Esperienza negativa: I Highly recommend avoiding renting from Amore rentals. We stayed in one of their rentals for 4 days last week. The photos in their listings are not very accurate (always trying to make it feel like more space than it really is) and they'll try and nickel and dime you for fees that you have not accrued. Additionally, they will verbally attack and threaten you with a negative review if you ask clarifying questions or show them evidence that they are incorrect. Even after following their checkout guide to the T, and recording a video of how great we left the place, they claimed some rules were broken (We were gone all day every day exploring the beautiful Amalfi coast, which was the only positive), which is a flat out lie. Really a poor experience that they provide being a hospitality group. Adding some context to show that they’re lying about what they “categorically deny” lol.. in the screenshot you can see that they threaten a negative review if we don’t pay the 300 euro ransom fee they describe. That fee was 400 euros the night before and they threatened much more directly on the phone. This occurred because they are poor communicators and booked a taxi AFTER we told them it was too late and we would take the ferry instead (and booked non refundable tickets). They also collude with the taxi company, and insisted that we would need to leave almost 4 hours earlier than necessary. After speaking with the taxi company we found out that this was only due to the fact that that was the only time the taxi company was willing to make a long drive to Naples. Zero rules were broken during the stay, as evidenced by the fact that they cannot name a single one. Avoid at all costs.

Esperienza fantastica: An absolutely high end stunning luxury villa with very large rooms, beautiful patio / courtyard garden, one block away from the shopping / restaurant district. A 10 out of 10. Out of all the properties we stayed in our two week trip it Italy, this was our favorite!

Esperienza positiva: Superbe logement pour reunion de famille 3 couples et deux jeunes adultes. Logement confortable et tres propre ,vues magnifiques sur vesuve et sur mer. (Seuls petits reproches pas de chauffage dans piece a vivre et petit entretien reseau evacuation salle de bains du haut a prevoir). Excellent accueil de Giada , tres disponible et tres claire dans ses explications. Merci

The villa itself was beautiful for hosting a large group and the house staff were so lovely. Definitely would be back in the future.

Esperienza fantastica: First experience with Amore Rental and definitely not the last. We stayed at the Villa Giada: Everything was perfect. The Villa was gorgeous and clean. But what made the stay magical was the staff. Attention to details, super efficient and discreet at the same time. And of course special mention to Giada, who was simply a life saver, well pretty much everyday. Super knowledgeable, get stuff done, the trip would not have been the same without her. Esperienza fantastica: Amore Rentals arranged both a private chef to come to our apartment one night and a farm experience. Both of these were wonderful. After eating in restaurants for days, it was nice to have a home cooked meal without cooking ourselves. Our chef was great and served us many different courses — all were delicious! She even cleaned everything up afterwards . And the farm experience was a highlight of our trip! We really didn’t know what to expect. It was great that they picked us up (8 people ranging from 14 to 77) and brought us back to Sorrento. We started in their coffee shop and had a small tour of their local church & community before heading to their lemon orchard where they explained how they grew and cared for the trees as we walked around. After that they transported us up a mountain for olive oil tasting and a demo/tasting of how to make cheese. Then we were transported back to the town to their local restaurant for pizza making and eating with Uncle Frankie. The farm is truly a family affair that goes back I believe six generations. I highly recommend both of these experiences while you are in Sorrento.

The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, providing the perfect home base for our exploration of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants. We were particularly impressed with the level of service provided by Amore Rentals. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend Amore Rentals to anyone seeking a perfect experience in Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Thank you once again to all the team!

Esperienza fantastica: We just spent a fabulous week at Villa Elia celebrating my husbands 50th Birthday with 22 friends. What a great stay. The Villa was truly wonderful. Kind and caring Hosts Mariarosaria e Maurizio - along with friendly helpful staff - Laura and Andrea. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a celebration lunch for 28 people the food was Devine and the wait service wonderful. Highly recommend this Villa. Thank you to Antonio , Vira and all the team at Amore Rentals for their assistance and guidance over the past year in Assisting me to organise everything. Our day boat trip out to Amalfi, Positano and lunch at La Tonnarella was such a fantastic day!! Loved our week on the Amalfi Coast!!! Grazie Mille!!! Well done and we hope to see you all again soon!!

Esperienza negativa: We just finished up a 2 week rental. The place totally misrepresented on their site. Yes the place is the same as the pictures with a lot of photo work done. Couches ripped, things broken everywhere. Would definitely recommend that you look elsewhere.

Esperienza fantastica: My husband, 2 grown sons & one of their girlfriends spent 4 glorious nights at Villa Galidia in Sorrento! Hands down this was the best decision for us for our time in Sorrento! The Villa provided us with the perfect space to hang out, walk to shops, restaurants, beach and even lemon groves! The views & backyard area are spectacular! The house is beautiful & well appointed! Alisia was our point of contact for any needs during our stay & she was wonderful…very responsive & helpful with any questions/needs! Anna was unbelievable & sooo sweet!!! Anna cooked us the most amazing breakfasts everyday, including gourmet baked goods! She even surprised us one morning with delicious homemade pizza and even my favorite…Eggplant Parmesan!!! We all agreed that we missed her once we were home!

Esperienza fantastica: Great Villa with stunning views of Capri island and sea. Giuseppe was the manager assigned and took great care of us, he also arranged a special cake for my mom's 60th birthday.

Esperienza fantastica: Our family had the most incredible week at Villa del Maggiore! It is such a special, unique property! The owners have created an amazing experience for their guests! The property is extremely well maintained. The grounds are spacious and manicured. We swam in the sea multiple times per day. The inside is immaculate, update and very well laid out. The bedrooms are nice size, perfect that they are each en suite. It was such a bonus to have breakfast delivered and the sweetest lady to come tidy up for us each day. Giada, the concierge, handled the whole visit with such great attention to detail and she is a wealth of information on everything Sorrento. Having access to her during the trip was exceptional. The marina grande fishing village is so charming! All of the restaurants were hospitable and the food was excellent. If you can't walk the stairs to downtown Sorrento you can take buses or taxis from Marina Grande. We even took a private boat tour out of Marina Grande. It was so nice to retreat to this sanctuary from the chaos of touring the area! It exceeded our expectations!

Esperienza fantastica: We just finished the most AMAZING week here. Weeks before our arrival Giada was eager to help us plan our trip and every one of her recommendations were spot on. The villa was unbelievable. I had read some of the reviews which said it was nicer than the pictures and that was 100% true. Every aspect of the week was literally perfect. Thank You!!

Esperienza negativa: Do not stay with Amore Rentals. 1. The unit, photos, and description will not be as advertised. We were farther than told from anything, arrived to a dirty unit with stairs we were not informed about with an 80 year old woman. She would have had to sleep on the couch! 2. MOLD, soap scum, and rust in multiple bathrooms. Smell of urine. 3. Air conditioning unit upstairs were leaking and water was in puddles on the floor leading me to slip and hit my head on the door when I was checking unit. 4. Air conditioning downstairs never turned on. We arrived at 3 and when maintenance came they were still off. Maintenance never repaired them. no air conditioning on bottom floor in the middle of summer 5. Lack of customer service or empathy. They said there was nothing wrong with the place, and service required for them to clean properly would continue to waste our day. It was already wasted. Customer service stopped answering my niece. 4.

Esperienza negativa: Do not rent from Amore Rentals. If you want to be taken to a dirty Villa to only be stranded in Southern Italy unless you paid 3,000€ more. The help denied our unit was dirty, and Amore Rentals wont answer us and administer a refund. I have attached pictures- would you wish anyone to stay here? And pay for a cleaning fee after the fact? ALL the bathrooms were stained and smelled like urine. Soap scum, rust, mold. Maintenance didn’t even bring one cleaning product. The furniture wasn’t outside or set up. Air conditioning never worked. The picture was NOT as advertised.. we brought an 80 year old woman to stairs with no railing. We would have never rented. The customer service has stopped answering me. I am disgusted. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR VACATION RUINED!

Esperienza positiva: Amore Rentals was very easy to worked with and took care of all of our excursions in Italy. They were all great! Had a wonderful family vacation and Vira was amazing and very responsive during the entire trip. Thank you!

Esperienza fantastica: Our stay in Massa Lubrense was amazing from start to finish. The concierge lady, Giada, opened the house for us was first class. She communicated early and often, and provided great recommendations and helped us book all of our lovely excursions. She is worth her weight in gold. This villa ended up being better than we had thought it would be. The accommodations was beat only by the view.

Esperienza fantastica: Ho trascorso dei giorni magnifici presso la casa vacanza Casarlano a Sorrento. La posizione è davvero incantevole e tranquilla, con una vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Napoli. Il giardino è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, con una piscina perfettamente curata e pulita, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più rilassante. La villa è accogliente, con un arredamento moderno e originale che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Inoltre, la vicinanza al centro città, raggiungibile in soli 7/8 minuti di auto, è stata estremamente comoda per esplorare Sorrento e i suoi dintorni. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Paola e alla sua famiglia per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità; sono persone davvero deliziose e ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti fin dal primo momento. In sintesi, un soggiorno vacanza super consigliato! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Esperienza fantastica: We selected Villa Ibiscus from Amore Rentals because we were looking for a place that could host our family 5 children and our parents for our wedding. However, we didn't realize the Villa came with a concierge Giada Greco who not only helped us with our arrangements for the villa but also with many aspects of our wedding. Without Giada our stay at the villa and our dream wedding would not have been possible.

Esperienza fantastica: Just back from an amazing stay in Villa Giulia, Masse Lubrense, just a few miles from Sorrento. This very impressive Villa was very spacious, well equipped with everything you need and had the most amazing see views. Giuseppe, was amazing. Always on call to answer all our needs/queries, offering assistance for booking excursions, restaurants, taxis and local information and always responding quickly. He even went the extra mile and picked up some groceries and personally delivered to us - he definitely went the extra mile. Giuseppe could not have been more helpful and we were all very grateful to him. I would highly recommend Amore Rentals and will be sure to use them on our next visit to Italy.

He not only assisted in getting us checked in and out, but provided excellent service through recommendations and booking our activities. Highly recommended you use his offer to serve while you are visiting. Park your car and let him arrange transportation and activities. He even delivered groceries to us and saved us much time. Esperienza fantastica: Amore Rentals did a great job setting us up with Villa Flavia. Giuseppe was very helpful for setting up tours and offering helpful information. The Villa was very well apportioned. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, exorcize room and outside upper deck. Would definitely recommit d to others!!

Esperienza fantastica: Apartment was immaculate, we stayed with family of 4. Location was perfect. 5 minute walk from train station, the apartment is on main road which is just really a minute or 2 walk to city center. We used sorrento as our base and took trips from there to Capri, Pompei, and then to Amalfi. We felt like the apartment was brand new. Check in was easy. We all loved to just look out windows on Main Street and people watch as well. So many restaurants to choose from.We definitely would stay again if apartment was available.

They are a great at communication and making sure that the renter is completely satisfied, even if there are small issues that arise.. we had a beautiful Villa and Positano and the hot tub was amazing. I highly recommend that you rent from Villa Amore rentals if you want to know that you have a company on your side in case of any issue that might arise and they represent some beautiful properties!

Esperienza fantastica: Myself and seven other friends stayed here at the Villa Stone on the Sea through Amore Rentals and we had a fabulous time. It’s a secluded area easily accessible through public transport from Sorrento and around the area with a pool, a view, and wonderful up-to-date accommodations. Our Host Giuseppe Manna was awesome, he was quick to respond and super accommodating with all of our needs and super willing to help with any recommendations we might have wanted/needed. Whenever I’m looking to come back I’d definitely book through them again!

Esperienza negativa: I recently had the displeasure of booking a stay at Amore Rentals- Apartment La Terrazza Sul Porto, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. The moment we walked in, it was evident that we had made a grave mistake. The place was a dump, to put it lightly. The sheets provided were soiled and reeked of mothballs, the unmistakable stench of dampness and mold permeated the entire room. The drapes were absolutely revolting, and the bathroom was a breeding ground for mold. It was clear that no effort had been made to maintain even a semblance of cleanliness in this forsaken establishment. To add insult to injury, the balcony door and blackout door didn't even lock, leaving us vulnerable to potential intruders. The plates and glasses provided were all filthy and stained, and the mattress didn't even have proper covers, with only a measly, grubby sheet to separate us from the questionable mattress beneath. As if the appalling conditions weren't enough, the management's response to our complaints was utterly abysmal. Upon contacting the managers, we were callously informed that they couldn't assist us until the following day. This lackadaisical attitude towards guests' concerns is inexcusable and speaks volumes about the apathy of the management. After enduring this ghastly experience for a mere hour, we promptly checked out, utterly disgusted by the entire ordeal. To add insult to injury, we were informed of an exorbitant $8 per person tourist fee, as if the nightmarish accommodations weren't already overpriced. In a desperate attempt to seek recourse, we reached out to Airbnb, only to be met with the owners' steadfast denial of any refunds. It's abundantly clear that the owners of Amore Rentals have no qualms about swindling their guests out of their hard-earned money, with complete disregard for providing a habitable environment. In hindsight, it's abundantly clear that we should have heeded the warnings of the numerous 0-star reviews that undoubtedly litter Amore Rentals' profile. Nonetheless, we hold out hope that the owners will display a modicum of decency and refund our abhorrently brief stay. I implore anyone considering a stay at Amore Rentals- Apartment La Terrazza Sul Porto to steer clear and spare themselves the agony of such a deplorable experience.

Esperienza fantastica: We loved our stay at Villa Phoenix. The pool was lovely and the view is spectacular. Being able to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening looking out at the ocean was a highlight of our trip. The beds were super comfortable and every bedroom had a sea view. There are three bathrooms with showers. The villa is walkable to the marina nearby but it is a steep climb back. We had a car which made getting around much easier. The villa has parking. Giada arranged a once in a lifetime experience: having Luigi the pizza chef come to the villa and make an amazing pizza dinner in the villa's pizza oven! I highly recommend this. Giada was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. Villa Phoenix was a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful part of the country. We loved our time there. Grazie!

Esperienza fantastica: We really enjoyed our stay in Sorrento and owe a lot of credit to Vira and Chiara of Amore Rentals. In addition to the apartment they helped us arrange airport transportation and a Pompeii tour with winery lunch. They were great to communicate with and very prompt to reply to all my questions.

Esperienza fantastica: Wonderful Waterfront Villa in Sorrento Villa We spent two fantastic weeks at the Villa Galidia in Sorrento in October 2023. This was our fourth trip to Sorrento and the while we have stayed at lovely hotels in the past, the Villa was our favorite. My wife’s ancestors were from Sorrento. We were joined by cousins, friends and other family members. We filled the four bedrooms as family members came and went. The living room, dining room and outside patio gave us ample spaces to visit, chat, drink and dine. The Villa is easy walking distance to the train station and main square of Sorrento. Restaurants, shopping and gelato are all a short walk from the Villa. It is perched over the Sea, with 180 degree views of Sorrento, Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. We spent many happy afternoons and evenings enjoying the back patio for dinners or drinks at sunset. We were able to invite Italian relatives to join us for dinner or drinks and all were very impressed with the Villa. Our housekeepers were fantastic. Anna and her daughter made a wonderful breakfast each morning, making sure that people with food allergies got special meals to meet their needs. They also made us two multi-course dinners (extra fee) that were delicious. In addition to making our daily breakfast, they also did housekeeping services throughout the Villa daily. I would give Anna and her daughter 6 stars on a scale of 1 to 5. Alicia, our concierge was great. She setup transportation for us to and from the Naples airport, arranged for drivers to take us around the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts. She was an easy to contact, very helpful and professional. We highly recommended the Villa Galidia for large families or groups looking for a wonderful, stress free stay in Sorrento. C Baker, California USA

Esperienza fantastica: We had a lovely time at Villa Phoenix!! Weather was perfect and Giada was so helpful and responsive. Things I wished I knew: you can walk into town (super steep windy roads) which has a pebbly beach that’s lovely to sun in and you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and towels. They’re off of several restaurants where you can get lunch + drinks. There’s one store in town that is more like a little deli and it has all the essentials, but definitely small. There’s a few restaurants nearby that are a hike to walk to from the house on not terrible (but a few also offer pickup to and fro! Just ask Giada). The house has 3 true bedrooms upstairs and downstairs has a room that’s private enough but connected to the living room, off of the kitchen + downstairs bathroom. Bring your own toiletries, the products were limited to little bars of soap in each bathroom. Go to a beach club for a day! Opt for the pizza chef! But do it your first night. We did it our last and were so sad not to be able to gobble every last piece of pizza that Luigi made.

Esperienza fantastica: We loved our stay here. The apartment is perfect for visiting Sorrento and the region. It is clean and well equipped but the outstanding thing is the view from the veranda across Sorrento and the Bay. The owner of the main house is welcoming and the pool always available. Can definitely recommend.

Esperienza fantastica: The Villa was very special - we had a most wonderful week thanks to Giada and the Amore Rental team! Giada worked with us for weeks before our arrival to assist with bus, boat, car and restaurant reservations. Her knowledge of the area is invaluable - she offered so many ideas and suggestions to insure we’d have the very best vacation. The rooms are clean and comfortable with spectacular views - the outdoor areas extra special day and night. And down at the beach is a quaint restaurant overlooking the water. And each morning we were greeted with the smiling faces of Erica and Natalia - these women are dynamos! Delightful breakfasts started our mornings - way beyond our expectations! And these ladies care of the house and grounds is admirable - the place is so well kept! We have so many great memories of our week - the first night with a private chef, second night at Quattro Passi, a day in Pompeii, private boat to Capri, dinner in one of the many other restaurants on the water in Nerano - these are just a few of our experiences…all arranged with Giada’s assistance. When we return to the region Amore Rentals will be the company we work with - based on this experience they are a well run company with loyal, dedicated team…and that translate to loyal and dedicated customers! Thank you!!!

Esperienza positiva: Spent a wonderful few days at Villa Giada in Sorrento in late September. Check-in went relatively smoothly, even though the property manager was not present when we arrived, driving down from Naples (she did stop by later to take care of the formalities without problems). Everything in the house was in order, just as we were informed. The property itself is ideal for a couple (or small family) for some peaceful days on the Amalfi Coast, with fantastic views of Sorrento, Naples Bay and Mt. Vesuvius. It was well outfitted with a very comfortable king-sized bed and even a washer-dryer, and parking the car in the driveway was ideal. The small pool was a godsend for relaxing after trekking around the peninsula all day. We thoroughly recommend staying at Villa Giada!!

Esperienza fantastica: I can't rave enough about The Phoenix. A spacious, authentic Italian villa with your private pool and sea view windows overlooking the Gulf of Salerno. We pride ourselves in finding Italian treasures and this is one of them. Far enough away from the insanity of Positano and Amalfi, but close enough to go visit and get your pics. Giada was an incredible host. Helped arrange a boat so we can spend a day in Capri as a family. The local recommendations were wonderful. Nerano is a charming town. Villa is spotless, beautiful, and a wonderful place to restore and reset. We can't wait to come back.

Esperienza fantastica: This was the perfect place for our Sorrento trip. Incredibly close to the Sorrento train station so we didn't have to walk far with our luggage. Roberta met us just outside and walked us to the room and showed us all we needed to know. It is a busy area, but in a good way. We were easily able to find places to eat/get coffee/groceries and Piazza Tasso was a short walk. The balcony is perfect for coffee in the morning, or drinks in the evening. We were able to wash and dry our clothes as well which was a big plus. The patio doors from the bedroom have automatic shutters built in which were amazing for sleeping in. We had an issue with the toilet but it was just routine, and they had the building maintenance fix it in just a few hours while we were out exploring, on a Saturday no less. Very responsive, it wasn't even a disturbance. Highly recommend, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Esperienza fantastica: Communication was good and we loved the property that we stayed at!

Esperienza negativa: Ok, so when booking they where helpful and accommodating for example they arranged our airport taxis etc which was a great help, however while we were in the taxi, we could see our villa host texting our driver (phone screen was visible because it was in the phone cradle) Asking if we were Indian guests, making rude comments & eye rolling emojis. So we were worried to how we were going to be treated due to the racism. We got there and our villa host was not polite, he was rude and seemed in a rush and just wanted our deposit. He kept saying look after the villa don’t do this n that, nothing positive to say, dont break this n that. Maybe they had a bad experience with other ‘Indians’ but they should not be judging other people and making assumptions because we are not like that. So this made our stay very uncomfortable as we thought they are racist people and they are going to make the tiniest thing into a problem to not give our €500 back. However the ‘owner’ came to give it back to us and he was lovely! Really polite.

Esperienza negativa: Sadly, we had a really terrible experience with this company, renting an unsafe villa which was inaccurately described in the information. The safety issues concerned raw sewage discharging below the balcony (which we were told was not part of the Villa where we were staying), electrical sockets hanging out of the wall and unsafe access with broken steps. The Villa was also not clean, and had a long list of other issues. The company passed the buck back to the owner, and with regards to the problems with access (which were completely inaccurately described in the information) only offered to charge an extortionate amount (eg 100 euros to move luggage) to help. They denied any knowledge of any problems with the property prior to our stay. Avoid.

Esperienza negativa: I see there are some 5 star reviews for this company,but that was not our experience and I would never book with them again. Six of us stayed at apartment Erica in Sorrento and found the accommodation did not meet the standard we expected for the money we paid. A 100euro cleaning charge is applied. It wasn't clean especially the floors. In the attached images you can see 5 broken tiles in the living room which we reported. The response from the rep was "yes I know". The apartment sleeps 7, but only had 3 wine glasses. We requested more on our first day and the rep said I'll ask! No more appeared. The toaster could not be used, because it doesn't have a european plug! The coffee maker jug has a large crack and took about an hour to make a cup.

Esperienza fantastica: AmoreSeptember 2023 The Villa Maggiore is probably the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! It is beautifully designed and decorated inside and out. It is directly on the water with a lovely garden in the back. The house is surrounded by ample seating and lounge spaces. The property has everything imaginable and features we never thought of. It is very well equipped with too many extras to list. We really loved the direct water access and swam every day. The place is huge inside and out offering many private spaces. The house features several outside spaces with lounges, tables, chairs, swings, etc. The air conditioning worked GREAT and the house was well secured although Sorrento is very safe. The house is immaculate and the staff deep clean every day. Communication with Amore rental was exceptional. They responded to every question promptly and made every accommodation possible; Giuseppe was our primary contact locally and was immediate in responding and truly professional. He arranged a “nut free” breakfast option for my allergic daughter, transportation and toured to home to explain the many features. It extremely helpful having that level of concierge service! Plants are watered daily and staff checks the property every day. They take great pride in maintaining the Villa to perfection. The breakfast provided of coffee, pastries, juice was just perfect. I hope to return again and stay longer. Grazie!

Esperienza positiva: My family and I stayed in Sara 2 in Sorrento as we were there for a wedding. The accommodation was lovely, great location and very modern. The staff at Amore were very helpful when answering my many questions. My only feedback is the kitchen was not well equipped, there was no sharp knives and also the ceiling could do with sound proofing to the neighbours. Beautiful property though.

Esperienza fantastica: Family and I just spent an absolutely wonderful time at one of Amore's jewel properties in Sorrento. Guiseppe our host/contact was both professional and as welcoming as he possibly could. He was an amazing resource and contact for all things Amalfi Coast related. We needed a driver, he was there! We needed restaurant suggestions, he was there. We needed reservations, at one of the best restaurants in town, he made that happen. We cannot wait to return! Esperienza fantastica: We had a wonderful time at Casa Iommart in Sant’ Agnello. It was very central to exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and perfect for a family with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Roberta was a wonderful host. Super responsive, helpful, provided excellence recommendations for restaurants etc and able to find last minute tickets for boat tours. This made our stay so easy and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Esperienza fantastica: What an amazing three days. Giuseppe gave amazing pre-arrival instructions, met us at the designated location and showed us around this beautiful house. We spent three days exploring Pompeii, Positano and enjoying the wonderful amenities. Giuseppe hooked us up with an amazing restaurant which picked us up and brought us home! He even arranged Oceanside seating. This was an awesome location to spend part of our vacation!! I highly recommend this property and Giuseppe!!

Esperienza fantastica: The general renting process with Amore was easy and we had lots of communication through email and WhatsApp. The apartment was even nicer than it looked in pictures, everything was very clean and the apartment was reasonably supplied. The best was Rita, she gave us so much of her time, guiding us to the parking on her Vespa, helping us unload luggage, helping us deal with busy drop off location, and giving us lots of fabulous recommendations for meals and sights. Rita in particular was a true gem and a wonderful hostess. I also booked my family a tour to Capri through Amore which was with Vervece tours in Masa Lubrense. I had a little bit of difficulty communicating with them in a timely manner, but ultimately we got it booked and it was a fabulous tour.

Esperienza fantastica: Villa Ferrara - nice hilltop villa with beautiful view to Capri and Naples , nice pool , bit tricky road but Sorrento is still in 25 min reach , for holiday 6 or 8 perons ,clean and well maintained during visit , kichen and poolside need bit uppgrade but we had really nice holidays . Giuseppe Massa was good and able host - he will clear yr problems and fulfill desires :) , thank you Giuseppe!

Esperienza fantastica: My wife and I rented their Sorrento bed and breakfast 7 and had an amazing time. Roberta our concierge was great and met us at the house to check us in. She gave us a run down on everything and was just a text message away from helping us with anything that we needed. The apartment was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate on booking with Amore rentals again!

Esperienza fantastica: Villa was great, Lugio the manager Fantastic, best service I ever had and I rented alot of Villas. Our holdiay started with a mess with cancelled flights, delayed luggage and children getting high sick with high fever. In a country were most people just speak italian this can surely ruin your holiday. In comes the "white knight" Lugio ;). He had all the time contact with luggage company, even on his day off, arranged delivery to the remote villa. Came with a private Doctor to the villa who examined wrote prescriptions and papers for insurance company at a very cheap cost. Apart from this Transfers to Restaurants for free, and delivery, fixing with boats , fishing. Luigi is the man to arrage everything. Thank you for saving our holiday, mille grazie.

Esperienza fantastica: We stayed with Amore Rentals in Sorrento, Italy June 2023. We had the best experience because our location was absolutely perfect and the facility was so clean and well maintained. That wasn’t the best part, though. Rita who manages the building was incredible. She checked us in, talked about the location and sights to visit, and connected with us on WhatsApp. She offered to make reservations at top notch restaurants and help us find whatever we needed. We had to ship luggage home and she made sure it was safe until the shipping co picked it up. Our experience was an absolute joy and would 100% recommend a stay here!!!!

Esperienza fantastica: The location was not the easiest to access on an everyday basis due to the amount of stairs (approx. 130 steps each way up and down). HOWEVER, having said that, it has the most stunning view overlooking Positano along the Amalfi coast! Wowza. The place itself was beautiful, clean and spacious for my family of 8. Only negative we found was that the shower on upper level had draining issues - slow to drain water. All else was fabulous! Our contact Lisa was very communicative and very helpful with suggestions. She was extremely kind and personable to deal with. Thank you Lisa! All in all, a wonderful experience!

Esperienza fantastica: We stayed in Corso Italia apartment in Sorrento, a perfect place in the heart of Sorrento. Initially we booked another apartment but due to double booking were offered this one, which was a much better that the initial choice. Very central, but still private and quiet. The apartment was newly renovated, very clean, with great design and detail. It was very spacious with two bedrooms each with own bathroom so both couples can be completely independent from one another. Roberta and Davide checked us in and were very flexible to accommodate us within short notice. We received a good number of local recommendations for food an d drink from Roberta which were great and very helpful. Great place within a really short walk (literally 2 min) from the center of town. I would definitely book with Amore Rentals if I come back in the area.

Esperienza fantastica: Stayed in the Sara Home 2 apartment in Sorrento, booked through VRBO. We had 3 adults and this apartment was perfect. 1 large bedroom with a pullout couch in the living room. (It may be tight with 4 adults) large bathroom. Great location, with only a short walk to the main square/restaurants as well as the main Taxi stop. It's a little sparsely stocked, so make sure to make a stop at the market down the road for anything you may need. Our contact host, Roberta, met us at the apartment to get us checked in, and was an absolute awesome help. She answered all of my questions the entire time we were there (about the city, recommendations, everything) and helped us decide on and book excursions. I just selected what I wanted and she made all the arrangements for us!

Esperienza fantastica: Amore rentals took great care of our family for our stay in Sorrento. We stayed at the Maison Palazzo Correale right in the heart of Sorrento. It was walking distance to all of the restaurants and tour operators and the taxi stand. We found the flatter landscape desirable compared to some of the hillier options also around. The close proximity to Pompeii and Naples to the North and Amalfi and Capri for the ocean vibes so convenient. Consider renting a private van for any of these excursions. Amore rentals were so helpful to let us leave our luggage in the office when we were in transit. Rita was super helpful and kind as our host and went out of her way to help us check in an hour early.
