Esperienza negativa: We booked this company to arrange our transfer from Naples to Ischia for our honeymoon, the day after our wedding. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our flight was delayed, and we informed the company in advance. They confirmed that this would not be a problem. However, while we were in the air, they sent messages saying they had lost our flight details and that no driver would be waiting for us at the airport. As a result, we had to arrange and pay for our own transport to the port. Despite failing to provide the service we paid for, they have refused to reimburse this cost. We then had to chase them for our ferry tickets, which they failed to send. This meant we had to purchase our own tickets to avoid missing the ferry. To their credit, they did later refund the ferry tickets, but this caused unnecessary stress at the start of our honeymoon. The problems continued after arriving on Ischia. We were charged an additional €60 "night fee" for a journey of around 15 minutes, a charge that was never made clear at the time of booking. We were also dropped off approximately a mile from our hotel because the roads were too narrow for the vehicle. While they informed us of this shortly before travel, this important limitation was not disclosed before we booked. To make matters worse, after this experience we discovered that arranging the journey ourselves was both straightforward and significantly cheaper. In fact, we chose to organise our own return transfer and had no issues at all. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise other couples and travellers to book the transport independently rather than paying a premium for a service that failed to deliver. Overall, the service was disorganised, communication was poor, and we were left to solve problems that the company was paid to handle. I would not recommend booking with them.

Esperienza fantastica: Had a great tour of Ischia with Alberto from Pithecusa. Chiara was our primary contact and she had everything worked out for us when we arrived on the Island. She expertly arranged for our transport and ferry services and the tour to Amalfi and Positano.
