Intentamos contactarlo para solicitar los nombres completos de todos los participantes, ya que la Galería Uffizi implementó recientemente nuevas normas que exigen que esta información se incluya en cada entrada. 7 months ago Esperienza fantastica: Die Stadtführung war sehr informativ und kurzweilig. Unsere Stadtführerin Rosella führte uns kreuz und quer durch die Stadt. An den richtigen Stellen ließ sie uns Zeit, Fotos zu machen. Sehr empfehlenswert für Erstbesucher der Stadt, für einen ersten Überblick.

Please note that this was a group tour with a fixed departure time, and once the tour begins, our guide focuses on delivering the experience to all participants without interruptions, which is why calls may not be answered during the tour. This ensures that the other guests are not disturbed. Unfortunately, delays caused by traffic are beyond our control, and late arrivals can make it impossible to rejoin the group at the starting point. We always recommend arriving early to avoid such issues. We hope to welcome you on another tour under better circumstances.

11 months ago Esperienza negativa: Uffizi was amazing and process of getting tickets was easy. Academia was a bit of a shambles. Went to guides as directed and they told us to wait at next door as they didn't deal with Star Florence. We were before our allotted time. We waited and asked again as per the instructions. They then proceeded to find us on the list and get the tickets However, they got different entry times for each couple which meant we could not go in together. When we told them this the guy organising the tickets was indifferent to the situation and walked off. The lady apologised for the mix up.

11 months ago Esperienza fantastica: Phenomenal phenomenal phenomenal - one of the best experiences in all of Florence - Saliya is the best in the business. Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They even gave us an off script showing of a few monuments and dropped us at our hotel after even thought it was not included. Cannot recommend them and Saliyaal enough! 5 stars!

1 year ago Esperienza negativa: e were extremely disappointed with this experience. We booked our Duomo tour three months in advance and received confirmation that it was in their system. However, when we arrived—on time and in the rain—the guide never showed up. We spent our scheduled tour time trying to reach customer service, only to be told there was nothing they could do. We even offered to rebook the tour for later that day, but they were unwilling or unable to accommodate us. By the time we realized the tour wasn’t happening, it was too late to get in on our own—the lines were incredibly long and all other options were booked out weeks in advance. The Duomo was one of the highlights we were most looking forward to, and missing it was a major letdown. Do not book with this company—they are unreliable and unhelpful when things go wrong.

We are truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you experienced — especially after planning your visit months in advance and arriving in the rain with such high expectations. We completely understand how important the Duomo is for anyone visiting Florence, and it’s incredibly upsetting to miss out on something so meaningful.
Unfortunately, the Duomo’s management recently and unexpectedly closed access to external tour operators, preventing us from securing the proper tickets for our guests — even those already confirmed. This change was made without prior notice and does not allow any legal workaround. While the situation was beyond our control, we absolutely recognize how much it affected your experience and sincerely regret that we couldn’t make it right in time.
As a gesture of our sincere apologies, we have issued a full refund for your booking. We hope this can help in a small way, and should your travels bring you back to Florence in the future, we’d love the opportunity to welcome you again and offer you a complimentary experience with us.

1 year ago Esperienza negativa: Absolutley horrible... they canceled our tour less than a week before it should have happened. All because their booking system didn't work properly, which ok, can happen, but nobody seen this mistake for 9 days! We booked the tour on 3rd of April, got an email from them on 12th of April, that it has been canceled on their side. We supposed to have the tour this Easter weekend on Saturday. There is absolutley no chance to find any replacement, as it is all booked out. They preffered group of 12ppl, over us. When I asked them to help and add us to the group (mind you, we are only 3 ppl, so what is the difference) they said no. Not even a little effort into fixing it. Nothing. So thanks a lot for runing our trip. Thanks a lot for your zero effort to help fix your two major mistakes. Thanks for nothing. Definitley do not reccomend.

As a result, we have cancelled your booking and a full refund has been processed to your original payment method.

1 year ago Esperienza positiva: Matteo gave us an individual tour. He was a very nice guide and it was absolutely not his fault but the apartments were bring renovated and as he said, the most important part of the museum was closed. Evidently the sculptures had been downstairs during the renovation, but now they are back upstairs in the rooms themselves and off the tour. Disappointing. 5 stars for Matteo, but 3 stars for the gallery itself.

1 year ago Esperienza fantastica: Visita guidata agli Uffizi oggi 15/12/24 ore 09 di un’ora e trenta. La visita è andata molto bene, molto brava la guida, certo è che non basta 1,30h x visitare tutti gli Uffizi ma si può pensare di farlo in due volte. Molto soddisfatti e consigliamo il servizio.

1 year ago Esperienza fantastica: Guten Tag , wir hatten eine Guide Begleiterin Namens Viktoria. Sie ist eine sehr nette Person. Sie konnte und hat alles sehr gut erklärt und es wurde jede Frage beantwortet. Man merkte sofort das Viktoria von Kunst etwas versteht. Die Kapelle war einfach traumhaft und alles drum herum. Wir würden sofort noch einmal dahin fahren. Bei Viktoria möchten wir uns bedanken für die schöne Zeit. Wir würden jede Tour mit Viktoria machen.

1 year ago Esperienza positiva: Tour was informative and very good. The administrator handling the list of participants initially turned us away and said our names were not included on the list. That was pretty confusing for us as we were afraid that we may not find the correct group. She realized her error and came and found us. Thank goodness! The headphones were not great and we had a lot of feedback interfering with the broadcast. We told the guide and he corrected the audio for us. These hang ups prevent you from getting a higher rating.

1 year ago Esperienza negativa: Spart euch das Geld!! Hatten eine Britin und es waren zwei überteuerte und verschwendete Lebensstunden. Es ärgert mich immer noch, um die Zeit und circa 36€ für zwei Personen. Uns taten die Füße weh vom ewigen Stehen. Insgesamt haben wir kaum etwas gesehen und nun wirklich nichts, was nicht jeder Tourist entdeckt. Danke für 30 Minuten Vortrag über die zwei Türen der Taufkapelle. Es war mit Abstand die schlechteste Führung meines Lebens und da waren schon einige, auch kostenfreie dabei… doch sowas langweiliges, unoriginelles und quälendes… ok das ist jetzt echt böse, aber es ist einfach ärgerlich! Fazit: nie wieder!

1 year ago Esperienza negativa: Wir haben an einer in deutsch geführten Tour durch Florenz teilgenommen. Sofern man es überhaupt Tour nennen mag. In mehr als zwei Stunden legten wir weniger als 1000 Schritte innerhalb des Zentrums zurück. Die Führerin konzentrierte sich für über 45 Minuten darauf, der Gruppe die Inhalte der zwei Türen der Taufkirche zu erklären. Leider fehlte es der Tour an einem roten Faden und einer echten Geschichte. Dazu kam noch das scheinbar teilweise nicht vorhandene technische Verständnis, wie man das Mikrofon bedient. Die Tour war eine Enttäuschung. Es gab keine Inhalte, die man nicht auch über einen besseren Reiseführer erfahren hätte.

1 year ago Esperienza negativa: We booked an expensive Tour with Get Your Guide to Cinque Terre, Italy only to find out we were only paying a bus ride back and forth, no Tour commentary nor tickets for the train rides to each part of this journey. The "Commentary" on board were instructions, not any useful information of what we were going to see. Fortunately we are Travelers, not Tourists and bought our own tickets for the internal transport from town to town of Cinque Terre. Total Waste

1 year ago Esperienza positiva: Very basic experience. Drove to winery- seated in a lovely indoor space and had tasting of 7 wines paired with food. From the description and request to wear comfortable shoes, I thought we would see the vineyards or some of the production. Our vintner Chiara, was very sweet and knowledgeable but had to split her time between at least 4 tables. We had long lapses of time when we were just sitting and waiting for her to return and continue w our tasting. Probably would not recommend this activity as the drive out of Florence wasn’t worth it when there are so many fabulous restaurants in the city.

1 year ago Esperienza fantastica: Our family had a private walking tour of Venice with Rosanna. We had a wonderful morning walking around seeing the sights some of them away from the main touristy areas. Rosanna took us to some out of the way places and we learnt so much. Would highly recommend.

He did a great job of describing the history in way that really allowed us to envision what Florence was like back in the day! He also gave us fantastic recommendations for food and drinks and local trattorias and bars. My friend and I followed up on a few of these and they really were amazing! We booked for a 1,5 hour tour, however we got a tour of about 2 hours, because the tour guide wanted to show us a little bit more of the city and showed us several hidden gems. Really nice!

Our guide was interesting, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of history about the buildings and location. It covered a lot in 2 hours, ending on Ponte Vecchio just in time for lunch. Highly recommend.

2 years ago Esperienza negativa: Driver was 30 minutes late picking us up. Did not know we were driving 45 minutes to Siena. It’s a tour to push purchasing wine on you at the end of the class. If you don’t buy wine they pretend you .

Thank you for your kind review. First of all, apologies; the driver was delayed 30 minutes that day because of the morning traffic. We also explained that the tour was in the San Gimignano region. We provide transportation from Florence to San Gimignano and back to Florence. Lastly, I informed the location that if they push the customer to buy the wine, we are really sorry about that.

2 years ago Esperienza fantastica: Visite guidée "privée" (nous étions les seuls inscrits!) très intéressante et interactive avec notre guide pour découvrir ce vaste musée de la Galerie des Offices. Nous avons passé 2 heures passionnantes avec beaucoup de découvertes grâce à notre guide que nous remercions vivement.
