Esperienza negativa: We booked a ferry from Venice to Pula two days in advanced. As we get to Check in office in venice pumped to go on the ferry they tell us the ferry has been canceled. We have not gotten one bit of information about this and are instead offered either the money back or the most expensive bus ride of our lives (original price for the boat). As we have already booked hotel in Pula we have no other choise but to take this deal. But take this as a warning that you might get tricked by this company.

Esperienza negativa: Nicht empfehlenswert MIT diesem Anbieter. Leider ist die Fahrt, wie auch das gestresste Programm alles andere als idyllisch und zielführend. Die Preise an Bord sind unverschämt teuer. Die sogenannten Reiseführer sind mehr Verkäufer als Guide. Eine an die Touristen angepasste Verkaufsfahrt trifft es eher als ein entspanntes und zielführendes Reisevergnügen. Das Schiff scheint möglicherweise öfter defekt zu sein: meine Tour wurde diese Woche abgebrochen, alle Gäste mussten das Schiff verlassen, ob und wann ich mein Geld wieder bekommen - i don’t know.. Venedig wirkt - von diesem Anbieter - überlaufen - Massentourismus.. Wir werden diese Fahrt leider in keiner guten Erinnerung behalten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen Venedig noch eine Chance zu geben, weil wir davon überzeugt sind, dass es eine schöne und facettenreiche Insel sein kann.. ohne VENEZIA LINES!
Esperienza negativa: Kurzfassung : *Reine Abzockerfahrt* Massenabfertigung von Touristen, mit überteuerten Preisen an Bord und Verkauf von Fahrten durch Venedig. Finger weg! (Fazit unten) Lange Fassung : Fahrt dauert über eine Stunde länger als geplant. Dies ist aber von vornherein gar nicht anders möglich, da noch ein weiterer Hafen angefahren wird. Hier wird gelogen. Zwei WCs für knapp 300 Gäste. Schlange stehen wird hier zur Hauptaufgabe während der Fahrt. Beim ersten Versuch wenige Tage vorher, war auch hier das Schiff defekt,die Reise musste abgebrochen werden. Geld gab's bisher nicht zurück. Auch die WasserTaxi Fahrt war ziemlich kuschelig. Angeblich können hier 18 Personen sitzen, mit 12 ist das Boot schon maximal ausgelastet. Das Taxi ist zum Großteil überdacht, die Scheiben sind dreckig und über 40 Grad machen dies eher zur Herausforderung des Kreislaufes. Preise : 1.Transfer Markusplatz und 20 EUR, wenige min, unnötig 2. Mittag Massenabfertigung, die 25 EUR 3. Gondel 30 EUR, unbedingt selbst kümmern, hier kostet die Minute sonst knapp 1 EUR 4. Wassertaxi, siehe Text. Unbedingt selbst kümmern, teurer wird es nicht! 5. Panorama Tour, keine Wertung, da nicht genutzt. Wird sich aber sicherlich hier einreihen. Fazit : Venedig sollte man auf eigene Faust erkunden, ohne Stress und ohne die Uhr im Nacken. Denn 5 min zu spät, heißt Geld verpasst und Tour verpasst. Achso : Die Service und SOS Notrufnummer ist nicht erreichbar
Esperienza negativa: Booked a trip from Venice to Rovinj by ferry. When we arrived we were told that the ferry had an issue and we were being put on a different boat, going to a different town but we would be transferred by a bus to our original destination and it would arrive earlier than we expected. Turns out the replacement boat was late, on the boat they said they would assist with transfers once we departed the ship. We missed out connecting bus and asked the ships team for help as they had stated they would and they said they don’t assist with connections and to contact the office to complain. Recap: 1. Ship took us to wrong city 2. Ship took us to wrong city late 3. Team didn’t assist with our missed transfer Currently sitting outside a bus station at 11pm with no way to arrive to my Airbnb. So I’m out my bus ticket and and Airbnb night fare. I’d recommend to skip Venezia ferry line and rent a car if you need to get to Croatia.
Esperienza negativa: Very slow , told us 3 hours for the travel it took us 5 hours , we didnt have time to visit Venice because of them , same story when we got back told us 3 hours it took us 5 again ! Its a trap !

Esperienza negativa: Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Najpierw ponad godzina czekania by wejsc na pokład. Nie ma przydzielanych miejsc, zajmuje sie je na zasadzie kto pierwszy ten lepszy. Będąc godzine przed czasem jest się w polowie kolejki i nie ma szans na miejsce przy oknie. Trzeba liczyć na szczęście by siedzieć obok siebie. Po dwóch godzinach płyniecia katamaran zwolnił. Po kolejnych kilkunastu minutach otrzymaliśmy informacje, że jeden silnik nie działa i katamaran wraca do najblizszego portu w Rovinji. Powrót był duzo dluzszy podczas ktorego klimatyzacja nie dzialala, wiec przy 200 ludziach po chwili zaczelo robic się duszno. Z Rovinji zostalismy odwiezieni busem do Puli. Najpierw busem miały być odwiezione do Wenecji osoby, które kupiły bilety w jedną stronę, żeby zdążyły na kolejne etapy dalszej podróży. Jednak po dopłynięciu do Rovinji komunikat był, żeby te osoby jednak czekały, a w pierwszej kolejności jest transport do Puli. Po tym co slyszelismy to takie awarie sa dość czestym zjawiskiem. Obsługa nie wyglądała ba zaskoczoną.Nikt nie powiedzial "przepraszamy". Stan techniczny takich jednostek powinnien być sprawdzany na bieżąco. Przez serwis getyourguide nie moge wystawić opinii, ponieważ dostałem informacje, ze atrakcja zostala odwołana przez organizatora z powodu braku prądu w miejscu docelowym, co mijało się z prawdą, bo dostaliśmy informację, że zepsuł się silnik. Uwzględniając ceny, stanie w kolejkach do wejścia na pokład i zaledwie 3-4h na zwiedzenia Wenecji w przypadku gdy uda sie dopłynąć duzo korzystniej jest jednak pojechac do Wenecji autem. Cieszymy sie, ze udalo nam sie wrocic w jednym kawalku w Puli i oby ta firma nie miala nigdy linii lotniczych....

Il viaggio da Pula a Venezia in bus non era quello che avevo programmato. pagare qausi 100 euro per un viaggio in autobus e non in traghetto è veramente scorretto.Senza considerare che siamo arrivati con 3 ore di ritardo! Poco elegante la compagnia che, a parte le scuse dovute, non si degna di rimborsare nemmeno il 50% del biglietto come da legge Europea. Se la barca ha un problema mette pure a rischio la salute dei passeggeri SPESSO LE LORO BARCHE HANNO PROBLEMI FATE ATTENZIONE. COMPAGNIA DA EVITARE

The sound is so loud that you can hear them distinctly even with earplugs. We asked them to lower the microphone but they did not Care. Consider my 1 star score as a ZERO.
Esperienza negativa: Pessima esperienza e purtroppo ho ancora il ritorno da fare. Portatevi vestiti da montagna anche ad agosto, perché impostano l'aria condizionata a -10°, sono serio, copritevi. Nonostante le richieste di metà dei passeggeri, rimarrà comunque una ghiacciaia. Aggiungiamo il fatto che per tutto il tragitto non é stato dato un annuncio in lingua italiana, nonostante partisse da Venezia, mi sembra abbastanza assurdo, Venezia Lines. Quindi vieni lasciato a te stesso cercando di capire dove stai andando, mentre la barca punta a Pola ma tu sei diretto a Rovigno. Solo dopo capirai che prima passano dal punto lontano, poi da quello vicino. Lasciamo stare il ritardo di più di mezz'ora (probabilmente dato dall'incredibile lentezza nell' entrare e uscire dal porto, nonostante non ci fosse mezza barca nei dintorni che rallentasse le manovre). Imbarazzante Potete trovare tutte le giustificazioni che volete, non avete una recensione positiva, un motivo ci sarà. Sul biglietto non c'è scritto da nessuna parte le fermate (e quello era il problema minore), l'uscita dal porto non penso fosse "ordinaria" in quanto avevate detto 45 minuti per arrivare a Rovigno da Pola ed é passata un'ora e mezza. C'era la gente con i teli mare usate come coperte, come avete il coraggio di dire "non si può accontentare tutti"? Volevate accontentare il vostro personale col Pile, non di certo la gente che sta andando in vacanza in maniche corte e pantaloncini corti, ad agosto, con una temperatura esterna di 32 gradi. Bastava solo regolarla, cosa che é stata richiesta più di una volta, unica risposta ricevuta dal vostro personale " ye, ye" .
Grazie per il suo feedback. L'aria condizionata è impostata a una temperatura standard, purtroppo è impossibile accontentare tutti. Per alcune persone è troppo fredda, per altre non è abbastanza fredda e per altre va bene. Per quanto riguarda lo stop a Pola, è tutto schedato sul nostro sito e ci sono tutte le informazioni. All'atto della prenotazione c'erano tutte le informazioni, noi abbiamo viaggiato come da nostra scheda. Per quanto riguarda la manovra all'interno del Porto, sia che ci siano altre barche o meno, noi seguiamo le regole di ogni porto di arrivo e partenza che impongono la velocità massima all'interno del porto.
Esperienza negativa: Worst travelling experience ever. I do not recommend this company to anyone. We traveled from Pula to Venice, 1 hour delay, huge waves on which the vessel was basically jumping on the water. The AC broke down on the way and they could not repair it, so in the evening we had to travel by train to Triest, and from there by bus to Pula. You cannot get any refund or compensation for your troubles. Never book tickets at this company!

The cancellation was due to a technical issue with the air conditioning system on board. Our cooling system sucked in some dirt during the heavy storms, causing it to overheat. This made it unsafe to proceed with the trip in the extreme heat without a fully functional air conditioning system.

To ensure our passengers reached their final destination, we made arrangements for alternative means of transportation. We notified the passengers about the situation, provided them with alternative transportation, and took them to their final destination.

Esperienza negativa: After buying 92€ ticket across the Adriatic I had different images on my mind. Stuck on a bus-like cramped seats with no space to move and if you dont arrive early enough, there is seats only available here and there so you cant even see the view/sea. "Bar/restaurant" accepts only cash and they will take your carry-on baggages away from you because there is no room in your seats. On top of that it arrived 45 minutes late.

Esperienza negativa: DO NOT TAKE THIS FERRY - it's hard to get a refund from direct ferries and the boat is known to not leave the port due to mechanical problems and you'll have to take a bus instead
Esperienza negativa: We went to Venice by traject, during the voyage there was a problem with the air conditioning. On the way back, we came to the port at the San Basilio, waited for the check-in, but there was some problem with the connection (supposedly). At about 16:30 - 17:00 they say that it is not pasible to go by a boat because of the crashed AC, so we must go by a train to the Trieste and then by the bus to the Pula. We arrived at the Pula at 1:00 AM. I don’t recommend this!

Al final nos meten en un tren incomodisimo 4 horas después más un autobús. Todo el primer día de vacaciones tirando a la basura y viajando en una categoría bastante más baja de lo contratado por el mismo precio. Lamentable. Esperienza negativa: Absolut schlecht die Klimaanlage funktionierte auf der Hinfahrt nicht und wir haben uns um 1 Stunde verspätet. Der Rückweg wird jetzt auch nicht viel besser die Klimaanlage funktioniert immer noch nicht und deshalb müssen wir mit Bus und Zug auf Kosten von Venezialines zurückfahren mit 1 1/2 Stunden mehr Fahrzeit

Esperienza positiva: gute Organisation, aufgestelltes Personal. bei unserer Fahrt war es mit der Zeit zu warm im Schiff, wahrscheinlich ist es schwierig die Klimaanlage richtig einzustellen. Niemandem von uns wurde übel, das Schiff fährt sehr ruhig. Herzlichen Dank Venetia Lines!

Esperienza negativa: nous avions réservé un trajet Venise-rovinj. Informés par mail à 11 heures que notre bateau de 17 heures avait un « problème technique » (cela a l’air d’arriver souvent sur cette compagnie à en croire les avis précédents …) et qu’il serait remplacé par un bus ….. dommage pour une compagnie de bateaux. Nous avons dû venir très en avance pour comprendre la solution alternative proposée ….. une demi-journée à Venise perdue …. aucun dédommagement prévu. Vu le prix autant prendre un Flixbus direct ….. franchement pas recommandable.
Esperienza negativa: Our ferry from Venice to Piran was cancelled and we were not given a partial refund. We took a bus, which we could have booked for much less money with another company. I suspect they are cancelling journeys if they don't get enough passengers.

Esperienza negativa: 2x in der gleichen Woche der Trip Pula - Venedig gecancelt wegen defekter Klimaanlage. Und Info je erst morgens um 7 Uhr vor Ort. Mails offenbar nicht angekommen. Definitiv nicht buchen. Ein so altes Schiff ist definitiv nicht tragbar.

Esperienza fantastica: I can't say enough positive things about this ferry service. From the moment we boarded, the crew made us feel welcome and taken care of. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable about Venice and shared fascinating stories and facts throughout the journey. The day we spent in Venice was nothing short of magical, thanks to the seamless transportation and expert guidance provided by this service. Esperienza negativa: JAMAIS PLUS! Nous avions prévu une belle petite croisière pour aller de Venise jusqu'en Croatie. On nous a prévenu la veille que le bateau ne partirait pas parce qu'il y avait un problème mécanique. On nous proposait de traverser avec la compagnie concurrente. Le jour même du départ, on nous dit que nous n'irons pas en bateau VIP jusqu'en Croatie mais en autobus, 4 heures au lieu de 2 heures, et pas de toilette. Aucun remboursement, aucune réduction alors que nous avion payé 120 euros. Le prix habituel pour aller en Croatie en autobus avec toilette à bord est 30 et 70 euros pour 2 personnes. Nous avons demandé à la compagnie Venezia Lines de nous rembourser au moins la différence de prix, mais ils ont refusé. Réponse: on s'excuse! Notre conclusion: il n'y avait pas assez de passagers pour sortir un bateau, on était seulement 24. Je peux comprendre que leurs coûts sont énormes pour seulement 24 personnes, mais je maintiens qu'on aurait du avoir une compensation.

Unfortunately we were not able to perform the voyage because the vessel encountered an unexpected technical difficulty.
We always do our utmost to assist the clients as we also did in this situation. We informed our passengers prior to departure and offered a refund or the alternative transportation and we took them to the final destination that they booked. I understand and appreciate that it is not an ideal situation and the transportation is not the same that was booked, but this was a situation beyond our control.

Esperienza negativa: Just awful. We took the earliest boat and we hoped to take a nap The whole trip some dude with a loud speaker ️ advertised their Venice tours which I couldn't care less about. The ACs were in the freezer mode and no blankets were provided. The boat was shaking so much that it could flip any secons, some passengers could not stop vomiting .

I understand that you probably wanted to get some sleep however you must understand that when over 80% of the ship has passengers who are visiting Venice in one day and are expecting to have an explanation of the history of Venice and of the possibilities on how to visit the various attractions, it is normal to have such presentations over the microphone. We apologise if you weren't able to get some sleep , however you must also understand that this service is expected from us and it would be a disservice not to provide it. Esperienza negativa: Никто даже не предупредил, что будет такая дикая качка. Это было очень страшно, учитывая скорость движения. Сделать глоток из бутылочки, не облившись, практически невозможно. Кондиционер работал на полную катушку, холод жуткий, и никаких пледов на борту и, конечно, никаких предупреждений об этом. Люди из одного жаркого города (Пула) в другой еще более жаркий (Венеция) не берут обычно теплых вещей. Это сделано, вероятно, чтобы снизить количество тех, кого будет тошнить, но все равно наш рейс не избежал этой участи. Нескольким пассажирам было плохо. Плюс на борту очень громко и на всех возможных языках рекламная программа, мешающая людям в ранний рейс подремать. В общем, невероятно экстремальный и неприятный опыт. Из плюсов - очень приветливый персонал на check-in. Но и это впечатление испортилось долгим ожиданием в очереди на посадку. При том, что обещали открыть ее в 6-30, стали впускать людей только в 7 часов.

I understand that you probably wanted to get some sleep however you must understand that when over 80% of the ship has passengers who are visiting Venice in one day and are expecting to have an explanation of the history of Venice and of the possibilities on how to visit the various attractions, it is normal to have such presentations over the microphone. Esperienza fantastica: Wanneer je in Kroatië bent raad ik aan om ook Venetië te bezoeken. Via Venezia Lines kun je een prachtige toer boeken. In deze toer zitten drie boottochten en een lunch in het centrum inbegrepen. De gidsen zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!!

Prenotato ad agosto andata e ritorno per Pola e tutte e due le volte cancellato il tragitto in aliscafo adducendo motivi imbarazzanti ( guasti e tempeste in arrivo) bugia! L alternativa che ci è stata data è stata 4 h di pullman con 15 minuti di sosta ovviamente in bus non c'e il bagno allo stesso prezzo. ORRIBILE, per inciso nessuno ci ha avvisato per tempo con mail o messaggio .

Esperienza negativa: Esperienza pessima,abbiamo acquistato i biglietti partenza da Venezia il 31 luglio con ritorno da Pola il 9 agosto,annullato il viaggio con l'aliscafo sia da Venezia che da Pola prima per problemi tecnici e infine per condizioni meteo incerte,in alternativa viaggio in autobus di più di 4 ore con una sola sosta!ovviamente senza preavviso e allo stesso prezzo...

Esperienza negativa: Navigato su tratta Pola Venezia. Martedì 2 agosto 2022. Viaggiavamo con le nostre biciclette che sono state caricate senza che si potesse verificare dove e come venivano custodite. Allo sbarco, a parte la poca disponibilità del personale di bordo ( mi sentivo male ma non mi permettevano di mettere i piedi a terra assicurando che rimanevo però in zona del catamarano) ci siamo ritrovati con le bici bagnate e impregnate di salsedine a confermare che durante la traversata ( mare mosso) i nostri mezzi erano all’aperto o forse in una stiva che non proteggeva abbastanza. Situazione antipatica. Servizio scarso secondo noi.
Esperienza negativa: Capitalism at its finest! Prepare to be bombarded with advertisements throughout the journey in the VIP class. The Air Conditioning, on a day in which the temperature was 38 degrees, did not turn on due to “technical difficulties”. Guests were offered ice cubes to cool themselves and water was still charged on board. The crew was very kind, although the “captain”, or some incarnation of the ship’s representative, was largely indifferent to the concerns of the passengers. Concerns were immediately dismissed. A singular fan, with a diameter of 11.5 inches, was placed in the corner of the room, which at this point had metamorphosed into a sauna, unable to mitigate the heat faced by the passengers. Upon docking, passengers who protested the heat were asked to write a complaint… a refund was out of the question according to one representative. The ship left with a delay of 7 minutes, and arrived 14 minutes late. Upon docking, passengers who had luggage on board were then asked to wait outside the ship, under the summer’s sun, for baggage retrieval. Notwithstanding the crew’s kindness, mechanisms to improve the efficiency and professionalism of the ship’s management and leadership, merit consideration.
Thank you for you review. The staff on the ship do give an explanation of what is to be expected in Venice and what you can do, together with a brief introduction of the history of Venice. Passengers are given the option to purchase extras. Extras sold on board are optional, and it is up to the client to decide whether to purchase any extras or not.
Unfortunately, we had an unexpected technical issue with the air conditioning system on board our vessel. Temperature on board never exceeded 30 degrees. The issue was fixed a few hours later and air conditioning on the return voyage functioned perfectly. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.

Die alte Dame ist 30 Jahre alt,als wir eingecheckt haben lief die Klimaanlage auf V/Max.Pisdjez war so kalt wie in Sibirien! Als ich an die Snackbar ging hab ich gedacht ich bin in Monaco Rückfahrt von Venedig nach Pula im Bus die Dame Ist vereckt.. Würde einen anderen Anbieter empfehlen..

Esperienza negativa: Do not recommend, we wished we had looked at the reviews before booking. The boat was canceled today, we did not receive any notification before so that we could rearrange our plans (as others wrote as well), instead we got the information at the desk at check in. We are thinking they might cancel trips if there are too little people booking the ferry and then offer bus transport instead (today is lovely weather and other boats are going). Now we will have to sit on a bus instead of a boat trip, no discount or apologies offered. Horrible experience.

Unfortunately we were not able to perform the voyage because on our way to Venice in the morning, the vessel encountered an unexpected technical difficulty.
The vessel arrived in Venice at around at 11:30 and the repairs could not be done in time in order to perform the voyage. At that time our first priority was to organise alternative means of transportation for our clients in order to take them to Croatia. I please ask you to understand and appreciate that organising transportation for hundreds of passengers is not an easy task especially when the transport required is for a Sunday. We did everything possible to organise transportation to take the passengers back to Croatia. Once we had all transportation organised at approximately 15:10 it made no sense for us to contact all passengers individually to inform them that the voyage was cancelled when they were due to come to port at 16:00 for the voyage which departed at 17:15. Upon check-in, you were notified of the situation and given the option for the alternative transportation or a full refund. I understand that given the short timeframe there was no alternative to choose, however this was an unexpected event which we could not control and which is not the norm.
As a company we always do our utmost to assist the clients as we also did in this situation. We informed you prior to departure and offered you a refund or the alternative transportation and we took you to the final destination that you booked. All actions we have performed also conform to the EU regulation EU1177/2010 concerning the passenger rights for travellers as well as all the terms and conditions which are indicated on our website and booking system at the time of booking.
Once again I understand and appreciate that it is not an ideal situation and the transportation is not the same that was booked, but this was a situation beyond our control. The alternative was offered and accepted by your good self. At least we do hope you enjoyed your time in Venice. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience.
Esperienza negativa: Urlaub Versaut!!!! Wegen der sehr stark aufgedrehten Klimaanlage sind viele von uns jetzt krank (wir sind dadurch 2 Tage früher nach Hause gefahren) die meisten Leute saßen mit Kapuze und Jacke im Boot,dazu kamen noch über 2 Stunden Verspätung und wir hatten sehr wenig Zeit Venedig zu besichtigen. Die Angebote vom Schiff waren dazu noch abzocken, im Internet fanden wir das gleiche 40 Euro billiger. Auch die Schiffscrew war sehr unfreundlich. Es war echt kein schönes Erlebnis NICHT BUCHEN!!!!!

Esperienza negativa: Schlechteste fahrt meines lebens! Urlaub jetzt vorbei!!! Die klimma war auf 200% aufgedreht jeder hatte nach der fahrt Kopfweh wegen der kälte. Noch dazu kommt das, dass sie eine gondel für 120€ und mehr verkaufen, im Internet habe ich gesehen das sie nur 80€ kosten. Das schlimmte jetzt danach ist wir müssen jetzt den URLAUB ABBRECHEN weil wir alle eine Ohrenentzündung haben und nicht in das Wasser gehen können. Das boot hatte nebenbei auch noch über eine stunde verspätung in beide richtungen weil es die Höchstgeschwindigkeit nicht mehr bringen kann (das Schiff ist von 1990). Ich würde weniger als einen stern geben wäre das möglich wir buchen hier nie wieder etwas.

The basic price for the gondola is €80, our tour is longer and individually more expensive. We charge €30 per adult and €25 for children.

PS have a sweater or jacket ready, the ferry has A/C on blast. There is a small bar with snacks and drinks also. Good luck!

Esperienza fantastica: Vorweg....bin ein wenig angespannt vor antritt gewesen aufgrund der Bewertungen. Fazit..... es war ein traumhaft schöner Tag den wir mit venezia lines verbringen durften. Von der Buchung bis zur Heimkehr alles super geklappt. Ja es werden Touren angeboten und ja in vielen Sprachen. Das ist aber nun mal notwendig bei der Vielzahl von mitreisenden.wen es stört.... Stöpsel in die Ohren. Wir waren dankbar für dieses Angebot. So hatten wir die Möglichkeit mehr als nur ein minimum zu erleben. Transfer,gondelfahrt, Führung, Essen und eine Rückfahrt über den canale Grande. Ein großes Lob an die Reiseleiter. Annemarie und ihre Kollegen haben den Tag für uns unvergesslich gestaltet. Perfekte Organisation. Wer auf eigene Faust erkunden möchte, denen werden viele hilfreiche Tipps mit auf den Weg gegeben.

Esperienza positiva: I payed for the tickets online (daytrip). When i checked in they gave me one way ticket instead of day trip. I had to pay extra 18 euros (they said i will get a refund, did not get it) Edit: got a refund after 3 weeks
Esperienza fantastica: Putovanje Bravo agencijom 21. i 22. 9.2019 godine sa ženom i kćeri predivna uspomena iz izuzetno lijepe Venecije, vrijeme je bilo prekrasno sunčano, mještani su srdačni i druželjubivi jedinstveni u svijetu.
Esperienza positiva: Very practical way to cross from Venice to Porec in Croatia. Yet, on the way Porec to Venice, we were very disturbed by the neverending commercial speeches on the microphones during almost the entire journey! An advice: if you want to avoid the noise, take first class tickets. Besides, the boat had 1h delay. From Venice to Porec, no speech at all: it was perfect!

Esperienza positiva: wir waren am 02.06.19 mit der Fähre unterwegs, der Tag als das Schiffsunglück in Venedig war, mussten zwar deshalb 2 Stunden länger an Bord bleiben aber dafür haben wir die erste Bootsfahrt zum Markusplatz kostenlos als Entschädigung bekommen, und alle die die erste Fahrt schon gebucht hatten bekammen ihr Geld sofort zurück, TOP!!! Das Mittagessen mit Getränken so viel man will war okay, und die Bootsfahrt durch den Kanal war das Geld wert, nur die Rückfahrt war extrem lang da wir über eine Stunde in Venedig hinter einem Kreuzfahrtschiff her fahren mussten, also Venezia Lines Top, uns haben nur die Kreuzfahrtschiffe Zeit gekostet, die sollten wirklich raus aus Venedig

Esperienza negativa: Waste of money and not disable friendly! I took this ferry from porec to Venice, on arrival they wanted extra money for transfer from the port to main square - don’t do this! Please avoid the guided tour, you don’t get to actually enjoy the views 45 minutes and you just walk pass everything without actually enjoying the views. Being a wheelchair user it wasn’t at all a friendly and a terrible experience. The lunch was supposed to be eaten in 20 minutes! If you like an rushed excursion and want to run to everything then it will work for you but if you actually want to enjoy Venice and it’s views then please don’t book any extra excursion, taxi transfer or lunch with them, just enjoy the city at your own pace. And experience the food in your own time. Sadly my kids had to carry their food around and I didn’t even get any lunch!

This morning I personally put you ahead of the queue in Porec in order to embark first so that together with your entire family you can have a comfortable place of the ship, all crew helped you embark on the vessel. Venice itself we know is not disabled-friendly, but as you can understand, we have no control over this. The transfer by boat to the square is not included in the price and this is also indicated in our website and on the brochure distributed on the ship. The escorted walk to the square is just an escorted walk, it is not a guided tour. The free guided tour is of the square itself and it is not rushed. I think this is all a case of misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the service we offer. All other services are optional and one can choose to use them or not to, without any added pressure. I understand they may not be appealing to everyone. I hope you at least enjoyed Venice and had a nice day.

Esperienza negativa: Personale molto gentile, ma la nave non mi è piaciuta per nulla ed è stato un po' fastidioso stare tante ore chiusi "lì sotto" (non si può uscire) con il sottofondo di personale che parla in tutte le lingue ripetendo in continuazione le stesse cose (anche inutili) tipo il continuare a sponsorizzare il bar dell'imbarcazione o fare 2 ore di spiegazione sulla città do Venezia.

Esperienza negativa: Disaster. Got their ferry from Pula to Venice. Was 1 hour and 15 mins late to depart for no apparent reason, just seemed to be disorganised and no explanation or apology was given. On exiting the ferry a woman had fallen and had a lot of blood on her face, the Venezia Lines staff member stood and looked covering himself from the afternoon heat with an umbrella and not the distressed lady, unreal! We then queued for another 1 hour and 30 mins to go through passport control which is a disorganised mess, precedence was given to day trippers on the Venezia lines tour,
Thank you for your review. On Tuesday from Pula the trip departed at 8:00 which is 30 mins after the scheduled departure time of 7:30.hardly 1 hour and 15 mins as you indicated but nevertheless late. For which we do apologise although there was little we could do because the delays were caused by the police control. Likewise in Venice there was waiting for the passport control. We understand the frustration this may cause everyone, however please do understand that passport controls are done by police and not Venezia Lines. We have absolutely no control over them. Belive me when I say that the controls are very annoying for us too since it makes us look like we are at fault when we can do nothing to speed them up.
The lady did not fall on disembarkation of the ferry. The lady fell whilst walking in port while she was taking a photograph. Very unfortunate for her but something that we have no fault of. On the contrary to what you are indicating there was our port agent, our office staff and the terminal staff on site assisting the passenger that got hurt, so having also a guide there to assist would have made no difference, on the contrary it would have caused more panic, so rightly so since assistance was being given the guide proceeded in performing his duty.
I hardly give that a delay of 30 minutes can cause nightmares, but of course everyone has the right to their opinion, which we accept. From our end we will keep pushing authorities to speed up the controls. The only thing we can do in order to try and give the best service possible.

Esperienza positiva: The company cancelled my ferry due to weather and did not provide notice until check in. The staff indicated that I should have received notification but I did not. Instead a bus was arranged, however if I had arranged my own bus transportation, I would have paid 100 euros less for the same trip. The bus was nice though.
