Esperienza negativa: We used Iscla Travel for our recent holiday to Ischia n June. Please avoid this company for your transfers. When we arrived back in Naples we were left stranded with no driver despite being told he would be there holding a name card so we could identify him. We waited and tried to call but the number given does not connect. Ultimately we had to get a taxi to make sure we didn’t miss our flight. I contact Filippo several times who promised a refund but nothing has been received. You are better off sorting transfers yourselves and paying for the ferry independently rather than relying on Iscla Travel. Sadly took the edge of an incredible holiday and really disappointed with the service received.

Herr Filippo Silvestri hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und alles wurde sehr freundlich und hilfreich bearbeitet. Esperienza positiva: The outward journey was faultless but sadly the return journey was stressful (a) because of slow communication (b) unfriendly service and (c) a mix up regarding ferry times meaning we just caught one by the seat of our pants because the unfriendly driver hadn't checked the sea condition or whether the ferries were running to schedule.

Esperienza fantastica: It was very easy and convenient to book transfers between Naples airport and our hotel on the island of Ischia, via this web site. Fillippo was very diligent and responded to emails very quickly. We were collected at the airport and transferred in a private minibus to the port. Here we were met by another colleague who gave us the tickets for the fast ferry which took approximately an hour to cross to Ischia Porto. At the port we were met by another driver and taken to our hotel. We paid cash to the driver on arrival. It was all extremely efficient and good value. Thank you very much and we will definitely use your services again when we return to Ischia, which we fully intend to do!

Esperienza fantastica: I have used Iscla Travel twice now, once in 2016 and again August this year. The service is fantastic, as promised a person was at Naples Airport with a sign to collect us from our flight, dropped of at the ferry where another person had our tickets and made sure we were on the correct one. Once the ferry arrived in Ischia another person was there waiting to take us to our hotel and this was repeated for the return journey. Completely takes the stress away from getting yourselves from Naples airport to Ischia. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Esperienza fantastica: Fantastic from start to finish, was a bit worried as when I first contacted a company in a country we’d never been before Fllippo reassured me from the beginning, told me “if not happy with service you don’t pay” never asked for anything upfront, he gave me a great price door to door, drivers at both ports waiting for us, ferry tickets booked too, drivers and vehicles very pleasant and professional. I probably contacted Fllippo a bit too much, as seemed too good to be true, nothing was a problem, quick response to emails and texts. Brilliant would highly recommend and will use again

Esperienza fantastica: Islamic Travel is awesome! They picked us up at the airport in Naples. It was very organized and they had a sign so we knew they were there for us. They took us to the ferry to Ischia and bought our tickets. They put our suitcases on the ferry. They had a person on Ischia to pick us and our luggage up and took us to Villa Gilda. It made our first day after a long flight unstressful and uneventful. I would recommend them to anyone who is going to Ischia from Naples!!

However on our arrival it transpired that due to the horrendous weather the ferry had just been cancelled. Our driver quickly transferred us to the next port where we were met by another member of staff who personally escorted us under her umbrella onto the ferry! Esperienza fantastica: Emailed Filippo last minute from Gatwick when long delays meant working out transfer to Ischia once in Naples seemed difficult as we risked missing the ferry. Was wondering how it would turn out!!!! Would it be THAT GOOD or a nightmare scam? Well, it was better than That Good, the service provided by Filippo of Iscla was not as he put it, his duty, it was amazing and the best I have experienced in many years Nothing was too much, from the arrangements mentioned above to the trip of the island which was very enjoyable and professionally carried out by Filippo himself in a very modern Merc minibus, decided to stay longer, Filippo arranged that too at a better price as well,. Picked up at the crack of dawn to get to the Naples airport in time, again by Filippo himself in a smart Mercedes car , bought the ferry tickets, carrying my suitcases, nothing too much to ask, NOT that we had to ask for anything !!!! Esperienza fantastica: Great transfer to Ischia. We speak little Italian and this service made transfer to and from Ischia from Naples airport seamless. Drove us to and from the boat in Pozzuoli, bought our boat tickets. They were there ahead of time at our hotel to take us back to the boat to Naples. Very friendly, efficient, accommodating. Remember that boats do not run 24 hours when you plan your arrival or departure time at Naples airport.

They picked us up from the airport in Naples, brought us to the ferry and then taxied us to the Mezzatorre Hotel on the island of Ischia. Four days later, he picked us up at 0500 and returned us back to Naples and then to the train station seamlessly. He’s well priced and reliable.

I must say everything was arranged perfectly. They were right on time waiting for us with a nameplate and we had a taxi for two what is very important in these covid times. The boat tickest were bought by them so we had no worries on our mind. I can recommend Iscal travel to everyone. He loaded all 14 pieces of luggage in a comfortable van and drove us to the ferry dock for the island of Ischia. He had ferry tickets waiting for us there as we boarded the boat. We were greeted on Ischia by another driver that took us to our hotel. Part of our group wanted a private tour of the island and Fllippo stepped in and took them on a 4 hour tour, they loved it. If it was for a pick up they were there ahead of you, if not you could set your watch with their punctuality. The vehicles were all new Mercedes vans or E300. Our driver in Ischia even made sure that the restaurant we requested to be dropped off at was open and called ahead for us. One word of advice is to consider the ferry times to Ischia when planning your arrival to Naples. We had to rush, but the ferry ended up being sold anyway, so we had to wait for the next one, which was over an hour. Unfortunately, there was a problem with that ferry, and it was delayed. There was virtually no signage at the the port as far as which platform the new ferry would leave from nor anyone there to answer our questions. It was hot, chaotic, and extremely stressful. I'm not sure what could have been done by them except to wait with us for an hour until the next ferry arrived. I think even if they had offered that, we'd have declined not knowing what we would go through. Other than that, things were smooth, and the communication was excellent. I''m giving 5 stars based on our even with our issues at the port. Our experience does support the idea of having some help with the process, especially if you haven't made this trip before! Our return trip pick up and transfer to the rental car place was so helpful.

I got an immediate response and quotation from Filippo to collect 5 of us from Naples airport to be taken onto the port and then collected at Ischia port and taken to our hotel. The price was competitive with other quotes I had got. The service I received from this company was first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. They were waiting for us with a name placard on time at each destination - together with our return journey. We also used their taxi services on the island of Ischia - again they were always on time!!! It was a large Mercedes mini bus, air conditioned - plenty of room for us and our excess luggage! They also pre purchased the ferry tickets for us (included in the price). Basically it made our transfer from the airport to our hotel in Ischia totally stress free and was worth every penny. Esperienza fantastica: I travelled to Ischia in July. I made contact with Iscla Travel after a google search. Filippo replied promptly to my query & the price for transfer was competitive. Our transfers to & from Ischia were smooth & trouble-free....exactly what we wanted. Filippo's colleague Felix collected us from our hotel in Naples in good time, conveyed us to the port, handed us our hydrofoil tickets & ensured we were on the correct boat. Filippo was waiting for us on Ischia, and quickly conveyed us to our hotel. We took a tour of Ischia with Filippo during our holiday. The day was enjoyable and informative. Filippo gave us an interesting insight into the history of the island and life on Ischia. His English is impeccable. Esperienza fantastica: I found Filippo Sivestri from Iscla Travels on the internet. I needed to transfer a group of 33 with baggage round trip from Naples to Ischia a few weeks ago. Filippo set up the entire transfer which was carried out without any problems. From the time we stepped off the bus in Naples his assistance, Anna, was there to help get us the tickets, organize the bags on the ferry to Ischia. When we landed in Ischia the bags where transferred to 5 waiting vans which took us to our hotel. My biggest concern was the transfer of the luggage and lost luggage. Because of both Anna and Filippo's supervision, all the bags arrived safely. I would highly recommend using Iscla Travel for these transfers and also for any taxi need that you might have while in Ischia. They get my 5 Star recommendations. Esperienza fantastica: I have to say that the service I received from Iscla Travel was really good. Communication was excellent and the drivers were on time and really nice. I had read online of people who had made there own way to the Island and yes it's possible and perhaps you can save a few euros. But actually in my opinion it's not that easy a transfer to do by bus and ferry and then taxi by yourself. But I can recommend Iscla Travel. Great company

Esperienza fantastica: Excellent service and communication was easy and efficient. Our driver was waiting for us at arrivals and was easy to locate. All four drives were professional and friendly pointing out interesting sites on the way to and from our accommodation. It was raining on our return trip to the airport and the driver dropped us off inside the ferry to ensure we didn’t get wet. Excellent company, I would highly recommend them
