He was incredibly knowledgeable about the region and a very careful, confident driver on the narrow and winding coastal roads. Thanks to him, our full-day excursion became the highlight of our entire Italian adventure. Traveling in his gorgeous Jaguar was the perfect way to experience the Amalfi Coast—stylish, comfortable, and smooth. Francesco thoughtfully stopped at scenic viewpoints so we could take photos and soak in the beautiful sunny day. He also arranged our lunch reservation at Calajanara Restaurant, which turned out to be an outstanding meal with breathtaking views over the Amalfi Coast. Throughout the day, he communicated clearly via WhatsApp, was highly professional, and always arrived promptly at every pickup point. Esperienza fantastica: We had the great pleasure and good fortune to have Francesco as our driver today for our visits to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. Throughout the journey he gave us informative insights into every place we visited, and we also stopped along the way to get some wonderful pictures of the beautiful views. He was very well dressed and spoke very good English, and we had lots of laughs along the way! The main thing is that we felt extremely safe, as he coped with the winding roads, and other impatient drivers with incredible ease. We would highly recommend booking Francesco, and we certainly will do when we visit again!

Esperienza fantastica: We hired Francesco for an 8 hour tour of Amalfi. We started in Sorrento and then did Ravello, Amalfi and Positano. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He was personable, shared lots of good information, took us to a lovely spot for lunch and above ALL was a very safe driver who followed all the rules of the road, letting the crazy drivers pass as he calmly ignored the horns blowing and scooters passing on both sides. The price was extremely reasonable and significantly less than all the other services I contacted (I do my research!). We were floored when he walked us to the car and it was a Jaguar! This tour was the highlight of our 16 days in Italy. Book this service, ask for this young man…don’t waste your time contacting others. Esperienza fantastica: I would like to give a big thank you and praise to Francesco who collected us from the Grand Hotel Vesuvio in Sorrento on Friday 3rd November. He was a very kind, interesting and polite driver who skilfully drove us to the air port, safely navigating extremely busy traffic. On the journey one of my earrings fell into the seat belt holder and I could not retrieve it. It was our wedding anniversary on that day and the earrings were a gift from my husband , so I was rather upset. However, later that day I received a text and picture from him saying he had managed to find it , which must have been rather difficult, and he agreed to send it to me in England. I was quite over whelmed by his efforts and thoughtfulness and cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Francesco.

Esperienza fantastica: We booked this company via a Love Holidays package. Signed clearly inside the airport on arrival. The gentleman we had on the way to the hotel made our journey enjoyable and showed us some sites along the way. Very chatty & friendly. My flight got cancelled on the Friday and I needed to move the booking to the day before, emailed them and managed to get it changed easily. On the way back to the airport the driver kindly stopped somewhere for us to get a better picture of Mt Vesuvuis. The cars were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Esperienza fantastica: We utilized the company as our primary car service for a group of 7 for round trip service to/from Rome and Vico Equense, Positano-Amalfi-Ravello trip, Pompeii, and over to Monticelli mansion for a pasta making dinner. Pasquale picked us up in Rome for the trip to Vico, and by the end of that trip we knew we wanted him for the rest of the week. Pasquale is an exceptional guide with a lot of historical and current facts that are wonderful to learn. While I understand he was our “driver”, he was so much more to us. He taught us so much about Vico and surrounding areas and sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello while we were in transit. He is an extremely kind gentleman who is well versed in great food and dining options. He helped us tweak our own itineraries so that we got the most plus extra from our days spent in his home area. He took the liberty to book reservations to wonderful and exceptional locations for lunch. He recommended a wonderful winery off the beaten path when we needed not only a lunch spot but another informal experience. We will reach out to Pasquale whenever we are in the area and we recommend that you do too if you want a series of unforgettable experiences as you get a ride between places!!

Esperienza fantastica: Our driver Frank was absolutely the best. He showed us all the secret best spots for pictures and the places where the locals treasure their peace and time. He drove beautifully around the roads and we felt safe the whole time. Frank was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and was respectful of our time engaging and letting us wander on our own. He found the perfect spot for a beautiful lunch overlooking the Mediterranean on a lovely terrace. The whole day was just Perfetto! Grazie Mille Frank

Esperienza negativa: Transfer from airport to hotel and return. Fretted at airport by driver who was pleasant and his car was immaculate. Drive was smooth and safe. Return however was not what I expect from a premium service. Driver was supposed to come into the hotel to find us. Instead we had to ask a porter to go and find him. His car smelt of cigarettes which was unpleasant. The driving style was erratic and we felt unsafe at times being glad to arrive at airport in one piece. Complained to company who just said their driver doesn’t smoke so car couldn’t smell of cigarettes. No mention of anything else.

Franco is so personable, kind, knowledge about the area and Italian history, and has great recommendations of places to stop, where to eat, and of course he sings along the way with you!! Nothing makes for a better roadtrip. We had a wonderful tour of the coast with him!

Esperienza fantastica: We used the taxi services via Thomas Cook, both drivers take Ninna dropes us to Furore and I forgot the name of the driver who takes us to Naples on 01/01/25, but he was amazing. Both very friendly, we asked him to drop us to Naples central instead of the airport and he did. I recommend the service of this agency.

Esperienza fantastica: Pasquale is an excellent driver, tour guide, and historian of Italy. He was our personal driver for 3 days straight. He was very patience, nice, knowledgeable and very personable. We went to Amalfi Coast, Positano, Ravello, Pompei, Paestum, Salerno, and Vietri. During our travels we went to the mozzarella making farm with Buffalos and a wine tasting tour. Pasquale made recommendations for restaurants, things we should see and picked our wine tasting place. Pasquale made the 3 days very enjoyable and comfortable. We felt safe with his driving, some in the back even rocked to sleep. Our driver Gaetano was very accommodating and helpful, stopping in all the key areas for perfect views and full of information and facts about the area. Esperienza fantastica: On our 2024 April trip to Italy (4 of us), Marco picked us up at the Naples Airport and drove us to our Hotel Gardenia in Sorrento, and later in the week he drove us to Rome. What a pleasure it was to ride in a beautiful, spacious van! Marco was a GREAT driver through the many types of traffic (tiny winding roads or freeways), plus he pointed out interesting sights along the way. It made the 3-hour trip to Rome fly by more quickly! Thanks Marco!

Esperienza fantastica: Our visit to the Amalfi was so special because of this company, especially Marco. He drove us everywhere and gave us great suggestions of additional places to see. It was six of us with kids and my parents, and all of the drivers took great care of us! We used them every day to take us out and it gave such confidence and comfort in the day knowing they would get us there. We loved everyone but Marco took special care of us on many days. And by the end, he felt like family!

Esperienza negativa: Pessima esperienza di viaggio da Verona a Castellammare il 10 dic. 2023. Dei 2 bus arrivati, quello assegnatoci sembrava un carro bestiame, fetore insopportabile. Partiti alle 7, arrivo previsto alle 16, arrivo in hotel alle 23 causa guasto all'impianto di raffreddamento motore. Odissea o agonia questo viaggio, con fumo grigio ed acre che fuoriusciva dal vano motore nell'abitacolo. Bus cinese King Long da rottamare. Selleria fatiscente e puzzolente, moquette impregnata non si sa di quali "fetenzie"! Dopo molte soste per far raffreddare il motore finalmente NetworkWorldTravel si decide ad inviarci un pullmino Ford Transit ed a trasbordarci su di esso. Peccato che le misure dei sedili erano più da scuolabus, quindi per bambini/ragazzi, più che per adulti. Causa incidente in autostrada a Capua oltre 9 km di coda ... Sarebbe bastato che il tour operator avesse contattato il Network di altri operatori in zona ed avesse disposto SUBITO, APPENA SAPUTO DEL GUASTO, l'invio di un nuovo bus, evitandoci ore ed ore di disagio in autostrada, tra piazzole di emergenza (pericolosissime!) ed aree di sosta. Il guasto si sarebbe potuto aggiustare se solo a bordo del bus ci fosse stato un rotolo di nastro argentato americano per riparare la fessura del tubo di raccordo in gomma del radiatore!!! Tubo fessuratosi a causa del lungo e gravoso uso. Le scuse del t.o. sono consistite, all'arrivo in hotel per la cena alle 23,15 in una bottiglia di Aglianico al tavolo (per 6 persone) e in una busta con un micro flaconcino di limoncello, una penna biro ed un block notes a persona. Non chiederò alcuna rifusione di danni, ma di certo per il futuro eviterò attentamente questo N.W.T. come la peste! Attribuisco 2 stelle solo per il fatto che hotel, vitto, alloggio e guide erano innegabilmente di buon livello, ma considerando che il gruppo era composto di anziani (dai 70 anni in su) l'averci fatto viaggiare in quelle condizioni è stato assolutamente vergognoso ed irrispettoso. Ripeto "un carro trasporto bestiame" puzza meno del vs. bus cinese. E le decisioni, anche se costose, come il reperire rapidamente un pullman sostitutivo, in casi come questo vanno prese tempestivamente. A mai più! 18 gen 2024 - Dopo la replica del T.O., che non condivido, preciso che le foto a riprova della mia testimonianza, ci sono, eccome! Ho appena controllato in Google Maps ed io le vedo benissimo, giusto perché chi legge ha il sacrosanto diritto di ricevere una informazione vera e attendibile. Se volete ve le invio per email. Non sono un idiota, rispetto il lavoro degli altri, considero che tutti hanno un lavoro ed una famiglia da mantenere, ma quando é troppo, é troppo! Chi ha scritto la replica alla mia recensione é salito a bordo di quel misero bus? Si è seduto sull'ultimo posto, in fondo, sopra il motore? Oppure scrive " a 'schiovere", come si dice dalle vostre parti. Verissimo, come no, anche un'auto nuova può guastarsi, un vettore aereo per vari motivi può rendere indisponibile un velivolo all'ultimo minuto, un treno guastarsi per strada o fermarsi per uno sciopero. Ma nel caso del vostro bus, ho respirato io, personalmente, il fetore, il lezzo di quei sedili, ancora ho inalato io, quei fumi tossici grigi, provenienti dal vano motore (vano motore che dovrebbe essere sigillato dall'abitacolo dove siedono i passeggeri! Ermeticamente isolato!). Due anni in Italia e quanti altri percorsi in Cina? Ho visto personalmente il manicotto di gomma fessurato, causa del famigerato guasto; sarebbe bastato avere avuto a bordo un rotolo di nastro telato americano e forse avremmo evitato quelle infinite soste. Recàte la dicitura "NETWORK", dunque perché non attivare SUBITO la Rete di contatti con altri T.O. limitrofi dove si trovava il bus guasto? Sì, certo, sarebbe costato qualcosa in più, e si fa prima a lasciare una dozzina di persone come pacchi postali. Concludo caldeggiandovi una bella revisione del veicolo, facendo verificare il gruppo cambio trasmissione (ad ogni cambio di marcia tremava tutto), e facendo effettuare una radicale pulizia, con sanificazione dell'abitacolo.

Esperienza negativa: Je ne conseille pas cette compagnie ! J’ai réservé la compagnie NETWORK WORLD TRAVEL pour le trajet AÉROPORT DE NAPLES - VICO EQUENSE aller / retour. Rien à dire pour l’aller. Pour le retour, quelques jours avant, j’ai voulu changer l’horaire pour pouvoir visiter la ville de NAPLES avant de rentrer sur PARIS. On me dit : « pas possible, c’est complet ». Le jour de notre départ, après 10min d’attente, je recontacte la compagnie. On me dit gentiment que j’avais annulé et que la seule solution était de contacter un taxi local pour nous ramener à l’AEROPORT. J’ai dû repayer 200€ de taxi pour arriver in-extremis à l’aéroport avec un stress inimaginable. Ce matin, j’envoie un mail pour obtenir des explications et un remboursement d’une partie de ma réservation et là, cerise sur le gâteau, on me répond : vous n’aviez qu’à être plus précis !! Bordel, qu’est ce que vous ne comprenez pas dans « do not cancel, delete my reservation » ?! Visiblement ce n’est pas assez clair pour cette compagnie ! A fuir …

Esperienza fantastica: We booked a day trip to the Amalfi coast. Our driver Mario was very warm and hospitable and gave us lots of relevant information along the way. From booking by Allesandro to the trip with Mario, we would recommend the Network World Travel highly. We also called on them to arrange a van for a one-way drop to Napoli on a short notice of half hour and they promptly managed the same. Again Mario ( a different one) was courteous and helpful. Great job.

Esperienza negativa: Booked travel with this supplier from Naples to Sorrento for our honeymoon & no-one showed up. Phoned the company & was told they had cancelled our journey & that we were to get a taxi. No other explanation. Company then proceeded to call us when we were in a cab to dispute this conversation. Very unhappy with the service all round

We hit the jackpot with Danilo as our driver for the day, he was absolutely amazing!!! He made a lunch reservation for us at the most beautiful scenic spot in, probably, all of the world! We would have never seen the views without him! He was very aware of his surroundings and kept us active as much as possible. We will be cherishing our adventure with him forever. He was safe, kind, knowledgeable and very funny!! Everything was perfect. You 100% have to book a trip and I highly, HIGHLY recommend requesting Danilo as your driver- he is the best and soo worth it!!!!

Also highly knowledgable about local history, the most picturesque vistas for photo opportunities, and a handful of restaurants with spectacular breathtaking views, particularly one in Ravello. We planned a few of outings to Amalfi, Pasitano, Ravello and Pompeii, as well as wine tasting at an off the beaten path family winery, which after few hours of sightseeing under the hot sun was a lot of fun! Marco was much more than just a driver for us: he told us about the sights of the towns, reserved a nice restaurant for lunch in Amalfi and made sure that my son Alex did not feel car sick by recommending a good travel pill and making him sit in front. It was a great experience!

On each occasion he was both friendly and professional. The coastal tour was a highlight of the holiday and Pasquale kindly booked us a table at a lovely restaurant overlooking the sea. We also stopped at Positano, Amalfi and Ravello - all amazing places to stop and take a wander.

He was knowledgeable, helpful and went out of his way to make our trip perfect, doing much more than just the driving- he arranged tickets to Vesuvius and Pompeii, and really let us enjoy the towns of the Amalfi Coast at our own pace. Esperienza fantastica: A short city break from the U.K. to Sorrento, Italy with two other couples was greeted upon by a professional operative who collected us from the airport - this is where we met Pasquale. A comfortable drive in a well suited vehicle with spacious leg room for all passengers and ample luggage room was a perfect start to the holiday as we had a super hotel transfer Having been so impressed with the company and in particular Pasquale, we decided to engage with his company to be our ‘tour operator of choice’ during our stay in Sorrento. I was introduced to Alessandro and with his professional help he very quickly helped us put together a 3 day package that included :- • Evening restaurant bookings ( mostly of our choice ) - transportation there and back to our hotel • Day Trip to Amalfi Coast ( inc other town visits en route ) • Half Day City tour of Sorrento • Help with ferry trip to Capri and a boat trip around the island Pasquale was with us throughout. It was a wonderfully supported package to our flexibility and suitability that made the whole experience very pleasurable. In particular and mostly due to the wonderful and highly recommended - Pasquale. A fun individual and consummate professional that guided us so well with his excellent knowledge of the area and very good speak of English that was extremely helpful. His communication via phone and WhatsApp was second to none. Brilliant ! An excellent and safe driver with exceptional driving skills, great humour and very courteous in every way.
