Esperienza negativa: Took the bus from Pompeii to the airport. There is no sign at the bus stop to tell you where to wait. The bus was 30 minutes late and I didn't have any heads up. Called them several times and emailed them but no answer. Stressful experience. However trip to the airport was fast.

Esperienza fantastica: After reading all these reviews I was very nervous when my last minute chance for a transfer between Napoli airport and Sant'Agnello was this bus. Finally all went very smoothly. Having air conditioning and a place to sit, without the need to carry heavy bags was great. However calculate with average runtime of about 2 hours. Around Napoli the roads can get very busy.

Esperienza negativa: Terrible experience. We tried to book a transfer and ended up being charged twice, their website is a disaster and we never received any tickets. Customer service is nonexistent. We submitted claims and no one ever replied. So far, the charges haven’t appeared on my credit card, and I really hope it stays that way. I absolutely do not recommend this company, especially not for something as important as getting to the airport.

Esperienza positiva: Reserve ticket de bus desde su página con ellos, necesite cambiarlos para 10 días posteriores por un problema familiar y me dieron mil vueltas por mail para hacer el cambio. Tanto que dejaron de responderme y opté por comprar un nuevo pasaje. Perdiendo el dinero ya abonado. Solamente volví a comprar con ellos porque necesitaba salir 6:30 am y en ese horario era lo que más me convenía. Sino obviamente no les compraba de nuevo.

Esperienza negativa: Dopo 20 anni di fedeltà a questa agenzia, mi trovo costretta a sconsigliarla categoricamente. Purtroppo, a Vico Equense, sono l'unico servizio di transfer disponibile, altrimenti non mi rivolgerei mai più a loro. Ho prenotato un servizio di transfer per l'aeroporto, ma l'autobus non si è presentato all'orario stabilito, accumulando un ritardo inaccettabile che mi ha fatto rischiare di perdere il volo. Per evitare il peggio, sono stata costretta a raggiungere la mia destinazione in auto. Ho contattato l'agenzia per segnalare il disservizio e chiedere un rimborso o un voucher, ma la loro risposta è stata scortese, deludente e insoddisfacente. Un'azienda che non si assume la responsabilità dei propri errori e non si cura minimamente di fidelizzare i clienti di lunga data non merita fiducia. Avere il monopolio del servizio non giustifica una tale mancanza di professionalità.

Esperienza negativa: OJO con comprar el billete en el aeropuerto. El chico que vende los tickets dentro de la terminal cobra 2 euros de comisión por billete, ilegales. Sienta muy mal que en cuanto pisas Italia te estafen. SE PRUEDE COMPRAR DIRECTAMENTE EN EL AUTOBÚS, LA PARADA ESTÁ UNOS METROS MÁS ALEJADA DEL ALIBUS, AL LLEGAR A UNA ROTONDA A LA DERECHA. Recentemente abbiamo fatto un viaggio dall'aeroporto di Napoli a Sorrento. Poiché non avevamo informazioni da dove partisse l'autobus, abbiamo acquistato il biglietto allo sportello dell'aeroporto. Il ragazzo che ci ha venduto il biglietto ci ha fatto pagare 4 euro di commissione, oltre ai 13 del viaggio. Questo è illegale, non appare sul biglietto. È un peccato che in Europa, quando un turista arriva in aeroporto, venga truffato in questo modo.

Esperienza negativa: I became extremely travel sick despite taking double travel sickness medication and moved to the front empty seats to try calm it down. When the bus driver saw me there he started yelling at me, telling me I wasn’t allowed to sit there without reservation. I apologised and explained I only moved due to feeling sick, that I’ll return to my seat. He began yelling again about how I needed to ask him for permission and didn’t have it, I apologised again and said again I’d move back, but he kept yelling. Don't understand how a “professional” service allows this behaviour. There were no “reserved” signs. I can understand blunt, but yelling and making a scene? No, you need to do better.

Esperienza fantastica: We arrived on time from the airport and to the airport (we stayed in Sorrento). Good conditions and nice view. Nothing negative about the experience.

Esperienza negativa: Convenient and affordable, as long as you don’t have to pay twice! Unfortunately I had a mishap when purchasing tickets online and managed to purchase for a day later than I needed and was asked to pay again when boarding. They were not willing to be flexible with refund policy even with evidence I paid twice. I think 7 day refund policy is incredibly long given the nature of the service where flights can change at short notice as well. You can only buy tickets online up to 4 hours before departure time which seems odd given that you can buy a ticket on the bus… anyway, my advice would be just buy your ticket when you’re boarding.

Esperienza fantastica: J'ai prit le bus pour aller de Sorrente à l'aéroport de Naples. J'étais sceptique au vu des commentaires négatifs mais tout s'est très bien passé. Le bus attendait en avance à la gare, il est partit à l'heure, il a toujours de la circulation donc prenez de l'avance pour l'aéroport Je recommande ! Le place était vendu 13 euros dans le bureau de tabac à la gare

Esperienza positiva: Buen servicio y a un precio económico. La vuelta desde Sorrento al aeropuerto conviene reservarla en la web pues se puede quedar sin boletos disponibles.

Esperienza negativa: Non consiglio questo servizio. Il mio autobus non solo era in ritardo ma non si fermava mai per farci salire. Abbiamo chiamato il servizio clienti e l'autista dell'autobus ed entrambi erano molto scortesi, nessuno ci rimborserà.

Esperienza negativa: Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff is rude and did not help. Bus did not stop and drove by, if we saw stopped bus we would’ve got on. Bus also came 15 minutes late, never again.

Esperienza positiva: Página web con problemas, imposible reservar por aquí. En la estación de tren de Sorrento, justo enfrente no saben nada de la empresa salvo un cartel en una farola. No tiene ubicación techada y llovía mucho. El bus estaba allí parado una hora antes, pero cerrado. El conductor fue algo seco, pero correcto. No dan tickets de haber pagado 10 € por persona. El desplazamiento dura más de la hora y media que dicen, por el tráfico de los pueblos en donde para; hasta que desde Pompeya coge la autovía y ya va directo. El autobús nuevo, perfecto.

Esperienza fantastica: Fantastische vervoerder die voor een lage prijs en een nette bus ritten verzorgd tussen Sorrento en Napels Airport. Zowel op heen als terugweg gebruik van gemaakt voor €10 per persoon per rit (eind september). Ideale vervoerder voor tijdens de vakantie.

Esperienza positiva: Très pratique pour relier l'aéroport aux villes de la côte, comme Vico Equense. Cela permet de se simplifier l'organisation et de voyager confortablement. Le prix est raisonnable et comprend une valise dans la soute du car et un petit bagage à main ; les conducteurs ont été flexibles puisque nous avons pu prendre le car en avance par rapport à l'horaire du ticket que nous avions réservé. Le départ de la navette en direction de l'aéroport se fait en face de l'agence, l'information n'était pas précisée.

Esperienza positiva: Good drivers and bus quality, but they offer no flexibility if your flight is delayed or rescheduled. While I understand their refund policies, a bit of customer service and flexibility is needed. Recommend using their service as a walk up at the time of departure rather than booking in advance - or taking the train.

Esperienza fantastica: Il servizio di collegamento con navetta tra l'aeroporto e Sorrento, con fermate a Pompei, Castellammare e Vico Equense é eccezionale. Rapido, preciso ed economico permette di raggiungere in breve tempo e senza cambi località che in mancanza sarebbero difficili da raggiungere.

Esperienza fantastica: To biuro podróży autobusów Curreri. Na szybie wystawowej jest rozkład jazdy. Vis a vis biura jest przystanek dla podróżujących do Neapolu. Cena za 1os. to 10 euro.

Inoltre per motivi di lavoro viaggio spesso sui loro mezzi, che collegano Capodichino a Sorrento sono eccellenti, puntuali e gli autisti in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza del passeggero. Esperienza negativa: Avoid this. Bus was half an hour late in Vico equense, then we were told it was full despite having booked online in advance. So I had to stand while my girlfriend sat on the stairs. Woeful service.

Esperienza negativa: Sarebbe un buon servizio si paga 10 euro fino a castellammare , peccato che vengono utilizzati autobus vecchi senza manutenzione, credo, perché ogni volta che decido di scendere con curreri c'è bisogno dell'officina mobile. E basta mettete autobus più piccoli e non dico nuovi ma semi nuovi per fare anche bella figura con i turisti.

Esperienza negativa: They don't tell you where the pick up is in Sorrento. It's a very old bus and when I arrived it stank of old cigarette smoke because the driver had been smoking inside. He seemed quite bad tempered. The bus did depart on time and we arrived on time. En route it started raining and it became obvious that the windscreen wipers didn't work (I have the video) so the driver just carried on driving though he could hardly see out. At one point we nearly hit a lorry. Overall an unpleasant experience. Could be made a lot better if the driver didn't smoke and they serviced the vehicle properly. PS Sorrento pick up is at the railway station

Esperienza negativa: If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Beware- AVOID this bus service, or you will be wasting your money! The bus from Pompeii to the airport wasn't at the stop after half an hour past schedule, so my husband and I decided to take the train instead, because we didn't believe it was ever going to come. In the past, we have waited for busses in Italy that never came due to strikes, so we figured this may be happening again. Considering this is a bus to the airport, it is important that it should be on time. We are currently emailing the company to ask for a refund since we never got on the bus and did not expect it to come because it was so late, and they are refusing since apparently someone else decided to wait and made it on the bus. We deserve a refund, considering the bus was so late we thought it wasn't even coming. Companies like Flixbus will eventually put companies like this out of business, because they have excellent customer service and are easy to use. If Flixbus doesn't arrive on time, they let you know and even gives you a voucher to apologize. I wish they were available for this route and from now on I have learned my lesson to not take a company who doesn't care about their customers and is only money hungry again. Curreri ruined my trip to Pompeii and my trust in Italian transportation. They should have much better customer service and should take responsibility for their busses being late, then maybe they wouldn't have such terrible reviews. I see other people have had similar issues with them. Choose another company instead. Make this right!!!

Esperienza negativa: Egregia Agenzia, le scrive per esprimere la vostra poca serietà che dedicate al lavoro, ecco i fatti: Avevo prenotato il ritorno all’aeroporto di Napoli per il giorno 07 settembre con prelievo a Pompei nella corsa delle ore 15.00. Dalle condizioni di viaggio che avete inserito nella tabella degli orari indicavate che l’utente si deve presentare almeno venti minuti prima dell’arrivo previsto per la partenza. Ebbene io e mia moglie ci siamo appostati sin dalle 14:30 ed abbiamo atteso il vostro veicolo. Pullman che non si è presentato né alle ore 15,00, né alle ore 16,00. Faccio notare che sin dalle ore 15,10 ho incominciato a chiamare i numeri riportati in tabella senza ricevere risposta. Soltanto dopo le ore 16 ho ricevuto risposta da una voce femminile che non conosceva il caso e che avrebbe chiesto notizie all’altro ufficio. Dopo altri tentativi a vuoto alle 16,20 risponde la signora dicendomi che non rintracciava nessuno e che mi suggeriva di trovare “io” altre soluzioni alternative. Questi i fatti che mi hanno costretto, per non perdere l’aereo prenotato, di trovare vie spedite per andare all’aeroporto, quale il taxi. Quindi oltre a pagare il costo di due biglietti con la vostra agenzia ho dovuto pagare il costo della “soluzione alternativa”, tutto a causa della mancanza di professionalità di codesta agenzia. P. Esperienza negativa: Avoid at all costs. Driver was late doing pick up and hence we missed our flight. The driver allowed me to speak to a representative over the phone who told me a company representative in the airport would help us get another flight. This was an outright lie as they do not have an office in the airport!

Esperienza negativa: Don't use airport bus transfer, paid in advance for 11am bus to sorrento we got to the stop 20 mins before departure as instructed only to be told by driver it was full even though we watched him let people in front of us who hadn't pre booked and just paid him cash ( probably went straight in his pocket). When we tried to explain we had pre booked for the 11am bus he just rudely told us to wait for the next bus which doesn't leave until 12!!! We didn't fancy waiting over an hour so had to take a taxi which cost 100euros as I hadn't pre booked one. Emailed the company to get bus tickets refunded only to be told they are non refundable and seats are not reserved. There is no mention on website its first come first served. Don't really see the point of having online booking if you're not guaranteed a seat?

Esperienza fantastica: We booked a transfer between Naples Central Station and Sorrento. Booking with Currerri was smooth and effortless and even though it was done last minute, we received exceptional service. When we arrived at the station, our driver Bart met us just off the platform with a sign welcoming my family to Naples, with much warmth and energy. He grabbed the bags and took us on a wonderful trip down to Sorrento giving us much information of the region as we drove by and even giving us the chance to take a wonderful photo of the amazing coast line. Bart made all the difference to our visit by helping us feel so welcome to the region. We shared jokes and had lots of fun on the 1 hour drive. What exceptional service. Thanks Bart for going over and beyond to make our first moments in the region so special. We will always keep you in our wonderful memories of our trip to Sorrento.
