Esperienza positiva: Sono stata in India 15 giorni (Rajasthan+Varanasi) con un viaggio prenotato tramite Akbar travel. Ottimo l'itinerario, e altrettanto bravo l'autista che ci ha accompagnati. Discreti gli alberghi. Unico vero neo della vacanza, il volo interno prenotato dall'agenzia con Indigo (la Ryanair indiana). È stato concellato a 24 ore dalla partenza. Il costo aggiuntivo per trovarne uno sostitutivo + autista che ci venisse a prendere a 150 km da Varanasi (unica opzione possibile) è stato, al netto del rimborso, di quasi 400 euro per 2 persone. Suggerirei inoltre una minore richiesta di feedback durante il viaggio

Esperienza fantastica: Lavoro all'Universita' e dovevo fare un biglietto Roma-Bangalore per un congresso. La grande agenzia di viaggi a cui ci siamo sempre rivolti mi ha fatto un preventivo altissimo, facendomi aspettare una settimana, per di piu' senza spiegarmi bene il tipo di classe di biglietto. Ho provato a fare da solo su internet, ma le soluzioni possibili erano davvero tantissime, e poco chiare. Mi sono rivolto allora ad Akbar Travels, che mi ha mandato un preventivo dopo mezz'ora che li avevo chiamati, convincendomi subito che erano la scelta giusta. Non appena mi e' arrivato il Visto, sono andato di persona da Akbar e mi hanno trovato un biglietto a un prezzo molto minore di quello della mia vecchia agenzia (l'Agente era Aslam Ali). Ho potuto pagare con bonifico e il biglietto e' stato emesso il giorno stesso. Servizio davvero eccellente, grandissima cortesia e professionalita'. La consiglio vivamente.
