Esperienza negativa: We were waiting outside Vatican City and didnt receive our tickets through another reputable online site. We were approached by a gentleman working for 7 Stars TOURS who was trying to "help" us. We tried calling the 800 number for the website we purchased tickets from and it was disconnected. The gentleman then told us he sees this alot and we were probably scammed. He then quickly tried to get us to purchase through them and had us follow him to his store which was down the street. We then were rushed into buying tickets for their tour because it was 10:15am and they had one leaving at 10:30am but we had to hurry. So I hastily trusted them and purchased tickets. We then were told "oh sorry its sold out so come back at noon" which we didnt really go with our plan because we had dinner reservations at 5pm and didnt want to rush in Vatican City and Sistine Chapel! Also, about 3 minutes after purchasing tickets at 7 Stars I got an email from the original website with my tickets. Since we were still in the 7 Stars TOURS store I kindly asked for a refund since the timing wouldn't work and we got our original tickets. They REFUSED and said they can't do refunds. The manager was very dismissive and absolutely refused to refund me. I told him I was not only mislead on the time of the tour but I was tactically persuaded into purchasing tickets hastily before given time to really think through the purchase. Do NOT trust this company! I still have yet to be refunded and they refused to help me. Very poor customer service and they could care less about running a business properly. They just want to take your money!

Esperienza fantastica: Сегодня посетили экскурсию по Ватикану. Заранее зарегистрировались на сайте и пришли вовремя, в 12:15, как было указано. Первая встреча, честно говоря, оставила не самое приятное впечатление — дама, с которой мы общались на месте, показалась мне немного холодной и неприветливой (может, это просто славянская душа почувствовала). Нам сказали оплатить и вернуться через 20 минут. Мы ушли с лёгким осадком… Пока ждали, начали читать отзывы — и, скажу честно, настроение упало ещё больше. Отзывы один хуже другого. Мы уже всерьёз пожалели, что записались… Но! Всё изменилось, когда началась экскурсия. Наш гид Кристина — это просто чудо. Она рассказывала так, что по коже бегали мурашки. 2,5 часа пролетели незаметно, как одно вдохновение. Интересно, живо, с душой и настоящей страстью к истории и искусству. Не знаю, как насчёт самой компании, но Кристина — настоящий талант. Спасибо ей огромное! Благодаря ей этот день стал особенным. От души рекомендую — если вам повезёт попасть к ней, вы точно не пожалеете.

Итак, мы случайно встретили агента Миру возле Ватикана и так как хотели попасть в Музеи, но не купили билеты заранее, то согласились на предложение экскурсии на русском языке без очередей для нашей семьи в составе группы (10 человек). В итоге в назначенное время мы встретились и гид Лидия провела для нас 3 часовую экскурсию. Было интересно и познавательно, дружелюбно и комфортно. Благодарю!

Esperienza negativa: К сожалению, наш опыт экскурсии по Ватикану оказался крайне разочаровывающим. Мы заплатили 150 евро за двоих, ожидая получить увлекательную и познавательную экскурсию, но, к сожалению, этого не произошло. Наш экскурсовод, Елена, вместо того чтобы делиться фактами и интересными историями о Ватикане, вела бессвязный и неинформативный рассказ о своем родном Череповце, личной жизни и даже о перелетных птицах. Вместо описания гобеленов, которые она назвала "коврами", мы слышали её личные мнения о различных экспонатах, например: "это мне не нравится" или "а это милая чашка". А про ритуальную маску она сказала "это чудо в перьях хаха" и это вся информация про нее. Эти комментарии совершенно не соответствовали теме экскурсии и отвлекали от главного. Часто она использовала фразы "я не знаю", что еще больше усугубляло ситуацию. Мы ожидали получить знания о Ватикане и его достопримечательностях, но вместо этого получили набор случайных мыслей, не имеющих никакого отношения к теме. Мы бы предпочли исследовать Ватикан самостоятельно, но нам сказали, что без экскурсовода мы не сможем попасть в собор Святого Петра. В итоге мы были вынуждены остаться с Еленой, что было крайне неприятно. Учитывая все вышеперечисленное, совершенно не советую брать тут экскурсии. Это был не тот опыт, на который мы рассчитывали, и мы не получили никаких полезных знаний о Ватикане.

Esperienza negativa: Полная туфта, не берите здесь экскурсию в Ватикан! Была русскоязычная экскурсовод средних лет, имя которой так и осталось неизвестным. Информация была очень скудная, обрывчатая и такая подача часто превращала её в белый шум. Пробежали по музею менее чем за 2 часа. В конце экскурсии спросила - пойдём в базилику святого Петра или останемся ещё в музее? Все ответили что пойдём в Базилику. По итогу вывела из музея и показала куда идти в Базилику и удалилась...

Esperienza negativa: We bought the tour on Get Your Guide, where there were a lot of obviously false reviews. Starting with the wrong start time (we heard the argument that it's better to be early than late, and the owner will be late and wants everyone to get there) ending with the guide, who was very nice, although I expected specific historical descriptions and not constant jokes about what we were seeing. The tour ultimately lasted about 50 minutes, which practically meant running through everything (we didn't even enter most of the rooms in the museum, they were described in 2 sentences before entrance the room). Since the tour was at 5 p.m., with these delays we didn't have time to go back to the museum and see everything on our own. I am DISAPPOINTED and I plan to go back there, with a different guide, whose opinions I will check on Google. I won't believe the opinions on other portals anymore.

Esperienza negativa: Booked a tour through viator and lo and behold, the Vatican is closed that day (August 14). I been messaging them since the day prior trying to confirm time and everything and no one bothered to message me back! Then I show up and schedule my day around this tour and show up at 11:30am (30mins prior to tour), just to find out it’s closed! There was another group of people also waiting and were not notified! Been constantly texting them…they owe me a refund! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!

If you are going to take a tour in Spanish to Vatican (Museum, Sixtine Chappel, etc.) check first that the guide is not Estefania, a very unrespectful woman but also a very poor quality guide. Believe me that at the end of the tour you will feel that you have waste your money. Nobody derves to be treated in that way.

Esperienza negativa: Yo sinceramente no sé cómo está EMPRESA ESTAFADORA , sigue abierta Cuando yo hice mi tour con ellos lo cogi ya que me ofrecían el oro y el moro, Perdí un día entero en Italia,por esta gente , el peor día y me arruinaron mi experiencia con el Vaticano. Un guía de 80 años , que no hablaba español y tenían que traducirlo , salas del Vaticano que no vimos ,les echaron la bronca los del Vaticano al guía diciendo “ Siempre soys los mismos llegando tarde “ , a media hora de terminar en la capilla sixtina ,desaparecieron y nos dejaron solos En fin… innúmerables cosas POR FAVOR NO RESERVÉIS AQUÍ

Esperienza fantastica: The first impression was at least strange as were approached by a lady trying to sell us a tour around the Vatican museums with the skip the line option but in the end it turned out that it was not fake and we indeed got the skip the line option and 2 hrs. of a real guided tour around the museums with a fully professional guide. Special thanks to the guide Silvio who led our tour!

Teníamos reserva con civitatis (ya había hecho este tour años atrás) pero lamentablemente por el tráfico no alcanzamos a llegar a la hora, frente a la entrada a los museos estaban estos tipos de “7 stars tours” que ofrecían lo mejor de lo mejor… como quería hacer el tour, accedí a comprar nuevamente las entradas pero con esta “agencia”. Llegamos a una oficina pequeña, pagamos y el guía nos estaba esperando afuera, pero al salir nos encontramos con un señor mayor, con más de 70 años, con bastón y que apenas caminaba, su nombre era “Pepe”. Este señor solo hablaba lo que quería, se quejaba de los otros guías, de los niños y de los otros turistas. Casi al finalizar el recorrido nos dejó solos en capilla sixtina, y se suponía que estaría esperando afuera de la capilla sixtina, para luego entrar a la basílica De San Pedro (o al menos eso entendimos con mi novio) a la hora que él nos dijo fuimos en su búsqueda, no lo encontramos y comenzamos a caminar, nos devolvimos y ahí estaba el señor sentado, pero no hizo ni el intento para que pudiésemos entrar y solo nos empezó a criticar como si fuésemos unos niños de 5 años. Este ha sido el PEOR tour que he hecho en mi vida, lamentablemente me voy con un sabor amargo de no haber aprovechado todo el dinero que gastamos. Este señor “Pepe” debería jubilar y no arruinar la estadía de los turistas en Roma. No merece ni una estrella.

Esperienza negativa: Wenn ihr in einer zweistündigen Tour 104€ liegen lassen wollt, dann kann ich euch 7 Stars Tours sehr empfehlen! Euch werden anfangs Leistungen versprochen, die am Ende der Tour nicht eingehalten werden. Sobald ihr an der Hop on Hop off Bushaltestelle für die Vatikanstadt aussteigt, kommt sofort ein gesprächiger "Guide" auf euch zu. Für lediglich 52€ pro Person (wir sind zwei Studenten) bekommt ihr das All Inclusive Paket mit den Vatikanischen Museen, der Sixtinischen Kapelle und dem Petersdom. Ein unschlagbares Angebot! Wenn man bedenkt, dass die Tickets für die Vatikanischen Museen inklusive Sixtinische Kapelle für Studenten je 8€ kosten und der Petersdom kostenlos besuchbar ist, ist die Gewinnmarge der Guides auch einfach unschlagbar! Versprochen werden euch: - kürzere Anstehzeiten - ein fachkundiger Guide - Besuch von den drei Sehenswürdigkeiten im Vatikan In Realität bekommt ihr: - genauso lange Anstehzeiten an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten - ein Guide, der wenig spricht und euch durch die Gänge der Museen und durch die Sixtinische Kapelle scheucht - Besuch von zwei Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Guide. Vor dem Petersdom hat sich der Guide verabschiedet und die Gruppe alleine gelassen. Uns hätte schon von Anfang an klar sein sollen, dass die Tour unprofessionell ist. Das "Büro", in dem wir die Tickets gekauft haben, war ein kleiner Souvenirladen in der Nähe vom Petersdom. Auch das nebenanliegende Restaurant, welches euch von jedem Guide von 7 Stars Tours empfohlen wird, ist weder günstig noch gut. Es war nicht alles schlecht. Die Gruppe, mit der wir unterwegs waren, war immerhin sehr sympathisch und witzig. Geteiltes Leid ist halbes Leid! Wenn ihr das Logo von 7 Stars Tour seht, überlegt es euch lieber zweimal, ob ihr die Tour mitmachen wollt oder ob ihr euch auf eigene Faust die Tickets für die Vatikanischen Museen inklusive Sixtinische Kapelle kauft. Optional werden auch frühzeitig gute Touren auf Get your Guide angeboten. Da wir spontan im Vatikan waren, waren leider alle guten Get your Guide Touren ausgebucht.

Рекомендую За 60 евро с человека группой из 10 человек за 2,5 часа посетили Ватикан Информации хоть и много ,и все приходится делать в темпе, но довольно интересно и познавательно Дорого или дешево - решать вам, но это не мошенничество как пишут многие С гидом вы минуете общую очередь, которая зябнет на улице около двух часов - это того стоит, поверьте 5 звезд

Esperienza fantastica: We were approached by a random woman when trying to queue for the Vatican and obviously "Scam" was the first thing we thought especially since she took us to different operators for tickets. Safe to say this was not the case. When we got to the 7 stars and paid the €75 pp and we were told that the English tour will start in about 45 minutes, we went for the coffee right outside and contemplated if we got scammed or not. After 45 minutes a guy showed up, and told us he was our guide for the Vatican tour, the rest of the group showed up as well so there were only 6 of us in a group. Once the tour started we quickly found out that it was the best way to go around the Vatican museum, The guide who studied in Wales and got his masters in ancient history was super informative, and definitely took his time showing us around which took approximately 2 hours+, where other groups walking past were very brief and quick, definitely an experience worth the money, at least in our case, would definitely recommend the same guy for everyone, sadly cannot recall his name. The guide that made it amazing is in the red circle.

Esperienza fantastica: Was a little skeptical when my husband and I were approached by someone telling us we could skip the line guided tour etc… but either way I’ve been wanting to see the Sistine chapel since I was a teenager and figured why not if we didn’t have to deal with lines. We paid the €132 and were a bit weary that it was going to be some sort of scam because some of these reviews. What an amazing experience it turned out to be! Our tour guide Mike was great, taught us so much about the city, the art and history. He took us through the whole museum managing to educate us while keeping it light and funny. My husband isn’t very big into art but he was just as engrossed as I was with the whole experience. The tickets to the museum themselves are only €17, but it was well worth it to be able to be taken around by someone who could explain everything to us and make it such a memorable experience.

Esperienza fantastica: We were staked out like any other tourist, being sold a bag of goods.. “skip the line, come follow me, it’s the best” by what seemed to be a scam artist. Against our gut instinct, we paid our dues, which seemed outrageous, for the 3:30 pm English speaking tour. And by taking the last tour of the day, it resulted with less people, more space and the coolest tour guide; Mike from Ohio. He made this trip absolutely worth every Euro (132€ for 2 to be exact). And for somebody who is not the biggest art guy, I was totally engrossed with the history, aesthetics, and preservation of the various sculptures, tapestries, and paintings that are older than I can fathom. Ask for Mike (from Ohio) you won’t regret it.

Esperienza fantastica: Leyendo las reseñas me dió muy mala espina, igualmente las leí cuando ya pague mi tour, hemos tenido el placer de ir con Manuel y Flavio dos profesionales que nos guiaron y explicaron todo con mucha claridad y se nota que le gusta lo que hacen, entramos rápido, nos hicieron un tour de la mejor manera posible ya que estaba abarrotado de gente, nos acompañó a la capilla sixtina, y entramos directamente a la basílica de San Pedro sin ninguna espera. Así que por nuestra parte todo fue de 10. Gracias

Esperienza negativa: from the beginning when they approached us in the queue to buy tickets, as the saleswoman told us that the guide would accompany us to the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and that we would have skip-the-line entry to St. Peter's Basilica, but the guide only accompanied us to the museum and then left us alone in the chapel and we did not have exclusive access to the basilica. When we went to the agency to complain, the owner himself, who was very rude, told us to our faces that his saleswoman deceived us. Don't trust this agency and the people who work for it. They are deceitful and have bad character.

Resumo, el sitio es una estafa, porque ellos lo que hacen es venderte directamente la entrada al vaticano y sus museos(que cuesta 17 euros, aunque te ahorras la cola de 2 o 3 horas). Ellos solo te llevan a la entrada, el guia lo pone vaticano(el guia ha sido 1 maravilla un señor mexicano genial un enamorado de la historia).

Esperienza positiva: Very large group of about 25 people. I was staying towards the back admiring other items she was not speaking about (though I could hear her in my ear the whole time). She came up to me about 15 minutes into the tour and asked if I wanted to tour by myself. I had to explain I was listening from a far while she asked me two more times if I wanted to go by myself. All while she was talking into her microphone for 25 strangers to hear her yelling at me. Very unprofessional and had strangers ask me why she was yelling at me. The woman was overall a kind once she knew I was in fact listening but the money paid was not worth being yelled at. It ruined the experience for me. Very sad.

Esperienza negativa: Son unos estafadores, nos vendieron un tour guiado y sin filas. Tuvimos qie hace 1h de fila, la guia no explico nada, de lo unico que hablaba era de la cantidad de gente y los nombres de las salas. Nos llevo cooriendo todo el recorrido. A la salida de la capilla sixtina se fue sin esperar al grupo, 10 personas quedamos atras y np pudimos continuar el recorrido. La entrada sin filas a la basilica era una mentira. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES! NO RESERVEN CON ELLOS! PINA, LA GUIA, MALISIMA. HORRIBLE EMPRESA.

Die Führung ist absoluter Schwachsinn und das Versprochene wird nicht eingehalten!!! (550€ für unsere Gruppe bezahlt und nach 30 min ist der Guide verschwunden) - Se incontrate queste persone, fatemi un piacere e mandateli in quel paese...!! (pagato 550€ per il nostro gruppo e la guida é sparita dopo 30 minuti)

Esperienza negativa: This tours name should be “0” stars tour!!! No respect, expensive, we wanted to climb the dome and we were told there would be waiting lines for over 3 hours. We agreed to take the “skip the line” tickets. Finally we had to wait 90 mimutes for our personal vip guide ( at the end we were 25 waiting for oir guide…), we entered the vatican with our kids and had had to run all the way through capelle sistena (2-3 hours) to finally been told that we cannot enter the dome through capella sistena, the pass through has been closed. If we want to go to the dome, we need to go back and wait in the waiting queue…… never ever again

Esperienza fantastica: We had a great experience! We did not have anything pre-booked and by the time we arrived in Rome, everything was sold out. While waiting in line, a sales rep asked us if we were interested in doing a 2 hour guided tour with skip the line tickets for 62€. We followed her to the office and we were told 75€ each with the next tour being in 2 hours. We had breakfast and went back to the AirBnb for an hour before returning for our tour. The tour itself was great! The Vatican is huge and our guide made sure to show us as many highlights as possible in the short amount of time we had with her. We did not feel rushed - although she continued to give us detailed information, we were not struggling to keep up at all. Our group stayed together the entire tour. At the end of the tour, we were allowed to go back and see whatever we wanted and continue to explore. I know skip the line tickets are less that 25€ but if you are in peak tourist season and do not have anything pre-booked, this option is a great one. Maybe we could have saved some money by staying in line but I think we definitely got our money's worth with our guide, Maria.

Esperienza negativa: Lo único bueno de este tour es que no tienes que hacer fila. El precio exagerado, la guía muy mala que se perdía todo el rato y dejaba al grupo atrás. Por favor no cojan esta guía, recomiendo cogerlo con Civitatis, mucho mejor trato, mejores explicaciones y el resto de tours lo cogimos con ellos.

Esperienza negativa: ESTAFA!!!No nos quedó más remedio que cogerlo porque la cola para entrar al Vaticano era de horas, y de eso se valen; pero encima de pagar un dineral por la visita, simplemente te llevan a toda velocidad por el museo y no ves nada; encima la guía, una anciana de 89 años! no nos explicó absolutamente nada; que en los museos vaticanos nos pare al grupo delante del letrero de "no pisen el jardín".....creo que está dicho todo.... Vergüenza también el propio Vaticano que permite que esto funcione así, porque nos quitamos de la cola porque solo dejaban pasar a unos pocos cada cierto tiempo, dando preferencia a estas empresas de estafadores; sí la cola corriera normal, no nos veríamos obligados a tragar con estas empresas.

Esperienza negativa: Terrible experience, never book here. They are thieves. They are not certified guides, they do not explain anything relevant. The only thing they do is charge for a ticket that can be purchased online, more than 60 euros, for a ticket that costs 17. Manuel, te Cuban guy, a very bad guide. Pésima experiencia, nunca reserven acá. Son ladrones. No son guías certificados, no explican nada relevante. Lo único que hacen es cobrar por un ticket que se puede adquirir por internet, más de 60 euros, por un ticket que cuesta 17. Manuel, el cubano, un pésimo guía.

Esperienza negativa: They will get you in the door but they will run through the place so fast you wont see anything! Not worth it for a tour . Was in English but very hard to understand (which is fine but maybe not great for a tour). They will make you pay cash so you can’t get money back. Don’t do it

Esperienza negativa: SCAMMERS! They say $40 for Sistene Chapel and museum or $62 for the above plus access to St. Peter’s Basilica - you definitely DO NOT need to purchase the more expensive one as you can literally just walk in without showing any sort of ticket. Do not book through these guys.

But facing a 3 hour wait in the baking Roman sun, I figured I would give this tour a shot. At 62€ a person, this is actually cheaper than most skip the line tours you will find on Tripadvisor. But if you visit Rome in June/July, every single spot is booked weeks in advance. I paid with credit card, worried that I might never see my money again, but once I arrived an hour later at the meetup point, everything was great. Mike (from Ohio) was our tour guide and has been doing these tours for 8 years. He did a great job Sheparding us through the museum and pointing out the highlights as well as adding funny commentary along the way. I was shocked that this tour ended up being great. If you don't book weeks in advance, your only choice is wait in multi hour lines or find a tour company with spots!

Esperienza positiva: As the other reviewers mentioned, you definitely get a feeling of being scammed as you are approached by the entrance of the Vatican to buy tickets to the Vatican museum + guided tour. Fortunately, the individual that approached us was not pushy and told us all the information we needed. 62€ for skip the line ticket plus a tour guide in the Vatican museum. We were led to a convenience/tourist shop to purchase tickets and then left to wait for the next English tour to start (there’s an additional 2€ for processing fee). Yes, you are definitely paying more as the skip the line tickets online are 17+5€ but with no in-person tour guide. The next guy we were handed off to was the worst communicator and strove off on his own with a trail of tourists lagging behind, without ever looking back. He did a quick pit stop to pick up tickets and stickers and then sped off to the entrance of the museum. Once we got through security we were again handed off to another person who ended up being our Vatican tour guide. The points given here really go to her because she didn’t rush the tour and she was totally professional (technically she is not part of this tour company). You could tell she was passionate about history and art…she was amazing. She took the full 2 hours and stayed with us until we reached the Sistine Chapel where the tour ended. She does give a run down of the Sistine chapel at the beginning of the tour so you are not left clueless starring at the magnificent ceiling. All in all, we wouldn’t regret this as we were stuck in a pickle when we missed our booked tour (which actually cost more than this), plus the line up to get tickets was ridiculously loooonnng and lastly they were sold out online. We’d rather get in fast (which we did) rather than spend half a day waiting in line. Depending on your situation, this option ended up working out for us. They just need a better approach and much better communication.

We were worried about the “scam” after reading and yes it is pricy at ~€60 but it seemed to genuinely help us pass quickly through all lines, and our English guide Nicoletta was good - clear, detailed and fun. We saw Vat Museums, Sistine, Basilica.

Esperienza negativa: This 'company' is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. We were told that with free entrance, we'd have to wait 3 or 4 hours in line. So we opted for the guided tour which cost 62 euro per person. This was a complete rip off. Once we got in, we noticed that there were no such long queues. Not only that. Our tour was supposed to be in English and our tour guide kept switching to some foreign language to accommodate some foreigner who was with us. The tour ended abruptly half way through the Vatican museum,even though there were a lot more halls to see. The tour guide was also arrogant,and his English was very broken such that we did not understand a thing.

Esperienza positiva: grundsätzlich war ich mit der Führung zufrieden. Haben kurzfristig 2 Tickets gekauft, da die Schlange sehr lang war. Das Kaufen der Tickets wirkt sehr dubios und unprofessionell. Die vereinbarte Zeit wurde eingehalten und nach kurzer Wartezeit ging auch die Führung planmäßig los. Meiner Meinung nach ist es Glück, welchen Guide man bekommt und deshalb kann man dies schwierig beurteilen. Wir hatten glück mit unserer Führung und konnten so gut wie alle Dinge betrachten. Zu vielen Punkten wurden auch Fakten geliefert und auf Fragen wurde eingegangen. Wie bereits erwähnt ist der Kauf des Tickets etwas dubios und man wird etwas komisch behandelt. Man hat immer das Gefühl, dass man abgezogen wird. Der Preis ist auch relativ hoch, deshalb würde ich ganz klar empfehlen die Tickets bald genug im Internet zu reservieren.

Esperienza negativa: Oplichters!! Normaal lees ik eerst de reviews, maar omdat bij een andere aanbieder alles volzat werden we hier naartoe gebracht. Uiteindelijk kregen we niet wat ons beloofd werd van te voren. De tour ging zeer gehaast en de beste man wist van toeten noch blazen. Als je hem ergens een vraag over stelde wist hij het niet en zei hij dat hij anders wel professor was geweest. De oortjes/radio die we meekregen werkten maar half. Net voor de Sixtijnse Kapel moesten we oortjes/radio weer inleveren en was de ‘tour’ afgelopen.

I was walking to the Vatican museum with my gf, was approached by a guy who said the line will be a 3 hour wait, and I will for sure not be able to get in. Tickets at the door were $17 euro, and he sold a guided tour for $62 euro each, total $124. That was all the money I had in my pocket. They ended up making me wait almost 2 hours before I was able to get into the museum. And when we got to the doors, there was barely any line, so I could have got in for an hour already and paid 1/3 the price. I feel completely ripped off. Do not go to these people for anything. Avoid anyone who approaches you in Italy. They don't know you, and they don't care about you. They just want your money.

Esperienza negativa: Vorsicht!! Wir sind gleich an der Haltestelle „Vatikan“ des Hop on Hop off Buses in die Falle getappt. Dort hat uns ein sogenannter Guide aufgeschnappt und erzählt, man bekäme keine Tickets außerhalb von geführten Touren. Er hat uns darauf in das „Büro“ - einem Souvenirladen - geführt und uns dann einen „besonderen“ Preis gemacht. Komplett überteuert. Das Restaurant daneben wird von den selben Inhaber geführt. Sehr teuer, dafür, dass das Essen so unfassbar schlecht ist. Die Tour fing viel zu spät an und die meiste Zeit haben wir damit verbracht, im Regen an der Straße entlangzulaufen. Der Tourguide hatte absolut kein historisches Wissen, hat aber auch nicht viel erzählt. Wir sind durch das Museum des Vatikans gerauscht. Nach der Sixtinischen Kapelle sollte es einen bevorzugten Eintritt in den St. Petersdom geben. Pustekuchen. Diese spezielle Tür war wohl verschlossen. Nachdem wir uns beim Guide beschwert haben, hat er uns zugesichert, er wurde am Ausgang auf uns warten und uns einen bevorzugten Eintritt am offiziellen Eingang verschaffen. Tja, der Guide war dann plötzlich verschwunden. Nachdem wir uns im besagten Souvenirladen beschwert haben, wurden wir nur sehr unfreundlich abgespeist. Reiner Betrug!! Da muss man auf jeden Fall die Finger von lassen. Dieser eine Stern ist definitiv ein Stern zu viel!

Initially, we just wanted to pay €28 to queue jump for the museum and cistine chapel. The tour guide seller told us the basilica cannot be entered with a guide at all, and there'll be an extra charge inside go go into basilica. This is a complete LIE as we found out later... so we were of course sold an unnecessary package - we paid €48 for a guided tour of what should've been the "queue jump", museum, Chapel and basilica. We were told a number of times the basilica cannot be entered without the tour guide. This was an entire lie. Firstly, the tour ended after the Chapel - the tour guide said he'd wait after the Chapel but was no where to be seen. We then went back to the tour office where the owner said the basilica is free and doesn't need a ticket and the tour did infact end at the Chapel. We confronted him of what the tour guide had told us and apparently he has no contact with her nor does he know who she is when she is clearly an employee of this company. He said she simply takes a commission. He refused to compensate us the difference of €20 per person we would've saved had we not been lied to. Dishonest sellers from beginning to end.

En el vaticano, la guía si bien explicaba muchos detalles y se notaba su conocimiento iba apurada, en la capilla sixtina estuvimos solamente 5 minutos sin dejar que se pueda apreciar el lugar. En el coliseo, la guía no realizó demasiadas explicaciones, también se la notaba apurada y al comprar nos habían indicado que incluía guía tanto en el coliseo como en el foro romano pero no fue así.

Esperienza negativa: Achtung, WUCHER! Bereits auf dem Weg zu den vatikanischen Museen wurde ich von deren sehr penetranten Verkäufern angesprochen. Die Preisspanne reichte von erst 35€, über 25€, 20€ und letztendlich habe ich 18€ (statt 8€) bezahlt (nur weil ich ebenfalls sehr penetrant verhandelt habe). Kurzentschlossene haben also keine andere Möglichkeit in die Museen zu kommen, denn das Geschäft funktioniert so: Die Verkäufer kaufen online Tickets, in diesem Fall ein 4er Gruppenticket für 50€. Davon sind 2 ermäßigte Karten (je 8€) und 2 für Erwachsene (je 17). Letztendlich werden die Gruppen aus wildfremden Personen zusammengestellt. Insgesamt wurde somit 113€ für alle Tickets bezahlt, statt 50€. Mit dieser geschlossenen Gruppe muss man dann gemeinsam das Museum betreten und jeder bekommt dann am Ticketschalter sein eigenes Ticket. Man kommt also auf jeden Fall rein und kann sich danach dann frei und unabhängig voneinander bewegen. Fazit: Kurzentschlossene haben leider keine andere Möglichkeit in das Museum zu gelangen, außer sie sind bereit diese Wucherpreise zu bezahlen. Ich rate jedem hartnäckig zu verhandeln. Sie verkaufen lieber ein Ticket für weniger Geld, statt es gar nicht zu verkaufen. Lieber ggf. einmal zu viel online reservieren, die Tickets werdet ihr dort auf jeden Fall los, wenn ihr sie zum gleichen Preis verkauft (sollte es zB zeitlich nicht reichen).

They will tell you that the tickets for the day are sold out and lead you to an office, where they will rush you to buy tickets with them, they will charge you twice the value of the normal ticket. They even charged us a fee for buying the tickets with card. When we checked online we could have booked a guided tour for a much cheaper price. Besides, the guy at the "ticket office" was extremely rude and after that you will have to wait untill they sell enought tickets to complete a group because they buy group tickets for a cheaper price and resell these tickets to tourists.

We paid 75€ (no one even asked me if I was a student, bc if they did I would’ve paid less which I only found out at the ticket office!) for a “no queue ticket” for two people to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. When we got our tickets: we were outraged to find out that the Sistine Chapel is FREE and the Vatican is only 17€ each!! - not even stating that, as a student, I would’ve paid 3€... can you imagine our faces? We were so angry, we waited for 1h to get inside anyways and 30minutes outside their shop on the day because no one of the staff knew with which group we were supposed to be with... Don’t go with them! Worst decision ever.

Все оказалось на уровне,отдельное спасибо менеджеру Мире и экскурсоводу Алле Лесниковой.Все организованно: время сбора группы,билеты входные,наушники,передатчик и 3 часа эстетического наслаждения и удовольствия .Рекомендуем!!

Esperienza negativa: Duas estrelas porque o guia era um senhor muito simpático de El Salvador e realmente fez um bom tour com boas explicações. Caso contrário, nem isso. Fomos abordadas na fila para o Vaticano por uma mulher que nos empurrou um tour com guia sendo que só queríamos entrar nos museus sozinhas e com calma. Aceitamos por medo de que não conseguiríamos entrar posteriormente devido à fila. Ela nos garantiu que seria possível adentrarmos e, caso quiséssemos passar mais tempo nos museus, poderíamos "fugir" do grupo e nossa entrada na basílica estaria garantida - o que o próprio dono (imagino que seja o dono) desmentiu mais tarde. Quando ficamos sabendo por outros brasileiros que estavam na mesma agência que havia a possibilidade de conseguir apenas um ingresso "fura-fila", solicitamos uma possível troca e fomos ignoradas por no mínimo 20 minutos. Quando finalmente alguém nos atendeu, ficaram bravos e não queriam de jeito algum trocar os ingressos. Insistiram tanto que acabamos ficando com o tour com guia, a contragosto. Dentro do museu, com os bilhetes em mãos, o "dono" falou para o guia, em tom irônico e jocoso, que queria nos ver "saltitando de alegria" depois do tour, "pulando em um pé só de tanta felicidade". Tenho uma palavra pra isso, em português: escroto.

Primero me enganchó una argentina de nombre Cecilia Monroy y su hija Agostina Lehner, que me ofrecieron dos paquetes para mí y mi familia. Pagué por una guía y brincar la fila tanto en los museos del Vaticano como en el Coliseo, el Foro y el Palatino. En los museos del Vaticano no me dieron guía y en el Coliseo tuve que hacer una fila de dos horas en lugar de brincarme la fila, por el paquete que yo había comprado y simplemente me dejaron varado y sin guía. Tuve que pagar por una audioguía. Obviamente no fui al Foro ni al Palatino. Son unos bandidos de 7 suelas. No se le ocurra a alguien contratar sus servicios. Debería denunciarlos, pero mañana salgo a Florencia. No tengo tiempo. La oficinita ostenta un letrero que dice VIAGGI y esta en Via Santamaura 12 a una cuadra del museo del Vaticano. También se hacen llamar ML TOUR. Su sitio web es romatour-va.it ---------------------------------------------------------------- Esos comentarios de lavadero para justificarse no son mas que una farsa. No se parecen a sus comentarios que me hizo vía Whatssapp: "ML TOUR: Hola. Las Entradas del coliseo de usted y su esposa son 24€. Mas 35€ que le han reembolsado serian 59€. Usted pago 100€ en total por El coliseo con lo cual le devo reembolsar 41€. Paseme una cuenta para depositarle en este momento. No quiero dar mas explicaciones ..... La experiencia de usted ha sido mala en todo sentido por unos problemas de organizacion...El poco dinero que usted pago no me conviene estafarlo. Espero su mensaje para su devolucion, que repito, estoy completamente deacuerdo." Obviamente nunca me reembolsaron ni un céntimo. No arriesgue su tiempo ni su dinero con gente sin escrúpulos.

Назойливая женщина из агенства сопроводила нас до конца очереди и стояла рядом до тех пор, пока не уговорила нас купить пакет «быстрый вход +прекрасный гид» за 41 евро с человека. Экскурсия началась в 11 вместо 10.30. В группе было около 30 человек. Экскурсия проводилась в стремительном темпе, сопровождалась очень скудным рассказом. Обещанные станцы Рафаэля не увидели. Не подозревала, что музеи Ватикана можно пробежать за 1,5 часа!! Избегайте подобных «тур агенств»!!!
