ai jamais vu . Très agressif alors que nous nous déplaçons pour leur acheter des prestations. Nous n aurons finalement pas conclu d achat chez eux pour une autre expédition à cause de ça

Esperienza negativa: Se pudesse dava zero. Venderam nos um bilhete para a tour das 3 ilhas com uma duração de 5h30. Quando entramos no barco já mudaram a duração para 4horas apenas. A primeira ilha Murano a visita a fábrica vale a pena e temos cerca de meia hora para visitar. A segunda ilha Torcello é a ilha mais pequena e dão 1 hora de tempo para visitar, um desperdício de tempo que tiram à visita da ilha seguinte, ou seja Burano. Em Burano deixaram nos ficar apenas 45 minutos na ilha maior e mais bonita. O staff está sempre a apressar as pessoas e ainda deixaram pessoas que deviam ter voltado connosco na tour na última ilha por chegarem mesmo na hora da partida do barco. Uma vergonha de serviço!

Esperienza positiva: Le problème a été le point de départ, nous sommes arrivés 5 min avant le départ et un employé nous a indiqué une autre entrée. Malheureusement le bateau avec la visite en français est parti sous notre nez, nous sommes partis sur la visite en anglais 1/2 h après. En dehors de ce désagrément nous avons passé un bon moment avec le guide anglophone mais qui a fait son maximum pour nous faciliter la visite.

Esperienza negativa: Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con Alilaguna fue muy decepcionante. Hicimos el viaje durante el puente de diciembre y, aunque en su página web se indica que la guía es en español, solo se comunicaron en italiano. Esto fue frustrante, ya que no pudimos entender la información que se proporcionaba. El tour incluye tres paradas de 45 minutos cada una. La primera parada fue en Murano, donde nos mostraron cómo se fabrican las figuritas de cristal, lo cual fue interesante, pero la segunda parada fue una total pérdida de tiempo, ya que no había nada que ver. La tercera parada, Burano, es realmente hermosa, pero con tan poco tiempo es imposible disfrutarla adecuadamente o incluso comer algo. En resumen, no recomiendo esta empresa, especialmente en invierno. La falta de atención al idioma y el escaso tiempo en las islas hacen que la experiencia no valga del todo la pena.

Esperienza negativa: Never come to this tourist office, if you don’t want to ruin a good day. Staffs here asked for over 200 euro for 2 people, and said that sharing costs with strangers is prohibited. When we find another 2people to share a boat, staffs refused to take us and said it’s closed (16:40 at that time). I don’t understand why the government didn’t take any measures to stop those disgusting behaviors. Please find other gondola stops, people there are very nice and kind. Here I posted the official price for Gondola, so avoid more tourists getting rubbed.

Esperienza fantastica: We bought out ticket to the airport from here. it was easy to find and the lady at the counter was helpful in explaining to us that the ticket is an open ticket, with no set time / expire date. We paid 15 euros for a one-way ticket. Boarding from Giglio was hassle free and timely. It is also a better stop as it is the start of the journey, so we get to pick the best seat and ample of space to load our luggage at the deck. Cheap and convenient way to get to the airport.

Esperienza fantastica: Contratamos el tour de la góndola con la app de HEADOUT. Todo fue perfecto. En la app decía que era posible que no fueramos juntos porque de compartían más góndolas (máximo 5 personas). Como había tanta gente para montarse en la góndola, fue fácil poder mezclarnos con otro grupo y no separnos. Fueron 39€/persona. OJO: este tour NO pasa por ningún puente famoso y NO hay explicación en la góndola de nada. Solo es el paseo.

Esperienza negativa: Reservamos un tour con paseo en góndola, lo anularon por clima y no les dio la gana de devolvernos el dinero, solo nos daban la opción de coger la actividad al día siguiente. Me parece un timo ya que aquí la gente viene de paso, no se puede estar infinitamente en Venecia para recuperar una actividad. Vergonzoso. El tour por otro lado muy bien, la verdad y los que atendían al cliente eran majos.

Esperienza positiva: Una buena opción para ir del aeropuerto a Venecia y viceversa. Es como si cogieras un autobús, con sus diferentes paradas, pero en lugar de carretera por el agua. Tarda 1 hora 30 minutos (más o menos) y el precio es de 15€ por persona.

Despite being promised a 30-45 minute privet tour showcasing Venice's landmarks, the ride lasted a mere 20 minutes and lacked any notable sights. To make matters worse, the gondola’s rider were quite rude, which detracted significantly from the overall experience. It felt as though the primary focus was to rush through the ride rather than provide customers with a memorable gondola tour. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider booking with this company. There are undoubtedly better options available that offer a more authentic and enjoyable gondola experience. I didn’t even wanna start about the prices and the gondolas they have, the were ugliest.

There are four or five gondola and only one of them has a singer and you hear the singer from afar. It's not worth it at the end

Esperienza negativa: Worst ever at everything. We took tour to Murano, Burano, Torcello and they start late, but when some people were some seconds late they abandoned them on torcelo island!!!!!!! Even they saw them when the boat was leaving the port. Afterwards they left us in another port and another boat came to take us back and they were talking Italian and we couldn’t understand what was happening!

Esperienza fantastica: We did the walking and gondola tour. Several other reviews had me skeptical of the experience, but I can see now that these are all wild exaggerations. Our guide, Marina, was excellent and knowledgeable and packed a lot of essential information into a relatively brief walking tour. The gondola ride was slightly shorter than advertised, but I did not feel that we were missing out on anything and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice and wanting to learn/experience in a short time!

Esperienza fantastica: En partenariat avec get your guide, nous avons pris le city pass puis venions réserver et retirer nos tickets ici. Pour 100euros nous avons eu droit à tellement d'activités (gondole, tour des 3 îles, palais des doges, visite guidée de la ville, visite de l'opéra et plein d'églises). Tellement rentable que je pensais que c'était une arnaque. Les guides sont tops, vraiment parfait.

Esperienza negativa: Tour voor € 25,- geboekt om langs de 3 eilanden te gaan. Geen geld natuurlijk! Op eiland 1 -Murano- word je eerst een glasfabriek in geloosd (een andere weg is er niet), daarna blijft er ca 20 minuten over om een halve straat met dezelfde soort winkeltjes in te lopen. Op eiland 2 -Torcello- wordt verteld dat je een kerk kan bekijken. Wij hebben daar op de eerste de beste plek een kop koffie gedaan (op soort boerderij), kerk niet gezien, was geen tijd meer voor. Op eiland 3 -Burano- hadden we liever langer gebleven. Heel sfeervol en fotogeniek door de gekleurde huisjes. Veel leuke eettentjes, maar daar is echt geen tijd voor. Wel snel een ijsje gescoord en een heel klein beetje gewinkeld. Kortom: gedurende de tour op de eilandjes heb je eigenlijk continue stress om de boot weer te missen dus je geniet er daardoor niet zo van. Naar mijn idee kan je Torcello ook beter overslaan en die tijd extra op de andere 2 eilanden spenderen, vooral Burano. De boot vaart ook naar Lido, maar legt niet aan. Geen idee waarom hier tijd in wordt gestoken. Op de boot zelf kan je ook niet genieten van de boottocht. Zodra je zit begint de gids te kakelen in allerhande talen, maar niet echt verstaanbaar, de Engelse taal had in elk geval slechte uitspraak en ik verstond alleen af en toe een los woord. Het geluid vd speakers staat mega hard, het deed gewoon zeer aan m’n oren >> ik ben groot concertbezoeker en ben wel wat gewend.. Het gekakel van de gids gaat non-stop door gedurende de gehele boottrip, het irriteert. Gids is wel vriendelijk en doet haar best en dus haar werk, maar dit concept is echt niet leuk. Volgens mij kan je voor € 25,- ook een dagkaart kopen voor de waterbus. Ik zou dat aanraden. Kan soms wel vol zijn waardoor je mogelijk geen zitplek hebt. Die heb je bij de 3-eilanden-tour wel.

Aucun intérêt donc d acheter en ligne...et les FAQ du site ne sont pas traduits en anglais. On a perdu 2h et 20eur.

Great service, on time and kind staff who helped me to buy on line, getting on and off the boat and scanning tickets on the exit, very nice and kind people! 5 stars staff. You can buy the ticket by cash on board (€16/pp) or by scanning the QR code on the platform and buying online, just need to validate on line as well (€15): https://app.daaab.it/ Be aware that if you buy the ticket directly on AliLaguna website you need to converted it to a paper ticket at the ticket office before you departure, this is clear stated on their website and the ticket office opening times as well.

Esperienza positiva: Les explications du guide sont claires et le bateau plutôt confortable si l'on supporte les gaz ďéchappement qui ont tendance à envahir ľhabitacle selon le sens du vent... mais si on souhaite profiter de chaque île, le pass journée est plus indiqué, ďautant que certaines formules comprennent les billets d'entrée pour certains musées !

Esperienza fantastica: Parfait ! Voyage vers l'aéroport de San Marco de l'embarcadère de S.Marco. Il faut compter 1h10 mais le voyage est très agréable et le prix est de 15€. On peut acheter le billet a l'avance et l'utiliser comme on veut. Mais attention il y a des horaires...

Esperienza positiva: Ho acquistato i biglietti dal sito Headout Bookings per fare una passeggiata con la gondola prenotando l'orario desiderato. Non sapendo come funzionasse, ho chiesto informazioni alla cassa fissa, dove mi ha dato indicazioni l'addetto dietro la cassa, dicendomi che dovevo presentarmi qualche minuto prima davanti l'ingresso di San Marco Giardinetti per aspettare l'addetto che mi avrebbe portato alle gondole. L'addetto (un po' antipatico) ha rispettato l'orario e siamo andati a prendere le gondole dal parcheggio Gondola Dogana Vallarasso, situato a 50 metri più avanti. Giro completato in 30 minuti circa. Bellissima avventura.

Esperienza positiva: 「GetYourGuide」で予約した乗合ゴンドラの集合場所となっていました。バウチャーを見せるとチケットをもらえて、横のスペースで待つように言われます。少し経ってからガイドさんが乗り場に連れて行ってくれて、ゴンドラに案内されました。憧れのベネチアンゴンドラ、とっても楽しかったですが途中で雨が降って寒かったです。ゴンドラによっては乗客に雨避けのためにレジャーシートのようなもの？を貸しているようでしたが、私が乗ったゴンドラには用意がなく、たまたま持っていた折り畳み傘をさしました(一緒に乗った他の乗客は傘を持ってなくてびしょ濡れでした)。折り畳み傘くらい用意してくれてたらいいのになー

Esperienza negativa: The tour was very simple. 4 hours were not enough. We went to 3 islands, but spend less than 1 hour in each. Murano was one I was very excited for, but only had time to go to the glass factory. The tour info was general info.

Alors déjà il n'y a nul par le nom du prestataire, pas numéro de téléphone où téléphoner en cas de problème,je fait tout les ponts on m'a dit après le pont avant le pont je suis allée au lieu exact des coordonnées GPS et ce n'était pas là selon les dires de gens de l'arnaque 32€ jeté à la poubelle. Remarquez il y a nul part des photos du lieu posté par eux-mêmes je ne parles pas du tout j'aurais dû vérifier les avis chez Google avant.

Day one immersed us in Venice's rich history, with tours of the awe-inspiring St. Mark's Basilica and the historic Doge's Palace. However, if you wish to delve deeper into the beauty and charm of these islands, I would recommend taking a water bus for an extended visit.

Esperienza negativa: The worst tour! We purchased the tour for Burano, Murano and Torcello. Three islands worth visiting but for the lack of time allotted to look around. It lasted 4 hours with less than an hour alloted for each island. Very rushed, unfortunately. The tour provides nothing you could not learn on wikipedia in 5 minutes and little direction is given as to where anything is located.

Esperienza negativa: Ter de comprar bilhete online e depois converter em bilhete em papel, numa bilheteira a 1km de distância é somente estúpido. Ou vendem online ou então vendam apenas nos locais físicos... E a acrescentar a isto, simpatia dos funcionários é absolutamente nula. Terrível mesmo.

Esperienza positiva: We ended up buying last minute tickets for the Three Islands tour from the kiosk at St. Mark's Square, as it ended up costing the same as a one way ticket to Burano. And at the end of the tour, they can drop you off near the train station, so if you are departing in the evening by train, you can save yourself an additional 9.50 Euros on ferry tickets. The downsides, the tour was very messy, confusing and unorganized. We were told we would be departing at 11:00 and needed to be at the docks at 10:45. We ended up getting there at 10:30 and were hustled onto an already crowded boat, after the guy asked us "English or Germa" and if we're sure we wanted English. We figured everyone had just arrived early, but no. We had barely taken our seats when the boat departed, 30 minutes EARLIER then it was supposed to. The commentary in English, German and Italian was very informative, but the "guide" seemed to think she was on UK time, and was also mistranslating times, which confused everyone on board even more, and the boat ended up having to return to dock in Torcello because it left behind a group of passengers. The free time on the islands was not enough. We were told we can visit the Byzantine Church on Murano after visiting the glass blowing factory, but the church is far from the port, and there was no way we could make it there and back before our boat left. Torcello stop was too long, as for some odd reason they decided this would be a good place for a lunch stop. You can walk to the church and back in 20 minutes. Torcello stop definitely could have been shortened to allow more time on Murano and Burano. This was the least interesting island, aside from the fact that it's the birthplace of Venice. We were given 45 minutes on Burano, which flew by so fast. It was just enough time to take some pictures of the colorful streets, but not to actually take in the town or buy anything. This should have been at least a 1.5 hour stop. All that being said, if you don't mind being pressed on time, I think 25 Euros for 3 islands and train station drop off is a steal. Just be warned, the boat doesn't drop you off right at the train station, but near it. So allow yourself at least an hour before your departure.

Esperienza fantastica: Contrairement à tous les avis négatif, je passé un très bon moment grâce à Alilaguna. Cela va vous occuper toute la journée et vous permettre de voir les 3 autres îles principales après Venise. Concernant le timing, tout est indiqué avant de prendre les billets donc compréhensible qu'ils ne vont pas attendre. Nous sommes partis de la gare et avons fait 3 arrêts sur Venise pour prendre d'autres personnes a différents point de départ. Ensuite c'est direction les 3 îles en question. Le temps sur chaque île est de 50min. Pas une de plus mais largement suffisant pour voir l'essentiel après si vous flânez devant les boutiques, forcément le temps ça être très juste. Nous sommes partis à 11h le matin et rentrés pour 16h. A 25€ par personne je trouve ça très raisonnable. Le personnel a été très sympathique a mon goût et le circuit guidé était très explicite ( en italien, en anglais et en français) Pour ma part, je vous recommande ce parcours avec cette compagnie.
