I was so impressed with their arrangements the first time that I bought my children and brother and his family for a second visit and we all experienced the excellent service again. On time, excellent arrangements with top of the line restaurants. Excellent guides shout out to Laura who showcased Venice in a manner only befitting to the city and Tommy our boat captain quite a hilarious gentleman. Truly a magical experience. Esperienza fantastica: Giuseppe from Top Venice was wonderful to work with; from planning my vacation all the way through to dropping us off at the airport. Not a single detail was missed. During the planning phase, he was very accommodating with a back-and-forth conversation about things I did and didn’t want to do, both in and around Venice. He made great recommendations for Tours in the city and around the surrounding area. Each of the Tour Guides he arranged were fabulous. Sara took us to the Prosecco region and to a few hill towns for a wonderful day. Monika brought us to Murano and Burano, along with a delightful tour of the Grand Canal.. Each of the tour guides was very knowledgeable and excited about the areas they were bringing us to; which made each experience special and memorable. Besides Tours, I had arranged transportation between the train station and our hotel and then again from our hotel to the airport through Top Venice. I can’t say enough for how smoothly this went. There was a pending transportation strike on and protests taking place on our arrival in Venice, which they maneuvered through without any difficulty. On our departure, the strikes were still going on, plus we also had a very early departure time; our Top Venice Transfer made it appear as though it was no issue at all. My entire family was amazed at how smoothly everything went. All of the tour guides and escorts knew what our next handoff was going to be and communicated times and people every single day. I would definitely recommend Top Venice to any friends or family visiting Venice. And I will most certainly use them again. Thank you very much.

Esperienza fantastica: Fantastic service, comfortable and beautiful way to get around Venice. We booked a private transfer for our return trip to the train station from our hotel. We basically didn’t even lift a finger! Giulia met us at our hotel and coordinated our luggage to get on the water taxi. She was friendly, informative, and professional. She even walked us into the train station and waited with us until we could board our train. We felt very taken care of. Do yourself a favor and book this. We will definitely use them again if we return. They did offer tours but we had already booked some. However, I would assume their tours are wonderful, too, given the ease and attention we experienced.

Her guidance to and through the airport was a life saver. Taking the time to take us to VAT tax refund, customs, ticket counter was worth every euro spent on this service. We even offered to have her come to the stayed with us. Would highly recommend this company and especially to request Francesca!

We traveled from Florence by train and the st Regis in Florence hooked us up with TopVenice and Giordana. They met us at the Venice train station with excellent signage and arranged porters and water taxi to the Danieli. The next day Kristina escorted us on an island tour to Murano and Burano. She was fabulous. On our last day, Nicole escorted us back to the train by water taxi for our trip to Lake Como. Venice was completely seamless thanks to Giordana and her amazing team. Esperienza fantastica: Top Venice is exceptional in every way. This is not a mass market tour company where you book inflexible, pre-packaged tours. Giordana specializes in Venice, and creates curated experiences for her clients based on individual preferences. The pre-planning and the attention to detail impressed me as much as the tours themselves. Even with transportation arrangements, an assistant accompanied us to make sure everything went smoothly. This was my third trip to Venice, and Giordana helped discover things we had not done on previous trips. I would use Top Venice on any future trip, and would highly recommend to anyone. From beginning to end, it felt like we had a travel concierge.
