Esperienza fantastica: Wow, what an amazing trip, 27/07/25. Started with a pick up from the hotel then down to the marina All 12 of us greated with smiles. It was very choppy on our trip but still was awesome. As a boat owner for 50 odd years I can say these guys were the best. We had the two Tony's. Tony the captain was a pro. Moved the boat around other boats like it was a choreographed. Tony the young deck hand had us laughing all day and also was very professional. Both assets to the company. We went to Capri and had a great day. For the return trip to the hotel we where met by another lady, it was her birthday, sorry but forgot her name. Another asset to your business. Thanks for a very memorable day.

Esperienza fantastica: I would like to recommend Fauno Travel to anyone visiting Sorrento. I would like to give a five-star review to Vittoria. She was wonderful , incredibly informative, and truly cared for us. She guided us on the best tours in the area, including private boat tours for smaller groups to experience this remarkable destination. Yesterday, we embarked on an amazing the Sparviere fishing tourism! The company was exceptional, taking us all around Capri . They are a family-run business that goes far beyond what is expected in providing awesome service. Their parents even picked us up and took us on a tour of their private home to see their lemon groves. Today, we visited Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. Our guide, Mattio, was also very informative and gentle in nature, making us feel very special. Overall, we are filled with gratitude and thank you, Vittoria. Thank you Thankyou Thankyou Vittoria is the Best ❤️

Esperienza fantastica: We stopped into the office to just see what was out there to do. We ended up booking a last minute boat tour around/to Capri based on the recommendation of Vittoria. She was so friendly, nice and helpful! It was a great recommendation! We had the most incredible day with Tony, Tony and Mario… (aka Pasquale, Luigi and De Niro ) They were very knowledgeable and so much fun, great characters all of them. And Tony was so kind and attentive to me as I had an injury and had trouble walking/needed assistance on/off the boat. The island itself is absolutely stunning and we had plenty of time to venture about before heading back to port again for the second half of the trip. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, and if you are lucky you’ll get the same guides! Unfortunately, in the age of digital we didn’t have any cash on us when we got back to port and had forgotten to get some along our venture on the island. So we went back to the office the following day and luckily Vittoria was there again! We were able to leave something there for her to pass on to the guys along with an apology note and a quick snap so they remembered who we were. Def book a tour with this office, do yourself a favor and ask for all these people I’ve mentioned, you won’t be disappointed!

First to the Amalfi coast with Katia as our driver she was fantastic..second was a trip to Capri with Angela and Luigi another fantastic day..cant thank Vittoria enough,she was amazing ..would highly recommend booking excursions with Fauno Tracel.

Esperienza negativa: Nos cobraron 320 euros por un tour a la isla de capri para 2 adultos y un menor, el tiempo fue fatal, escasamente nos llevaron a la isla, tuvimos que regresarnos en un ferri par las condiciones climáticas que cada uno costaba 22 euros me sentí estafado, como nos venden un tour que saben que no pueden cumplir, la misma trabajadora del muelle nos dijo que el clima no era propicio “despues de cobrarnos”

Esperienza fantastica: I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic boat trip we were able to take on 24/07/24 with Fauno Travel in Sorrento, thanks to the help of Vittoria. We made a last minute reservation the night before at 9 p.m. and were able to take a boat trip the next day. This was a fantastic trip to Amalfi and Positano. the captain was also very pleasant. Esperienza negativa: Acenteyle ilk görüştüğümüzde tekne başında ödemenin kartla yapılıp yapılmayacağını özellikle sorduğumuzda kart kabul edeceklerini söylemişlerdi. Ancak depozito ödediğimizde bize verilen kağıda el yazıyorlardı nakit para alınacağını yazmışlar. Biz bu yazıyı farketmedik ve tekne başına gittiğimizde bizden nakit ödeme almak istediler. Durumu anlattık ve ısrarcı olduğumuz için kabul ettiler ve kartla ödeme yaptık ama yapılan şey doğru değildi. Sözlü anlaşmamızda olan şeyi yazıya farklı dökmeleri şık olmadı. Teknemiz 4 kişilik sadece bize özel bir tekneydi ancak küçük olduğu için yol boyunca çok sarsıldı ve tahmin ettiğimiz dingin bir deniz turu yapamadık. O gün denizin yüksek olduğu için aslında fiyata dahil olan tüm mağaraları maalesef gezemedik. Capri adası için 100 euro adaya giriş ücreti varmış bu da bize baştan söylenmedi ve tekne başında ya bu ücreti ödeme ya da anlaştıkları bi restoran vardı orada yemek yememiz gerektiği söylendi. Bunlar normalde kabul edilebilir ama sıkıntı baştan belirtilmemesi oldu. Ada güzeldi ama yolculuk biraz eziyet oldu ve tahmin ettiğimiz gibi bir sürü yerde yüzmek için durup sakin bi şekilde birşeyler yeyip içebildiğimiz bir tur olmadı.

Esperienza fantastica: Victoria from Fauno Travel arranged a last minute private tour from Sorrento to Positano and Amalfi by boat. We are a family of four and had a wonderful time! The crew at the boat was very helpful, kind and allowed us to enjoy as much time as we wanted at each stop. We could not recommend more highly the services of this travel agency. It is located at the heart of Sorrento city and Victoria is the most helpful travel agent. My stepson left his sun glasses at the agency and I lost a top at the boat and both were safely returned. Five stars for the experience!

Esperienza negativa: Worst experience EVER. They dont speak English, they let you just 1 hour to see amalfi and positano, and ITS ONLY CASH WHEN THEY OFFER YOU TO PAY BY CARD ON THE FIRST PLACE. PLEASE DONT GO WITH THEM!

Fuimos a Capri desde Sorrento con servicio del capitan Alex, sin cuidarnos, sin explicaciones o informaciones del lugar, sin bolsas náuticas para nuestras cosas y sin salvavidas ....con promesas de visitar, entre varias grutas, la gruta Azul, nos aseguraron que iriamos..y con excusas nunca se hizo. NO VOLVERÍA a contratar a esta agencia. Mienten y ESTAFAN a los turistas!!!!

Esperienza negativa: Disappointed. Booked a private 8hr boat tour to Capri for myself and 3 friends. We were told by Fauno Travel that the price would include snacks and alcoholic drinks (20 drinks total - soft drink, beers and water) so we shouldn’t worry about bringing our own drinks unless we wanted something different. Arrived on board to 1 bottle of coke and 1 bottle of water each, no food whatsoever, and the esky was not big enough to fit the snacks we brought ourselves. When we asked the girl at the desk if there would be any additional costs we were told no. It was not until we boarded the boat and were halfway to Capri island that we were told by the skipper there was a mooring & disembarkation fee of 100 euro total to dock at the marina and disembark the boat to explore the island of Capri - which was very misleading given the trip was advertised as a “Capri boat tour with up to 3-4 hours free time on the island”. This should be included in the price. The alternative to this was eating at a restaurant on Capri that was boat only access, who would then take us to the marina to disembark onto the island for free after lunch. By the time we had been served at the restaurant and waited for the restaurant vessel to take us to/from the marina we were left with only 1-1.5 hours on the island, and felt as if we didn’t have time to visit the chairlift/Monte Solaro or explore the places we wanted to on the island under this time restraint. Additionally, by the time we got to the Blue Grotto, there was a 1.5 hour queue to enter, according to our skipper, and he recommended we head back to Bagni Regina Giovanna on the Sorrento coastline for a swim - which is accessible without a boat and not an effective use of time for a “Capri tour”. Overall we were very disappointed with the misinformation provided by Fauno Travel and the organisation of the day. We would strongly recommend booking through other tour providers. Our boat skipper however was very friendly and informative.

She booked pvt amalfi, positano & ravello day tour for us with lunch. It was breathtaking. We also did pvt vip tour to capri on her recommendation, again it was simply superb. Unfortunately blue grotto was closed as water levels were high. But Victoria helped in planning the full thing . Thank you once again

Esperienza fantastica: De Capri dagtour was super! Heerlijk genoten op de boot, in Anacapri waar Giovanni ons de highlights aanwees. Zwemmen was ook heerlijk, water beetje zout, het is en blijft een zee! Aanrader!

Esperienza positiva: Really nice and trusted travel partners.... we took 2 tours from them, one to Capri and one to the Amalphi.... both semi private .... Victoria helped us majorly to understand our requirement and helped us with both on non peak days.... They deliver what they promise.... thats very rare in tourist season... Would definitely recommend booking through them....

Esperienza negativa: Booked the Amalfi and Positano tour from Sorrento. Our skipper was an hour late, the skipper did not allow us the specified time in the above locations and we weren’t allowed to swim. We Tried to follow this up to get our money back and we’ve heard nothing. I recommend you look elsewhere than this company.

Esperienza fantastica: We stopped by the agency by pure luck while visiting Sorrento. We already had booked some excursions on our own on Getyourguide. However, the prices offered here were much cheaper and offered the same tours than what we found online. Moreover, they offered pickup at our specific hotel/airbnb which was much more convenient. Vittoria was responsive on Whatsapp and made sure that our pick up location was exact. They were also very on time, which surprised us. We booked 2 tours with the agency and both were very fun and pleasant. The first trip was a van tour to visit Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. It was worth our buck as the bus going there was not the easiest (we learned it the hard way). We loved having our own driver and the comfort of being in a van. Our second trip was a boat trip to Capri, which was great as it included pick up from our Airbnb to the marina. The trip was such a delight as the boat was new, clean, spacious. Our only regret was we were promised 2 swimming stops and we only had 1 stop, due probably to lack of time. In short, if you are in Sorrento, swing by this place to see all the different tours they offer. Their prices are very fair and the tours were fun.

Pick up was on time & drop off was convenient. The staff on the boat as well as our driver to Amalfi were great! They gave us details to everything we were seeing and were attentive. Definitely recommend.

Esperienza fantastica: Had a wonderful boat trip along the Amalfi coast to Positano and Amalfi from Sorrento. Fauno Travel were really easy to work with, the boat was clean and fabulous and the pilot / captain was great. He recommended a seafood restaurant in a bay rather than in Positano itself and it was fabulous - really added to the most wonderful day. Would highly recommend.

A partir daí conte com a sorte: OS PASSEIOS NÃO SÃO REALIZADOS PELA PRÓPRIA AGÊNCIA! Contratamos um passeio para Capri que já iniciou mal... primeiro, tivemos de pagar uma taxa (não informada) para poder embarcar... depois disto, o barco com 8 pessoas quebrou pouco depois de sair do porto ("situação muito perigosa" disse a tripulante). Depois de retornar e esperar, fomos alocados em um segundo barco que passou a ter 10 pessoas. NENHUM procedimento de segurança foi informado: salva-vidas, boias, coletes, nada... Enfim, reduza as expectativas.

Esperienza negativa: One star is a joke, there should be an option for ZERO stars! The nice office in the middle of Sorrento is a tourist trap. When my family and I booked a PRIVATE boat for a party of 7 we didn't expect to be on ‘below deck’ but expected a decent trip with grove swims and dock in Capri. The Captain was one hour late, seemed to be intoxicated and beyond rude. I’m not one to give reviews, but when you spend over US$1,000 nice service is expected at the minimum. We were not allowed to swim, trip was 5 1/2 hours when they advertised 8! And for snack and drinks, it was a $3 bottle of champagne and one beer. Wait, the best part was that we had to ask for our PAID FOR SNACK AND DRINKS. He told us to go into the refrigerator and get it ourselves. We did. We were upset to be ripped off so we decided to drink the one dottle of champagne that was offered. He had the **** to take a picture of us having the one bottle of champagne after being ripped off 2 hours of our paid trip and without food, and swore we consumed. The other good part was if you went down to use the restroom you saw an unmade bed. It seemed that he was upset that we took from his fridge. If you want to inhale fumes from a private charter, this is the boat for you. Rip off and unhealthy!

Esperienza negativa: Super disappointed with this agency and the land tour. They recommended us to do the land tour 70 euros Amalfi coast + Ravello with lunch because the boats tour were full. We were told we would have 1h30 in each city. In the end we only had 1h in positano and amalfi which is too short and we were scoulded because 5min late when reaching the driver who was rude. Better take a Boat Tour of Positano and Amalfi, other agencies proposed 55euros for it with 2h in each city.

Esperienza negativa: Don’t trust this company at all. Victoria was very nice person only until she got full payment after she was nasty person who put us in dangerous situation with small boat on severe waves and she knew before about waves when she could cancel trip but she looks to me like person hungry for money. On our way the skipper all of the sudden said we can’t go to Amalfi only on Positano even we pay for two stops. Very disappointed and don’t recommend at all. She works with Diamond company boss name is Giuseppe where guys way too young for driving on boat specially in bad weather. Waste of money. It was so dangerous we end up going home ourselves.

Next day Victoria booked us on to the Amalfi, Positano and Ravello tour on a mini van with only 8 people. The scenery on the way was out of this world. We had a good English speaking guide on both out tours. Amazing experience.

Il giorno successivo siamo stati a Positano e ad Amalfi con la barca. Siamo rimasti davvero contenti delle nostre esperienze, anche per nostro figlio di 2 anni. Esperienza negativa: Abbiamo scelto la Capri VIP ...240 euro buttati, x iniziare abbiamo aspettato 1 ora sotto l'albergo che ci venivano a prendere. siccome in ritardo non abbiamo fatto giro dell'isola e ci hanno lasciato direttamente a Capri. Ci hanno ripreso alle 17, visti i Faraglioni e fatto un bagno alle 18 tutta ombra e siamo tornati . Una delusione

Esperienza positiva: Bellissima esperienza! L'autista Nello simpaticissimo e molto cordiale. Agenzia molto disponibile, rispondono anche in tarda serata, dopo l'orario di chiusura. Unico lato negativo è la durata del tour (Positano, Amalfi e Ravello), solo un'ora per la visita, nonostante in Agenzia ci avessero detto che ci sarebbero state tre soste da un'ora e mezza.

Esperienza negativa: Had an incident with the driver of our boat which made us feel unsafe. When voicing concern to Fauno travel to prevent a future incident happening we were completely dismissed and told that our concern was ‘unfounded’. Very unprofessional, would avoid this company.

Esperienza fantastica: Esperienza positiva sono 3 anni che mi rivolgo sempre a loro. Ti prendono col pulmino in albergo e ti portano alla barca e viceversa. La barca è dotata di mini bar e servizi igienici e il personale di bordo molto bravo ed esaustivo nel dare le spiegazioni. Grazie di cuore e arrivederci al prossimo anno.

Esperienza fantastica: Una excursión increíble que no hay que dudar de coger si se quiere visitar Capri. Es muy completa ya que nos iban a buscar directamente al Hotel y después también nos dejaban en el Hotel a la vuelta así que no hacía falta desplazarse andando. Primeramente te llevan a la isla de Capri pero concretamente a la zona de Marina Piccola que para mí ha sido como un sitio un poco más VIP ya que las playas estaban estupendas Y la cantidad de gente que había no era tanta como en las otras playas de Capri. Después nos dejaron cuatro horas para poder visitar Capri a nuestro aire Y nos dieron un bocadillo que iba incluido en el precio que era de tomate y mozzarella, muy típico italiano. También nos hicieron un Tour por las diferentes cuevas de la isla y también nos dieron un tiempo para poder saltar desde la barca Y relajarnos en el sol. En el precio también iba incluido barra libre de agua, Bebidas con gas (concretamente había Coca-Cola, coca-Cola cero, Fanta de naranja y limón, Sprite y birras de cerveza). Realmente esta excursión me ha dejado con un buen sabor de boca y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Great communication via wats app. Would use again if I ever go back to sorrento. Out guide and driver for the amalfi coast trip was yuri, also excellent and really got invoked with our small group of 6 friends. Brilliant days.

Hanno creato un ambiente familiare, molto accogliente che, associato alle bellezze naturali dell’isola di Capri, ci hanno fatto trascorrere una piacevole giornata! Esperienza fantastica: Loved everything about it. Small boat, only 12 passengers x 2 crew. Family owned and operated. Mum picked us up in her car from hotel. Daughters and Son in Law met us. Made intros then daughter and son in law took us off for a gr8 day out. Totally not one complaint or negative comment...except, it all ended too soon.

Esperienza fantastica: If you are in Sorrento and looking to travel around this is the company to call. They are so professional and organised everything for us. We did a trip around Capri and had to leave for Naples after the trip. They arranged everything . Fabulous day in capri around the island. The guides were very knowledgeable .Private car to Naples . I would definitely recommend this place. The lady on reception was so professional . I would 100% recommend this company.

Esperienza fantastica: Victoria was extremely helpful, friendly, efficient and organized! She booked all of our boat tours to Capri, Almalfi coast, Pompéi tour and airport transport. Esperienza fantastica: The best service in Sorrento, they organised our two trips: private car to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello and private boat to Capri. The driver and el Capitan were so nice, kindly, hospitality. Their suggestions for the best views, famos places, lunches and drinks were the best. I am strongly reccomend it!!!

Esperienza fantastica: Had an excellent experience with them!! You can eve get an upgrade if you’re lucky enough. We had an excellent tour through the Capri Island being able to choose when and where to stop doing it. Fully recommend it and hope we can repeat it soon. Lovely place.

Esperienza fantastica: Great tour around Capri today. The guides were very knowledgeable about the island. The ride to/from the stay location was even better which helps to avoid the cost of the parking down in Sorrento.

Esperienza fantastica: Vittoria is amazing! Very knowledgeable, wants to help provide a good experience without pressuring you to buy. A couple times we made last minute reservations- late at night (sorry again vittoria). Without fail, vittoria made it happen, organized everything and works with the best tour operators! We went to capri on a boat tour and car tour to Positano/Ravelo/Amalfi beach. Both were amazing experiences. Vittoria also worked with our tour operators to make picking up vouchers easy and seamless for us. If you are to book, use Vittoria at Fauno travel!

Esperienza fantastica: Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo fatto escursione a Pompei e vesuvio ci hanno accompagnati Alessandro come guida e Alessandro come autista e sono stati fantastici e molto professionali da 10 stelle ancora grazie
